New lunch courses at Tsukuru are perfect for year-end and New Year's parties!
This is a hideaway restaurant located on the upper floor of Awagyu. Chef Eric and his team, with their exceptional Japanese culinary skills, serve sashimi, teppanyaki, and creative dishes at the counter. Not only are the dishes authentic, beautiful, and delicious, but the staff is also very knowledgeable and will explain the dishes to you.
The lunch nabe course features a sukiyaki or shabu-shabu hot pot for one as the main course, a refined appetizer, premium kinki fish cutlets, rich shrimp dumplings, and dessert.
Wagyu for the nabe, you can enjoy three different fatty level types of A5 Wagyu beef. As a Japanese, I am very happy to know that they also teaches customers the authentic Japanese cooking procedure and how to eat it.(In Malaysia, sukiyaki is generally cooked from the beginning with everything together. It’s not authentic way.)
You can ask the staff to cook for you or cook and enjoy at your own pace, and enjoy a relaxing and elegant lunch. Highly recommended!
