Celebrity British chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurant has won several Michelin stars.
This is his first restaurant outside of London. When it first opened, there was a six-month waiting list for reservations. The signature menu item is Beef Wellington. It is also very popular in Malaysia.
The gorgeous interior will make you feel good.
We had the two-course lunch set (available only from Monday to Saturday).
The English dish named after the writer, Arnold Bennett, which originated at the Savoy Hotel, is a fluffy soufflé with smoked codfish. It melted in your mouth.
The main dish, steak, was perfectly cooked and flavored. The salmon in miso mustard sauce was also tender and very tasty.
Each portion was large, so even with two courses, I was full and satisfied with my lunch.

ロンドン以外の場所ではここが世界で初出店。オープン当初は6ヶ月も予約待ちの状態でした。シグネイチャーメニューはビーフウェリントン。マレーシアでも大人気です。
ゴージャスな内装で気分も高まります。
2コースのランチセット(月から土曜限定)をいただきました。
作家の名前がついた、アーノルドベネットというサボイホテル発祥のイギリス料理は、燻製タラが入ったふわふわのスフレ。口の中でとろけます。
メインディッシュのステーキは完璧な焼き加減と味わい。味噌マスタードソースのサーモンも柔らかくとてもおいしかったです。
それぞれのポーションが大きいので、2コースでもお腹いっぱいになり、満足なランチでした。

Sourdough Specialty Bakery Cafe is located right next to the American Embassy.
Customers were constantly coming in to buy bread and enjoy coffee in the store.
The bakery offers a variety of delicious breads, including several kinds of authentic sourdough breads, chunky breads with rice, focaccia, brioche, and Danish breads. The coffee is highly acidic and tastes differently to different tastes. The truffle cheese flavor and sweet fries: truffle candied wedges were crispy and very tasty. They also accept bread delivery.

パンを買い求めるお客と店内でコーヒーを楽しむお客がひっきりなしに来ていました。
ここでは数種の本格サワードゥー、米入りのもっちりした食パン、フォッカッチャやブリオッシュ、デニッシュ系もあり、美味しいパンがいただけます。コーヒーは酸味の強い、好みが分かれる味。トリュフチーズ味と甘味のあるフライドポテト:トリュフキャンディードウェッジがカリッとしてとてもおいしかったです。パンのデリバリーも受け付けているようです。

1, Morning walk
My First trip to Hoi An.
Flew from Kuala Lumpur to Da Nang for 2 hours and 50 minutes. Then a 45-minute Grab ride to Hoi An.
Old Town, registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port from the 15th to 19th centuries, and has deep ties with Japan, as there was a Japanese town there from the end of the 16th century until the isolation of Japan.
During the day, it was extremely hot with strong sunlight, so I took a walk from 8 am to noon to have breakfast, browse stores and markets, and have tea.
From the hotel where I was staying, I walked along the river to Old Town. It is a beautiful town.
For lunch, we had Hoi An's famous Cao Lau noodle dish and White Rose, a steamed spring roll skin made into a rose shape and topped with shrimp and ground pork. Cao Lau is said to have originated from Ise Udon noodles in Japan, and was a delicious noodle dish consisting of firm udon noodles topped with pork chashu pork and served with a soy sauce-based sauce.

初めてのホイアン旅行。
クアラルンプールからダナンへ飛行機で2時間50分。それからグラブタクシーで45分くらいでホイアンに到着。
世界遺産にも登録されているオールドタウンは、15世紀から19世紀にかけての東南アジアの貿易港の保存状態の良い例として知られています。16世紀末から鎖国までは日本人街もあったくらい、日本との繋がりも深い街。
日中は強い日差しでものすごい暑さなので、朝8時からお昼くらいまで、散歩しながら朝食を食べたり、お店や市場をみたり、お茶をしたりしました。
宿泊しているホテルから、川沿いを歩いてオールドタウンへ。美しい街です。
ランチでいただいたのは、ホイアン名物のCao Lau (カオラウ)という麺料理とホワイトローズという春巻きの皮をバラ状に仕立て、エビと豚肉のすり身をのせて蒸したもの。カオラウは日本の伊勢うどんが発祥と言われているようで、コシのあるうどんにチャーシューのトッピング、醤油ベースのタレに絡めていただく美味しい麺料理でした。

A popular Kakigori (shaved ice) specialty shop that has been in Yushima, Tokyo since 2012 landed at Lalaport KL.
I had the signature Strawberry Shortcake shaved ice.
It was extremely delicious!
It tastes like a real shortcake, so light and cakey that it doesn't even feel like shaved ice. The cream and homemade strawberry sauce had a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, creating a new sensation. The taste exceeded my expectations.
The store in Yushima is so popular that people line up for four hours in the summer.
The shaved ice is made from pure ice that takes four days to freeze, and is finished with artisanal techniques.
I would definitely like to try another flavour too.

