A Japanese à la carte buffet, available exclusively on Saturday and holiday evenings, created by Executive Japanese Chef Masuda.
Who has honed his skills as a Japanese chef abroad for 27 years across eight countries, including Germany, Dubai, Thailand, and China.
Approximately 100 dishes, all prepared with a focus on quality, are made to order and served on small plates.
The sashimi and sushi selection includes salmon, yellowtail, premium bluefin tuna, sweet shrimp, and Hokki clams. Whether it’s Angus sirloin Steak Teppanyaki, beef ribs braised for 8 hours until tender, everyone’s favorite Black cod, Unagi, or grilled squid—it’s all-you-can-eat.
Being able to enjoy small portions of a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes is incredibly satisfying. Desserts include ice cream and durian Mochi.
