Next to the Bukit Bintang Pavilion, the Grand Millennium Hotel is hosting a special buffet to celebrate Malaysia.
Chef Hardeep and team have created an array of typical dishes from all regions of Malaysia.
From the north, Rojak and Char Kuih Teiao from Penang, and Laksa Johor from Johor are featured from the south. I liked Ayam Ponte from the state of Malacca, and the durian soup dessert was an everyone’s favorite.
Other offerings include seafood, Western cuisine, sushi, and a wide selection of desserts.
I was happy to see that the promotion runs every day during the period, Monday through Sunday.
