It’s Home based shop. Bakery chef has over 30years experience of pastry.
Previously, the cakes on the market were this kind of butter cake, decorated with petals and leaves.
Nostalgic and heart warming taste.
The butter cream has a slight salty taste.
It ’s delicious to chill the cake and eat the hard butter cream.
It is a set of 5 kinds of cakes. Venilla, coffee, chocolate, pandan and orange. And I ordered this set RM30 ( cream cake 5pc + Japanese style souffle cheesecake.)
Japanese cheesecake is light and good.

昔ながらの味わいの自家製バタークリームケーキ。カラフルで可愛らしい。
30年以上のベーカリーの経験があるKohさんが、上質なバターを使用し、防腐剤不使用で作っている自家製ケーキ。デリバリーのみでオーダーを受けています。
以前は市場に出回っているケーキといえば、花びらや葉で飾られたこの種のバターケーキでした。 懐かしく、やさしい味。バタークリームにはほのかに塩味が感じられます。
バタークリームケーキには、プレーン、コーヒー、チョコレート、コーヒー、オレンジの5種があり、クリームは多すぎないのでしつこくなくいただけます。
今回オーダーしたのは、日本式スフレチーズケーキとのセット。チーズケーキは軽くて甘さ控えめ。
冷蔵庫でしっかり冷やして、冷たいケーキを召し上がれ。

It's a sweets for adults.
Have you ever had a raisin butter sand cookies ?
It is a famous sweets in Japan.
High quality butter cream sandwiched between two pieces of sable cookies.
The buttercream is filled with mellow raisins soaked in rum.
I wanted to try this and found it in Malaysia.
There are two kinds. Mellow Rum ( 11pc RM 65) and Double Rum ( 11pc RM78).
The Double Rum is enough to make you drunk! but if you like it, you won't be disappointed!
They use fermented butter from France and the butter is a fine and smooth cream.

日本に行った時に六花亭のバターサンドを購入し、その美味しさに感動して再現したというお菓子。
フランス産発酵バターを使い、ラム酒にじっくりレーズンを浸して作られた味はまるで日本でいただく味。とてもおいしい！
ラム酒を2倍使用したDouble Rumは、ガツンとラムの味がするので、お酒好きにぴったり。
おやつとしていただくには、Mellow Rumがおすすめ。どちらも大人の味です。

New opened American concept restaurant in December 2020. It’s by Cafe Racer and Grill Bar.
During MCO, they serve special Fried Chicken !

2set RM50(with 5 sauces).
Complimentary mushroom Soup.
We can choose Mixed parts Half chicken or 5pc Drumsticks.
The batter is thin and crispy, and the inside is tender, juicy and moisty. It's not oily. Very tasty fried chicken!
My recommend is Ang Moh Sambal and Honey Garlic sauce!

ドラムスティックのみか、部位のミックスか選べて、1セットRM25。マッシュルームスープ付き。1セットにつき2種、2セット購入で5種のソースがつきます。
衣は限りなく薄くカリカリで、油っぽくなく、中はしっとり柔らかでジューシー。とてもおいしいフライドチキンです。
ドラムスティックだけ選べるというのも、お子様などに嬉しいのではないでしょうか。
ソースは、私は、甘味をおさえたサンバルソースと、どこか和風な感じの味もするハニーガーリックソースが気に入りました。

ボリュームたっぷり。鯖や照り焼きチキンは香ばしく、唐揚げはカラッと揚がっていてとても美味しいです。卵焼きやブロッコリー、お花型の人参も嬉しい。
シンプルながら、心を込めて丁寧に作られている感じが伝わるお弁当。
