Li Yen, the Michelin-Selected Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur, has launched special set menus for the Lunar New Year.
This year's theme, "Reunion Stars," is crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Alex Au.
Three set menus, available for both lunch and dinner, feature dishes perfect for festive celebrations.
Highlights include truffle-scented fried prawns, melt-in-your-mouth Iberico pork barbecue, and Hong Kong-style claypot rice with cured meats. The latter uses sausages imported from Hong Kong, carefully cooked to create a deeply flavorful dish showcasing the depth achieved through time and skill. Desserts range from exquisite walnut cream dumplings to the utterly charming goldfish-shaped nian gao.
The calm, chinoiserie-inspired space includes private rooms.
Ideal for anyone seeking to celebrate the Lunar New Year in style, from family gatherings to important banquets.

エグゼクティブ・チャイニーズ・シェフ、アレックス・アウ氏が手がける今年のテーマは「Reunion Stars（団欒の星）」です。
ランチ・ディナー共通の3種類のセットは、祝宴にふさわしい料理が揃います。
中でも印象的なのが、トリュフ香る揚げ海老や、とろけるイベリコ豚のバーベキュー、そして香港式・腊味土鍋ご飯は、香港から取り寄せた腸詰を使い、丁寧に炊き上げる味わい深い一品で、時間と技が生む奥行きのある味わいが楽しめます。デザートの胡桃クリームのお団子や、とてもキュートな金魚の年糕まで絶品揃い。
シノワズリを基調とした落ち着いた空間には個室も完備。
