A Two-Month Culinary Journey Through Malaysia.
Because Malaysia is a multi-ethnic nation, its culinary culture varies remarkably from state to state.
This August and September, DoubleTree by Hilton Malaysia is hosting “Flavors of Malaysia,” a unique culinary event where seven hotels across the country each recreate the regional cuisine of a different state.
From Penang’s fragrant char kway teow to Malacca’s famous ayam kapitan and Sarawak’s unique creative dishes, you can enjoy the flavors of each region as if you were traveling across the country.
What makes this event special is that it’s more than just a regional cuisine fair. The chefs infuse each dish with the home-cooked flavors and memories passed down in their hometowns, as well as the history of their regions.

ペナンの香ばしいチャークイティオ、マラッカの名物アヤム・カピタン、サラワクならではの創作料理など、まるで国内旅行をしているように各地の味を楽しめます。
今回の魅力は、単なる郷土料理フェアではないこと。シェフたちは、故郷で受け継がれてきた家庭の味や思い出、地域の歴史を一皿一皿に込めています。
