New lunch courses at Tsukuru are perfect for year-end and New Year's parties!
This is a hideaway restaurant located on the upper floor of Awagyu. Chef Eric and his team, with their exceptional Japanese culinary skills, serve sashimi, teppanyaki, and creative dishes at the counter. Not only are the dishes authentic, beautiful, and delicious, but the staff is also very knowledgeable and will explain the dishes to you.
The lunch nabe course features a sukiyaki or shabu-shabu hot pot for one as the main course, a refined appetizer, premium kinki fish cutlets, rich shrimp dumplings, and dessert.
Wagyu for the nabe, you can enjoy three different fatty level types of A5 Wagyu beef. As a Japanese, I am very happy to know that they also teaches customers the authentic Japanese cooking procedure and how to eat it.(In Malaysia, sukiyaki is generally cooked from the beginning with everything together. It’s not authentic way.)
You can ask the staff to cook for you or cook and enjoy at your own pace, and enjoy a relaxing and elegant lunch. Highly recommended!

忘年会や新年会のランチにぴったり!Tsukuruのランチコースが新しくなりました。
ここは阿波牛の上階にある隠れ家レストラン。卓越した和食の技術を持つEricシェフとチームが、お刺身や鉄板焼き、創作料理をカウンターで振る舞います。料理は本格的で美しく、おいしいだけでなく、スタッフも勉強熱心できちんと料理の説明をしてくれます。
ランチの鍋コースはすき焼きかしゃぶしゃぶの1人鍋をメインに、洗練された前菜、高級魚キンキのカツ、海老の旨みが凝縮した餃子とデザートまでつく充実したコース。
鍋のお肉は3種の脂のりの異なるA5和牛を楽しめます。すき焼きも、日本の正統派の調理手順と食べ方をお客に教えてくれるのが、日本人としてとても嬉しい。(マレーシアでは全て一緒に最初から煮込んでしまうすき焼きが一般的)。
お店の方に料理してもらうことも、自分のペースで調理して楽しむこともでき、ゆったりとした優雅なランチを楽しめます。本当におすすめ!
