Urano Yamano Kinoko 裏の山の木の子 @ Ebisu, Tokyo, Japan
A friend of mine, who is a leading Tokyo food business information media expert, brought me to a restaurant that has recently become popular as a "Japanese-style hot pot" restaurant.
A one-minute walk from Ebisu Station, this restaurant combines Japanese dashi culture, the essence of hot pot dishes from China, Taiwan, and other parts of the world, and mushrooms.
There is a branch in Shibuya.
You can enjoy more than a dozen varieties of mushrooms, delicious and healthy. The soup based on kelp and mushroom broth is rich in flavor, and the mala hot pot broth has a delicious flavor that is lighter and more refreshing than those from China or Malaysia. It tasted exactly like Japanese-style hot pot.
The course menu, which also includes mushroom spring rolls and porcini fried spring rolls, is a great value.
The interior of the restaurant has a stylish atmosphere. The restaurant is very popular and was fully booked.
