This handmade pasta restaurant opened next to the 大上海 in Parmas Jaya. It is the reopening of the popular Terroir restaurant formerly located in Ponderossa, which has relocated to a new location.
Chef Jon's simple, strong, and creative dishes have many fans. Pasta is the main dish at this P52. There are a few appetizers and steaks, but the star of the show is the creative pasta. Not Italian, but Jon-style pasta.
The pasta is priced upscale, from RM55 to RM88 per plate, but customers kept coming back even during weekday lunch for its delicious taste.
The dish is full of ingredients and has a deep flavor. The tagliolini with clams with homemade smoked bacon and the shrimp creole spice tagliolini were both delicious, but the most popular "Burnt Ends" pappardelle pasta with pork jowl, burnt cream, and tapenade is a must. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was also very good.
