After 5months home quarantine, I spent really good time.
Clean and comfortable room, friendly staffs, A wide choice of breakfasts.
Already many regular guests were enjoying this 2nd home.
This time I stayed Executive Suite room with Living room, Bed room and bathtub.
There are bathtub at Suite rooms and Pool view rooms in this hotel.
Club lounge haven’t yet opened, so Bento box was served.
Pool and Gym opened already.

5ヶ月ぶりのただいま！
第二の家のように頻繁に宿泊しているルネッサンスホテル。久々の宿泊は本当に寛げました。
すでにビュッフェ朝食やジムやプールはオープンしています。週末に宿泊したので、多くの家族連れで賑わっていました。
クラブラウンジは10月15日からのオープン。オープン前だったので、部屋におつまみ弁当セットとドリンクが届けられました。
このホテルは、長期滞在のお客が常に一定数いるので、長いロックダウンの後でもお風呂の水が茶色いなどの不具合はないようです。
いつでも清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリー。心地よいホテルです。
宿泊したエグゼグティブスイートルームは、リビングと寝室が分かれていて、バスタブ付き。窓に面してバスタブがあるのは各階に1室ずつ。開放感があってオススメ。

Each combo is for 2pax RM64nett. It include appetizers, desserts and bottled drinks. The volume is big. I think it’s suitable for 2-4pax.
Sang Har Mee is one of the most glorious noodles in Cantonese cuisine. How big the Fresh Big River Prawn ! Not only is it sumptuous, but it's super delicious too!
Chicken dumplings and Red bean soup with lotus also really good.
Lamb Shank is tender and unctuous. Very good quality. The briyani served with the side dishes is fragrant and delicious!
I can't decide which one to order. Either way, it's a wonderful meal to celebrate!

独立記念日をお祝いして、レゴランド近くにあるラマダメリディンホテルから、2種類のお祝いセットが登場しました。
広東料理のうち、最もゴージャスな麺料理、サンハーミー。大きくて新鮮な海老のあんかけ麺は、見た目がゴージャスなだけでなく、シンプルながらに染み渡る美味しさ。場が盛り上がる海老の大きさ！
鶏肉餃子や蓮の実入りのお汁粉もおいしいです。
ラムシャンクブリヤニは、マレーシア人の大好きなメニュー。ほろほろと崩れるほどに煮込まれたラムは、まったく臭みがなく上質な仕上がり。サイドディッシュと香り高いブリヤニと一緒にいただきます。ボリュームたっぷりで、4人前でちょうど良いくらいの量です。
どちらも味はとても美味しい。ゴージャスなセットを、お祝い気分で召し上がれ。

2021年の中秋の秋月は9/21。今年のルネッサンスホテルの月餅は、美しいバイオレット色のボックスで、全16種類あります。
すごいのは、マレーシア中(サバとサラワク以外)に1週間以内に無料でお届け。最低購入金額の条件もないそうです。洗練されていてギフトにもぴったり。
スノースキンは9種あり、1-2人でいただくのにほどよい大きさ。私は爽やかなペパーミントチョコトリュフが大好きです。ゴールデンピーチトリュフやタロイモトリュフもおいしい。柔らかいお餅のような生地、上品な白あん、薄いトリュフのチョコレート味、そこから溢れるとろとろのピューレ。
定番の焼き月餅も、上品な甘さでそれぞれ異なる味わい。私は翡翠カスタードが気に入りました。

Chicken Parmigiana Burger is very big ! You will love this burger with Juicy chicken, Tomato sauce and melty mozzarella cheese.
Nasi Goreng Ayam Percik is my favourite. Spicy anchovie fried rice and Percik chicken is so good.
One of recommend menu is Sup Kambing Mamak. There are a lot of lamb meats. It’s thick stew than soup.

5つ星、シスルホテルのドライブスルーとデリバリー。8種のメニューがあり、選べるソフトドリンクかお水がついて税込RM19.9。もはやホテルのごはんの料金としては安すぎます。
8種のうち4種をいただきました。
チキンパルミジャーノバーガーは、ものすごい大きさで、ジューシーなチキン、トマトソース、とろけるモッツァレラチーズがサンド。1番人気なのが頷けます。
ラムスープは、自宅で作らないメニューなので、オススメ。厚切りトースト添え。臭みがまったくなくお肉がたっぷり。スープというよりシチューの濃厚さ。
辛いもの好きな方には、ナシゴレンと甘辛ローストチキン。食べ応えあります。
定番メニューのチキンチョップは、海南風で甘酢のあんかけがかかっています。付け合わせの野菜のグリルもいい感じ。
どれもボリュームたっぷりで、お皿に盛り付けるだけでしっかりとしたディナーになります。昼も夜も、毎日オーダーできます。

Incredible value for money!
The Renaissance Hotel offers 4kinds of set of Asian cuisine with a focus on bold barbecue.
From appetizers to desserts, the set includes 10-12 kinds of dishes.
They said it’s for 2pax. But I think it’s volume for 4pax.
It’s like Hotel buffet at home.
We can enjoy Gorgeous ingredients like Beef, Lamb, Prawn, Squid….
Taste is of course delicious.
My recommend set is Asian Hawker Set RM98. It’s include Durian dessert too.

