Umihiko Ichiba’s new bowl series. The signature Yukimi Salmon Bowl features salmon marinated in special pineapple sauce, grilled pineapple, and meringue resembling snow.

It's far more delicious than you'd imagine!
Everyone's favorite engawa, salmon, and ikura bowls are also exquisite.
Plus, many other fresh seafood bowls are available.
This restaurant, whose concept is "Bringing Toyosu Market to Malaysia," airships seafood from Japan twice a week.
It's also great that they'll grill fresh fish for just RM5 cooking fee. I had them grill a kampachi head (about RM30) and took it out.
Absolutely no fishy smell, incredibly fresh, and very tasty!

みんな大好きなえんがわ、サーモン、いくらの丼も絶品。他にも新鮮な海鮮丼がたくさんあります。
「豊洲市場をマレーシアに」がコンセプトのこのお店は、週に2回空輸で魚介を日本から運んでいます。
新鮮な魚を、調理料RM5だけで焼いてくれるのも嬉しい。カンパチの頭(約RM30)を焼いてもらってテイクアウトしました。
臭みが全くなく新鮮でとても美味しい!
