My first trip to Hanoi.
A vibrant city with abundant greenery, countless cafes and shops lining the streets, and a charmingly retro feel.
I wore sneakers, planning to walk a lot.
The temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius, very pleasant.
Day2
-St. Joseph Cathedral (Nhà Thờ Lớn Hà Nội)
An imposing church built in the Neo-Gothic style in 1886
- Brunch- Pho 10 (Michelin)
My friend Nagaoka recommended what’s said to be the best pho in Hanoi. It had a refreshingly clear flavor and was delicious!
-Tiệm Bánh (THAN Boulangerie)
A cute bakery’s brownies
-Lotus Water Puppet Show
I saw it in Ho Chi Minh City and loved it so much that I went to see it in Hanoi too. Live music and singing, plus a comical puppet show. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t figure out how they managed those quick movements.
-Dinner - Miến lươn Đông Thịnh
Specialty shop for eel noodles and eel porridge. I probably wouldn’t have gone on my own if my friend Mike hadn’t recommended it.
The flavorful porridge topped with crispy eel was absolutely delicious. RM8 !