“Purnama" by WVC Jazz Ensemble, a new album born from a journey of discovery of Malaysian roots.
He is undoubtedly one of the treasures in the Malaysian music world.
Mr. Tay Char Siang is a jazz pianist, composer, music director, writer and reader.
Jazz music will never be king in the world. But he is pursuing the excellence of Malaysian music, sharing it with others, and creating a culture that will last for generations to come.
His activities include not only holding regular concerts, but also touring the world to promote Malaysian jazz, teaching children about music in schools, organizing music festivals, talking about jazz on radio programs “听爵享受 (CityPlusFM)” and appearing on TED and in the Hollywood movie "Crazy Rich Asians. The scope of his activities continues to expand.
I attended the concert, and listen the music of his band, the WVC Jazz Ensemble, at an Art festival held at the Puteri Pacific Hotel in JB about three years ago and was struck by its excellence.
I came across his compositions on Shakespeare's poems and stories and became a complete fan.
And now, WVC has launched a new music album called "Purnama".
It features 12 pieces of good old Malaysian music from the 1930s-1970s, arranged in jazz. This is probably the first time these songs have been arranged for jazz.
Many Malaysian musicians were also passionate about this production.
”We realized that we didn't know much about our musical roots.
From around 2016 I embarked on a journey of discovery – to educate myself about our own musical inheritance.
This has also been a journey of enlightenment. “

Among the light rhythms and beautiful songs, the song that struck me the most and is my favorite is “Purnama”, a song about life and death.
The combination of the beautiful voice, theremin, and Debussy's masterpiece "Beau soir” is amazing!
I hope many people will try listening to it. It is also fun to compare it with the original piece.

彼はマレーシアの音楽界において、間違いなく宝のうちの1人です。
ジャズミュージシャン、コンポーザー、文筆家、読書家のTay Char Siang氏。
ジャズミュージックは世の中で王道にはならないでしょう。ですが彼はマレーシアの音楽の素晴らしさを追求し、人々に伝え、後世にのこるカルチャーを生み出しています。
彼の活動は、定期的にコンサートを開催するだけでなく、世界で音楽ツアーをしてマレーシアジャズを伝えたり、学校で子供に音楽の素晴らしさを教えたり、ミュージックフェスティバルを主催したり、ラジオ番組でジャズを語る他、TEDやハリウッド映画「Crazy Rich Asians」にも出演。活動の枠は広がり続けています。
私は、彼の率いるバンド「WVC Jazz Ensemble」の音楽を、約3年前に、ジョホールのプテリパシフィックホテルで行われたジャズフェスティバルで聴いて、その素晴らしさに衝撃を受けました。
シェイクスピアの詩や物語、村上春樹の小説の世界などに曲をつけた彼の作品に出会い、完全にファンになりました。
そして、このたび、WVCから、新しいミュージックアルバム「Purnama」がローンチされました。「Purnama」とはマレー語で満月のことです。
1930-1970年代の、古き良きマレーシアの音楽、12曲が、ジャズにアレンジされています。おそらく、これらの曲がジャズにアレンジされたのは初でしょう。
多くのマレーシア人ミュージシャンも加わり、この制作に情熱を注ぎました。
“自分たちのルーツであるマレーシア音楽のことを意外とよく知らないということに気づき、2016年頃から、私は自分たちの音楽（＝マレーシア独自の音楽）の継承について自分自身を教育するために、発見の旅に出ました。これは悟りの旅でした。”

軽快なリズムの曲や美しい曲の中で、私が1番衝撃を受けた曲、好きな曲は、Purnama。生と死をテーマにした曲です。
美しい歌声と、テルミンと、ドビュッシーの名曲「Beau sour(美しき夕暮れ)」の組み合わせがすごい！
ぜひ多くの人に、聴いてみて欲しいです。

JBのベストグルメバーガーショップと言われる店のうちの1つ。
普段は夜のみの営業ですが、MCO中は昼からデリバリーも行っています。
ビッグボリュームなのに、崩れずに美しい状態でデリバリーされました。
ジューシーなパティと手作りソースとの組み合わせにファンも多いお店。
絶対オーダーすべきなのはシグネイチャースペシャルバーガー。基本はダブルビーフチーズベーコンバーガーで、特製ソース、そしてフライドオニオンとキャラメルオニオンの2種の玉ねぎが食感のアクセントとおいしさを深めています。もう1つのバーガーNothender Special は、オニオンリングが入った甘辛味。
完食できないほどのボリュームですが、グルメバーガー屋さんではダブルパティでオーダーしたい。
バンズがミルクブリオッシュ的な柔らかなパンで、全体的に甘めになるので、甘酸っぱいレリッシュは抜き(または別添え)でのオーダーがオススメ。チリスパイスのかかったポテトフライも付いていました。

Because the quality of food is stable and good, I often order their Korean Fried chicken ( Garlic Soy taste is quite good!).
We can order delivery by their website and Grab.
Their signature menu is some kinds of Korean Fried Chicken. I recommend Garlic Soya Chicken Wing RM23.21. Or Half chicken RM34.87.
This time I ordered Bento style “ Ultimate Dosirak”. There are 3kinds. We can enjoy 9 kinds of Korean dishes.
I ordered Grilled Salmon RM30.63. Fruits came together.

韓国フライドチキンレストラン。
ブームの時から今まで、ずっとおいしさとクオリティを維持していて、いつのまにかKLなどに、全部で8店舗もできています。
ここのガーリック醤油チキンがとてもおいしく、子供も大好きなので、わりと頻繁に利用するデリバリーのうちの1つ。
ガーリック醤油チキンウィングや、ハーフチキン、ハニーバター骨なしチキンなどが定番のオーダーメニューですが、今回はお弁当を注文してみました。
お弁当はチキンのお弁当2種とグリルサーモンの全3種。サーモンをオーダーしました。
全部で9種の韓国のおかずが入っていて、チャプチェやチヂミやトッポギ、キムチと卵焼きとポテトサラダ、フライドチキンと雑穀米おにぎり、そしてサーモンの切り身。白米はもっちりとしたおいしいごはん。
2人分にしたらちょうど良いくらいのビッグボリューム。サーモンは骨つきぶつ切りでした。フルーツもついていました。いろいろいただけて楽しい韓国弁当です。
