One of my favorite restaurants in JB.
Open-fire restaurants are all the rage and popular in Kuala Lumpur now, but the chef who owns Temper is a chef who was already working with open-fire cooking before it became a trend.
The ingredients are used to their best advantage while the spices and sauces are creative and sophisticated. It is wonderful to enjoy a variety of flavors, from simple dishes such as ponzu sauce to rich dishes of lamb, duck or bone marrow, where you can enjoy the sweetness of the fat. Each dish is generous in volume, so it is best to enjoy a variety of dishes easily while sharing.
New additions such as gorgeous Boston lobster, aged duck roast, grilled white corn and seafood bisque make the menu even more appealing.
