You can enjoy the flavors of this “era of origins,” when Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Western cuisines began to blend, forming the foundation of modern Malaysian cuisine.
Every dish is incredibly delicious, from roast lamb served with chimichurri sauce and mustard to Nyonya-style curry chicken and Chinese-style steamed fish. The desserts are beautifully presented as well, making this a buffet you can truly enjoy from start to finish.
