The theme of the buffet is nostalgic Malaysian flavors, but the beauty and sophistication of the presentation makes it feel new. I have dined at this hotel several times and have found Chef Alan and his team to have great skill and taste. From appetizers to desserts are delicious and you will find attention to detail.

Aloft KL’s Ramadan Buffet. It’s the collaboration with renowned social media sensation, Azfar Heri. Drawing inspiration from the hidden gems of Kampung Baru.
The highlight is Azfar's Sambal Ayam Sos, Sambal Tempoyak Kalsom, Ramyeon Goreng Basah, etc. Each menu is popular and got impressive views at his YouTube.
In addition of his dishes, there are so many type of delicious foods. My favourite is Mix seafood Shell Out with Kam Heong sauce!
