During Ramadan season, The Ritz-Carlton offers an international buffet every day.
The highlight is the Thai dishes created by Thai master chef Rasikan, inspired by The Ritz-Carlton, Samui's "Pak Thai". Phad Ka Phow Nua, Geang Keaw Whan Gai, Chu Chee Goong, were all delicious, with a perfect balance of flavour and spice.
In addition, there is a selection of whole roasted lamb and traditional Malay dishes that are only available during this season.

ハイライトはザ・リッツ・カールトン・サムイの「パク・タイ」にインスパイアされたタイマスターシェフのRasikan氏によるタイ料理の数々。トムヤムクンやグリーンカレー、牛のパックラパオなどどれも辛すぎず絶妙な味わいでとても美味しくいただきました。
