日本人のご主人と、チャイニーズマレーの奥様が営む、和食の食堂「名醤」。場所をジョホールジャヤの入り口にあるファミリーフードコートに移転し、新たに、名古屋風手羽先の専門屋台をオープンさせました。
オリジナルの味の他、1番人気は西京味噌。唐辛子やチーズ、わさび味もあります。毎朝市場で仕入れる新鮮な鶏にこだわり、カリカリしたガーリックビッツまで手作り。
甘さ控えめで、お母さんの作るお弁当のおかずのような懐かしい味でした。
好みの味付けと本数は自由にオーダーできます。
手羽先屋台は5時からオープン。その横の和食ストールはお昼から営業中。
