No Pork, No Lard

A new modern luxury Chinese restaurant has opened inside the Hyatt Regency KL.
Led by Executive Chinese Chef Alan Shao, a native of Qingdao, the restaurant is renowned for its Northern Chinese cuisine, delicate dim sum, and wood-fired Peking duck.
I was immediately captivated by the tea room right at the entrance and the exquisite, high-quality dishes served in such an elegant setting.
The crispy yet moist shrimp rice rolls colored with red yeast, the tofu soup showcasing masterful craftsmanship, and the sweet dim sum and desserts—which are subtly sweet—offer a perfect balance that leaves you feeling light and satisfied after the meal.
Whether dining with family, friends, or for a business meal, this is a restaurant you’ll want to visit time and time again.
Dim sum is available only during lunch hours.

青岛出身のエグゼクティブチャイニーズシェフAlan Shaoが率いるチームによる、北部中国の料理と繊細な点心、薪焼き北京ダックが評判の高いお店です。
入り口すぐにあるティールームや、エレガントな空間でいただく繊細で上質な料理に、すぐに心奪われました。
紅麹で色付けしたサクサクしっとりな海老の腸粉、職人技が光るお豆腐のスープ、甘い点心やデザートは、かなり甘さを抑え、食後を軽やかに締めてくれるバランス感があります。
家族や友人との食事にも、会食にも、何度でも来たくなるお店です。
点心はランチタイムのみの提供。
