Visited the newly opened Busan-style hot pot restaurant "Nak-Gob-Sae" in Desa Sri Hartamas.
Apparently, this chain operates 30 locations primarily in Seoul, South Korea.
"낙곱새 (Nak-Gob-Sae)" is a stir-fried hot pot originating from Busan, combining "낙지 (Nakji: octopus) + 곱창 (Gopchang: large intestine/offal) + 새우 (Seo: shrimp)". The balance of sweetness and spiciness was perfect, and it was incredibly delicious.
The chive pancake (pajeon) was cooked with less batter, resulting in a crispy texture, and the dipping sauce had a unique flavor. Both dishes were exactly my taste. The atmosphere inside was calm, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back. Currently, they do not accept reservations and are walk-in only.

Desa Sri Hartamas にオープンしたばかりの釜山式鍋「ナッコプセ」のお店へ。
ここは韓国・ソウルを中心に30店舗展開しているお店だそう。
“낙곱새(ナッコプセ)”とは、「낙지(ナクジ:タコ)+곱창(コプチャン:大腸・ホルモン)+새우(セウ:エビ)」を組み合わせた、釜山発祥の炒め煮鍋。甘さと辛さのバランスがよく、とてもおいしかった。
ニラのパジョンも粉が少なめでパリパリに焼き上がっていて、タレもオリジナルの感じ。どちらもすごく好みの味。店内の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、価格もお手頃。絶対また来ます。現在は予約は受け付けてなく、ウォークインのみです。
