Element Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s Ramadan Buffet, with a dynamic view of KL from the 40th floor, is sure to be a memorable dining experience.
There are many Malay dishes such as Nasi Goreng Dabai, Lamb Biryani, Fish Head Curry, Roasted Beef Short Ribs, as well as various Chinese and grilled dishes.
I especially liked the Clay Pot Assam Pedas, where you get to choose your favorite ingredients and finish it off, the Baked Salmon with Percik Sauce, and the BBQ Lamb.

“Santapan Senja" means “Twilight Dining”. You can enjoy a pleasant moment in the beautifully decorated hotel restaurant.
Highlights include whole roasted lamb, large tender beef short ribs, and chef-prepared Mee bandung (shrimp noodles) with Lobster and Assam pedas. Don't miss the Telur Sotong Goreng Kunyit (squid roe) or the Ramly burger.
I also love the local brand Merry ice cream. It's so good, you have to try all kinds.

The Ramadan buffet at the InterContinental has many beautifully arranged dishes, which heightened my expectations.
“santai-santai" is a Malay word meaning a relaxed activity or state of being. Led by Executive Chef Rudy Junaidie, the team encourages guests to unwind and reconnect with loved ones with exquisite cuisine.
I really enjoyed the unusual dishes such as Gulai Asam Rong, a Perak dish that even my Malay friends encountered for the first time, and whole roasted lamb seasoned with cumin and other spices from Xinjiang.

The Italian semi-buffet lunch offered daily for lunch on weekdays at the Renaissance kl restaurant.
You order one of four main courses of pasta and risotto, and get an antipasti, hot dish, dessert, and coffee/tea from the buffet table.
The pasta is done well al dente and the buffet selection is more than adequate, including meat and fish dishes.

ルネッサンスKLのレストランで、平日のランチに毎日実施しているイタリアンセミビュッフェランチ。
メインのパスタとリゾット4品の中から一品オーダーし、前菜とホットディッシュ、デザート、コーヒー紅茶はビュッフェ台からいただきます。
パスタはしっかりアルデンテで仕上げられていて、ビュッフェの品揃えは肉や魚料理もあり、十分過ぎるほど。

I had heard about it from Malaysian friends as a long-established "Iketeru” is admired presence for 20 years since it opened at the same time as the hotel.
The renovated restaurant has a magnificent sushi and teppanyaki counter, a private tatami room, and a very nice view of the garden and waterfall from the window.
When I visited, there were customers of all nationalities.
First, let's toast with "Iketeru," an original sake made by a Japanese sake brewery and exclusive to this restaurant.
The festive kaiseki bento, available only in December, is gorgeous and plentiful. From sashimi to vinegared dishes, teppanyaki and fried dishes, Japanese beef and sushi, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), this bento is packed with delicious foods.
Sushi and teppan-yaki are one of the pleasures to be enjoyed at the counter.
The restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal with family and friends at the end of the year or for a business dinner.

お寿司と鉄板焼きは、カウンターでいただくのも楽しみのうちの1つ。
