Here, you can enjoy fresh seafood and sushi of the same high quality as a premium omakase restaurant—all air-freighted directly from Japan. The sushi, topped with generous slices of fish, is a blissful treat to savor.
But the restaurant’s greatest draw is undoubtedly Chef Fuku’s creative cuisine.
Chef Fuku (Fukuichiro Koga) is a chef who studied Japanese and French cuisine and has been involved in a wide range of culinary ventures, including launching ramen shops and steamed bun shops. You can casually enjoy high-quality creative dishes that blend Japanese and Western styles—dishes that seem to bring together all his knowledge and experience—starting from just one dish.
All 14 varieties of obanzai (home-style dishes) are priced at RM15 each. The cold foie gras dashi flan, Belgian-style clams steamed in sake, and grilled salmon with lemon cream risotto kamameshi all boast exquisite flavors worthy of a fine-dining course. Even the desserts are meticulously crafted. This is the birth of a new kind of izakaya that makes you want to come back again and again to try all the different flavors. Pork free.
