I first time eat this Salai food. Salai means Smoke. Spicy smoke sauce has very unique impact smell. Some one like, someone can’t eat. Interesting !

場所はアンサナモールの裏。広い敷地に219の物販や飲食のショップや屋台が入り、ステージでは1日3回、ダンスなどのショーが行われます。
フードストールのものをいくつかオーダーしてみました。
マレー版お好み焼きのムルタバチーズは安定の美味しさ。ミートソースをアレンジしたカチャンプールも、この店のものは有名で人気。とうもろこしのかき氷、アイスジャグンもここのものはシンプルで美味しいのです。
スモークという意味のセライという料理の店があり、ビーフとチキンをオーダーしました。グリルした素材にピリ辛のスモークソースがかかっているのですが、なんともインパクトのあるすごい匂いで、初めて出会う料理でした。好みがハッキリ別れそうです。

In my opinion, here is one of the best Thai restaurant in JB! All dishes are so tasty. Clear taste. And affordable price. You don’t need to go Bangkok more. Bangkok came to JB.
I had lunch with friends. And after 3 hour, I want to come here again.
Papaya salad RM12, Tom Yum Kun RM20, Crab in Thai Curry RM35，Pandan Chicken RM15, Steamed whole fish with lemon, garlic and chili RM40.

タイの南、中心、北出身の3人のシェフが腕を振るいます。
ジョホールのタイレストランでは、ココナッツミルク多めとか、全体的に甘い味付けが多いように思いますが、ここはまさにタイの味。スッキリ爽やかでメリハリがあり、何をたべても本当に美味しくて驚きました。しかも安い！蟹と卵ののプーパッポンカリーなんて、タイで食べる半額以下。
メニューにないものでもオーダーすれば作ってくれるそうです。1人でふらっと来ても、フライドライスやガパオライスなどの手軽なメニューもたくさん。
