KAZUMA, a Japanese restaurant inside Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. We can enjoy an authentic and diverse menu in a tranquil dining area or private rooms.
This was my first visit, and from appetizers to dessert, it was the true taste of Japan.
The signature Ichiya boshi (grilled seasoned & dried ) mackerel is entirely homemade, from the seasoning to the preparation. Its crisp, fragrant skin and plump fish are exquisite. The sashimi was incredibly fresh. The unagi Yanagawa, with its rich seasoning, evoked the nostalgic taste of Japan. The KAZUMA bento box, perfect for gatherings, is packed with appealing many dishes. And for dessert, the Abekawa mochi and strawberry daifuku were must-order delights.
A hidden gem of a Japanese restaurant with great location and ambiance. Definitely worth checking out.

クアラルンプール・コンコルドホテル内にある和食レストラン「カズマ」。本格的で多彩なメニューを、落ち着いたダイニングエリアと個室で楽しめます。
今回はじめて伺いましたが、前菜からデザートまで、日本の味そのものでした。
シグネイチャーの鯖の一夜干しは、味付けから全て自家製で、パリっと香ばしい皮とふっくらとした身が絶品。お刺身もとても新鮮。うなぎの柳川は濃いめの味付けでまさに日本の懐かしい味。会食などにもぴったりなKAZUMA弁当は魅力的なおかずがぎっしり。そして締めのデザートの、安倍川餅やいちご大福もマストオーダーの美味しさでした。
立地も雰囲気も良い穴場の和食レストラン。要チェックです。
