Executive Chef Arfizan Rahim and his culinary team present nostalgic flavors in a bazaar-style setting. An abundance of dishes stretches from indoors to outdoors.
Smoky serai, tempoyak made from fermented durian, and sweet, sour, and spicy dish assam pedas—each comes in multiple varieties.
The deliciousness of the lamb gaiabox soup was particularly memorable.

エグゼクティブシェフArfizan Rahimと彼の料理チームが、懐かしい味をバザールスタイルで提供します。室内から外にまで広がるたくさんの料理。
スモーキーなセライやドリアンを発酵させたソースの料理テンポヤッ、甘酸っぱ辛いアッサムペダスだけでもそれぞれ何種類も料理が並びます。ラムのギアボックスのスープの美味しさが特に印象的でした。
