New Bistro Stall opened at my favourite Hawker Center FGJB in JB town!
FGJB have around 30 stalls. We can enjoy many deferent dishes.
But French Bistro stall is only here.
“Le Coeur” means “The Heart” in French.
The chef worked in Singapore previously opened this stall on 1st April 2022.
We can enjoy authentic Duck Confit, French style pizza, Fusion Pasta etc by reasonable price.
I tried many dishes. Looks nice! Taste is good!

JBタウン、R&Fモールの向かい、大好きなホーカーセンターFGJBに4/1にオープンしたフレンチビストロ屋台。
30前後のさまざまな屋台が入るこのホーカーセンターで、フレンチ屋台はここだけです。
シンガポールでシェフをしていた方がオープン。本格的な鴨のコンフィやフレンチ風ピザ、昆布パスタやムール貝などが手頃な価格でいただけます。
どれもおいしいですが、シンプルなキノコとドライトマトのピザが結構好き。チキンルーラードはしっとり柔らか。パスタは茹でたての美味しさはないけれど、味付けはとてもおいしかったです。ビールと一緒にいただきたいフレンチ。

I attended Pre opening private event.
It’s Fusion Modern Cuisine managed by Vburg.
That’s why their breads are so good.
You must order Signature 5 Cheese pizza. A lot of cheese is good balance. Dough is crunchy, semolina flour is savoury.
One more “ must order” is Sourdough Foccacia. So delicious! I’m glad to buy here anytime.
Maybe it’s your first time to try Felmented drink “ Tepache”. It’s refreshing and so nice. It’s Mexican traditional healthy drink. Felmented from tropical fruits. Roots makes it from Pineapple. Try homemade Tepache too!
From 20 May, for 3days, they have membership promotion. Free Gelato and RM50voucher. Check the date!

JBで唯一のサワードウ・ピザを提供するお店、「Roots」。オースティンのサンウェイカレッジ近くのショップロットにあります。
オープン前のプライベートイベントに参加してきました。
パン系メニューがおいしいのは、Vburgが運営するお店だから。
シグネイチャーの5種のチーズピザは必食です。バランスの良いチーズの味わい、たっぷりのチーズ。生地はサクサクで、セモリナ粉が香ばしい。
もう一つの「マスト」はサワードウのフォカッチャ。このクオリティの味をいつでも買えるのが嬉しい。
メキシコ発祥のトロピカルフルーツから作る発酵飲料 "テパチェ "をご存じでしょうか。ここでは、パイナップルから発酵させて自家製で作っています。ほのかな酸味で爽やかでおいしい。お酒を持ち込んだら、ミクソロジストがこれでカクテルを作ってくれるそうですよ。ワインの持ち込みもOKとのこと。(持ち込み料必要)。
5月20日から3日間、メンバーシッププロモーションを開催するとのこと。100名限定で、ジェラートとRM50のクーポンがもらえるそうです。

The Vagabond Club @ Syed Alwi Road, Singapore
So exotic! So beautiful! It’s like Paris Petit Hotel.
The Vagabond Club offers Parisian-inspired accommodation housed in a 1950 Art Deco heritage building.
The location is east of Little India. Surrounded by many local restaurants. Very convenient place.
Designer is French architect and designer Jacques Garcia ( one of Architectural Digest’s top 100 designers in 2014). He designed an apartment for the Sultan of Brunei, advised on the restoration of the Chateau Versailles etc. Hotel Vagabond is his first Asian project.
This small boutique hotel has 42 rooms. But packed with thousands of work of art!
It’s small hotel. But Thick bathrobes and towels, good quality Rosenthal teacups, Etro amenities etc makes me luxury feeling.
Hospitality and A la cart breakfast also very good!
Love this place.

異国情緒あふれるアートなホテル！パリのプチホテルに迷い込んだかのよう。
ザ・バガボンド・クラブは、1950年に建てられたアールデコ調の建物を利用した、パリ風のデザインブティックホテル。
場所はリトルインディアの東側。周囲にはローカルレストランやホーカー、マッサージ屋さんなどがたくさんあります。
デザイナーはフランス人建築家・デザイナーのジャック・ガルシア( 建築ダイジェストの2014年トップ100デザイナーの一人)。ブルネイの王様のアパートを設計し、ベルサイユ宮殿の修復のアドバイスなどもしている彼にとって、ホテル バガボンドは、初のアジアのプロジェクト。
客室数42室の小さなブティックホテルですが、その中にはたくさんのアートが詰まっています。
分厚いバスローブやタオル、質の良いローゼンタールのティーカップ、エトロのアメニティなどがゴージャスな気分にしてくれます。ホスピタリティやアラカルト朝食もとてもよく、素晴らしい滞在ができました。

Exhibition “Radical Curiosity: In the Orbit of Buckminster Fuller” @ ArtScience Museum, Singapore
I attended this exhibition. It’s Journey through the universe of inventor and visionary, Buckminster Fuller who worked across multiple disciplines including art, science, architecture and design.
Ahead of his time, he devised a way to combine design and science with a mission to change the world, to make our planet work at 100% of its capacity for 100% of the population, in cooperation, without causing harm.
His best-known works are domed shelters and stadiums.
They have had a profound influence on contemporary creators and architects.
The simple, video-based exhibition, although seemingly difficult to follow, allowed visitors to go back to the origins of their creativity, and even children could get hints for their own creations.

マリーナベイサンズにあるアートサイエンスミュージアム。チームラボの常設展が人気ですが、現在行われている、バックミンスター・フラーの展示会を見に行きました。
芸術、科学、建築、デザインなど、さまざまな分野で活躍した発明家であり空想家である彼の世界。
時代に先駆けて、世界を変えるという使命のもと、デザインと科学を組み合わせる方法を考案し、地球が100％の人口に対して100％の能力を発揮できるように、協力し合い、害を与えることなく実現することを目指しました。
代表的な作品は、ドーム型のシェルターやスタジアム。
現代のクリエイターや建築家にも多大な影響を与えています。
シンプルで映像を駆使した展示は、一見難しいけれど、発想力の原点に立ち戻ることができ、子供でも創作へのヒントを得られそうな内容でした。

It’s Kids friendly Dining bar and family restaurant at Pelangi.
Character-decorated interior. There is terrace seating and the menu offers good value for money, with a wide range of pork dishes, vegetarian dishes, kids' menus and rice menu etc.
The most popular dish is the Iberico pork ribs, cooked at low temperature for 12 hours. The meat is cooked over a fire with Italian liqueur 'Sambuca', which adds a sweet flavour and is very tasty. 150 kg sold in a month.
Somen noodles topped with veg meat are also popular with women.
A convenient restaurant where you can drop in alone for lunch or enjoy with the family in the evening.

ペランギのショップロット(八起の並び)、2階にオープンした、キッズフレンドリーなダイニングバー。
キャラクターがあしらわれたインテリア。テラス席もあり、メニューは豚肉料理からベジタリアン料理、キッズメニューやご飯など幅広く、コストパフォーマンスがよいです。
1番人気のイベリコ豚のポークリブは、12時間低温調理。イタリアのリキュール「サンブーカ」をかけて火をつけることにより、甘味が加わってとてもおいしい。1ヶ月に150kg売るほどの人気。
ベジミートがトッピングされたそうめんも女性に人気のメニュー。
ランチに1人で寄ることもでき、夜はファミリーで楽しめる、使い勝手の良いお店。
週末は満席が続いているそうです。
