A quiet house behind Thistle Hotel. When you open the door with the sign, you will find yourself in a stylish and tasteful café. Bakeman, a confectionery brand created by my friend Tony, who started out as a home baker, has opened a pop-up cafe for weekends only. The sweets, all made with extremely low sugar content, are gentle and delicious, and seem to reflect Tony's personality. You can also enjoy a cup of delicious hand-pressed coffee.
His snowskin mooncakes are not too sweet, and are so popular that many customers order in large quantities.
The banana cake is also very popular because of its flavor and handmade tenderness. The cake we had this time was also very tasty, healthy and high quality, using yogurt and taro etc.
