The collaborative buffet dinner between The Ritz-Carlton and guest chef Moka, which was a huge hit this time last year, is back!
Chef Moka (Motokazu Yonezawa) is an Italian chef renowned for incorporating the refined elegance of Japanese cuisine into his dishes. He usually works in Niseko, Hokkaido.
This time, you can enjoy the chef’s signature menu, three types of pasta and two types of risotto that blend the essence of Italian cuisine with the flavors of Japanese spring and early summer. Be sure to savor the delicate flavors and the perfect texture of the pasta.
The international buffet prepared by The Ritz-Carlton’s culinary team features roast lamb, freshly made smashed burgers, paella, and skewered grilled items. You’re sure to enjoy an elegant and luxurious weekend.