東京、湯島に2012年からある人気のかき氷専門店がららぽーとKLに上陸。
シグネイチャーのストロベリーショートケーキのかき氷をいただきました。
ものすごくおいしい！本物のショートケーキみたいな味わい。かき氷と思えないくらい、軽いケーキのような感覚。クリームと自家製イチゴソースの甘味と酸味のバランスが絶妙で、新感覚。期待を超えるおいしさでした。
湯島の店は、夏には4時間の行列ができるほど人気だそう。4日間時間をかけて凍らせる純氷を使い、職人技で仕上げたかき氷。
別の味わいもぜひ試してみたいです。

This Cafe Restaurant is Modern Australian cuisine with Japanese influence. Day time is cafe. Night time is restaurant.
Very spacious and beautiful space. We ordered an Open Sandwich with avocado, corn and egg and Sandwich with portobello mushroom, avocado and cheese. We were surprised by the first bite of their brioche, it was super delicious!
The hospitality of the staff was very sophisticated. It’s wonderful Cafe restaurant.

昼はカフェ、夜はレストランの感じ。とても広くて美しい空間。アボカドとコーンと卵ののオープンサンドと、ポルトベッロマッシュルームとアボカドとチーズのサンドウィッチをオーダーしました。一口目にびっくりするほど、そのブリオッシュがおいしかったです。
スタッフの方のホスピタリティもとても洗練されていました。とても素敵なお店です。

This homey cafe is run by two couples. Take off your shoes and go up to find a bright, simple, and homey space.
The French-style cakes here are so sophisticated and delicious that they are the best in JB. New items are introduced every month. The food is not too sweet and is light and tasty.
Light meals have recently been added to the menu. The sourdough series includes avocado and bacon, salmon and Big Breakfast. Desserts such as ice cream on a large cookie and French toast are also popular. The variety of drinks has also increased.
Pet lovers will be happy to know that they can bring their small pets indoors. On weekends, a toy poodle greets you.

ここのフレンチスタイルのケーキは、JBで1番といって良いくらい洗練されていて美味しい。毎月新作が登場します。甘すぎず軽くいただけるおいしさ。
最近、軽食もメニューに加わりました。サワードゥーのシリーズは、アボカドとベーコン、サーモンとビッグブレックファストの4種。大きなクッキーにアイスクリームが載ったデザートやフレンチトーストも人気。ドリンクの種類も増えました。
室内で飼えるペットとの同伴もOKというのは、ペット好きの方々にとって嬉しいポイント。週末にはトイプードルが出迎えてくれます。

I stayed two nights at the Sofitel Bangkok Hotel in central Sukhumvit. (I used a 2-night free pass from an Accor Hotels membership benefit.)
The slippers are fluffy, the towels are of good quality and the amenities are from Balmain of France. The water and other amenities are covered and have a nice luxurious feel. The renovated rooms have the latest amenities and you can manage everything on your tablet. There was a tremendous selection of radio as well as TV.
As a silver member of Accor Hotels, I received a welcome drink at the rooftop bar.
We had breakfast of bread from the French cafe next to the entrance and it was very authentic and delicious. The hotel had great hospitality where everyone on staff seemed to anticipate and serve you.

アコーホテルズのシルバー会員なので、ルーフトップバーでウェルカムドリンクがいただけました。
入り口横のフレンチカフェのパンを朝食にしましたが、本格的でとても美味しかったです。スタッフ誰もが先回りしてサービスしてくれるような、素晴らしいホスピタリティがあるホテルでした。

At the end of the exhibit, the route stops at a store.
There is also a cafe here, but it is fully booked for the next 2 months. Take-away is available if you stand in line; I stood in line for about 20 minutes and went inside. The cookie tins are nice.

A quiet house cafe with an antique Chinese atmosphere.
Although it is located in an easily recognizable location on a main street in Sentosa, once you pass through the gate, you will feel a sense of quiet and relaxing time passing by.
The menu is a Chinese fusion style of Western breakfast café.
Breakfast menu with rice balls with chicken floss is a nice touch. The truffle mushroom soup served with Chinese roti is very rich and highly recommended.
The upper floor is a pastry school, and the owner is a property Patissier instructor. The cakes and other items she makes are truly delicious. The tiramisu is a popular item that is sure to sell out.

アンティークの中国の雰囲気がある、静かな一軒家カフェ。
セントーサの大通り沿い、わかりやすい場所にありながらも、門をくぐると静寂でゆったりと時間が流れている感覚になります。
メニューは、洋風のブレックファーストカフェの中国ヒュージョンスタイル。
チキンフロス入りのおにぎりの入ったブレックファーストメニューがいい感じ。中華ロティの添えられたトリュフマッシュルームスープはとても濃くておすすめ。
上階はお菓子教室になっていて、オーナーはプロパティシエ講師。彼女の作るケーキなどは本当に美味しいです。ティラミスは売り切れ覚悟の人気商品。
