Chinese New Year is a time when families gather around the table for a feast, but I hear that having a buffet is becoming more and more popular every year.
At Le Meridien KL, New Year's Eve is already fully booked. Award-winning Executive Chef Antoine Rodriguez and his team mix traditional Chinese and international dishes. There is also an Yee Sang, which is a fun way to create your own gorgeous Yee Sang topped with salmon, raw oysters, and other toppings. The desserts are festive and full of celebration.

Located on the ground floor of The Troika building near KLCC, this contemporary Japanese dining and lounge specializes in straw-roasted Japanese beef.I thought it was a very upscale restaurant with omakase courses, but the a la carte menu is moderately priced, and lunch sets are reasonably priced starting at RM30.
There are counter seats with an upscale atmosphere and brightly lit tables with a view of the outside.
The generous portion of hot edamame served before the meal is served is a delight.
The lunch set comes with miso soup, salad, three kinds of vegetable tempura, and tea.You can choose from a set meal, a bowl of rice, or noodles.The Australian wagyu beef ribs are savory and exquisitely grilled.The chicken katsu-don was tender and carefully prepared.A good place for a relaxed dinner.

KLCC 近く、The Troikaビルのグラウンドフロアにある藁焼き和牛が名物のコンテンポラリー和食ダイニング&ラウンジ。おまかせコースがあり、すごく高級なお店だと思っていましたが、アラカルトはほどよい価格で、ランチセットはRM30からとお手頃。
高級感のある雰囲気の良いカウンター席と、外が見える明るいテーブル席があります。
食事が出てくるまでの間にサーブされた、熱々のたっぷりの量の枝豆が嬉しい。
ランチセットはお味噌汁とサラダ、野菜の天ぷら3種とお茶付き。定食と丼、麺類から選べます。オーストラリア和牛カルビは香ばしく絶妙の焼き加減。チキンカツ丼は優しい味わいで丁寧に作られていました。落ち着いた会食に良い場所。

Last week I visited the Chinese restaurant “ Ti Chen” at the Saujana Hotel for the first time and enjoyed it so much. So this time, I came to the Sunday lunch buffet at the Japanese restaurant “ Kogetsu” here.
Now is New Year and we wanted to eat delicious Japanese food.
The building is in the style of an old private house overlooking the lake. It has a nice atmosphere. I was surprised at the quality of the sashimi and sushi. It was amazing to be able to eat all-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi of Chu Toro ( medium fatty tuna) and Shima Aji (striped horse mackerel). I talked to Mr. Minami, the Japanese chef, who has been working at this restaurant for 20 years! The teppan-yaki beef is also of high quality.
Appetizers, sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, and dessert are taken from the buffet counter, but grilled, fried, and other dishes are made-to-order buffet, so they are served hot and fresh cooked. The Tai (sea bream) in soup soothed my New Year's spirit. The quality of the ingredients and the price are excellent value for this authentic Japanese cuisine. Hospitality good. I will come here regularly.

Spanish tapas restaurant opened 6 months ago on Petaling Street in the Chinatown area.
It has a nice, stylish and lively atmosphere with an open kitchen and mainly counter seating.
When we asked about popular menu items, they answered accurately and the service was well attentive.
The menu selection is extensive, ranging from the standard menu to more arranged dishes. Prices are on the higher side. I especially liked the beef tartare pintxos.

6ヶ月前にチャイナタウンエリアのペタリンストリートにオープンしたスペインタパスレストラン。
オープンのキッチンとカウンター席がメインで、おしゃれで活気がある良い雰囲気。
人気のメニューを伺うと的確に答えてくれて、サービスもよく気が利いていました。
メニューのセレクションは定番のメニューからアレンジされたものまで豊富。価格は高め。ビーフタルタルのピンチョスが特に気に入りました。

The Saujana Hotel is a 5-star resort with a golf course in Subang.
This was my first visit to the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Ti Chen. The green tinted glass and white window frames create a classic atmosphere. So beautiful.
Here, you can enjoy authentic Cantonese and Sichuanese cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Lim, who has over 20 years of experience, and dim sum prepared by award-winning Chef Yau.
This time, we were treated to a special course full of Ti Chen's charm. The signature smoked duck, rich fried rice, and other dishes were all very delicious, authentic, yet creative. I wanted to come back for lunch for dim sum too.
Check out the Chinese New Year set menu!The sets can be ordered not only for 10 people, but also for 2 or 5, and they have one rotation so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
I heard The restaurant also allows you to order dim sum one piece at a time, which is a great attention to detail.

今回は、Ti Chenの魅力が詰まった特別なコースをいただきました。シグネイチャーのスモークダック、コクのある炒飯など、本格的でありながら、クリエイティブで小粋な料理は全てとてもおいしかった。飲茶をしにランチにも来たいと思いました。
チャイニーズニューイヤーのセットメニューもチェック！セットは10名用だけでなく、2名や5名でもオーダーでき、1回転なのでゆったりと食事を楽しめるそうです。
また、このレストランでは飲茶も1つずつオーダーできて、細かい気配りが素晴らしいです。

The Marriott Hotel Putrajaya is a resort hotel located 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur city and the airport.
The entire hotel has been renovated and beautifully reborn, and is most highly recommended for staycations and holidays with children.
We stayed in a junior suite and really liked this room, which was bright and spacious and had a dining table and a sofa bed, which was really comfortable.
A resort-like pool, a Jacuzzi to relax in, a tremendous breakfast selection, and cleanliness in every corner.
Another world close to the city will definitely make you a repeat visitor.
The free shuttle bus connecting the hotel to Klia 1, Klia 2, and IOI City Mall is very convenient.

Luk Yu Tea House is a Chinese restaurant located on the UG floor of The Starhill in the heart of Bukit Bintang. It is a no-pork, upscale restaurant with a great atmosphere, popular for both business lunches and tourists.
18 kinds of dim sum are under buy 1 free 1 promotion until 1/18.
The restaurant is a valuable place to enjoy a meal by yourself or in a large group, and is useful for a solid meal or a light tea break.
I especially recommend the Xiao Long Pao, Steamed scallop and shrimp dumplings, Steamed shrimp and spinach dumplings, and Crispy fried shrimp and bean curd skin rolls with Prawn and Cheese.

This year's festive season theme at The Westin KL is CITRUS WONDERLAND. The citrus-inspired decorations in orange and gold tones will bring the joy and sparkle of the season.
Citrus is also used in a variety of dishes, giving a bright and modern Christmas feel.
Giant beef legs, lamb, and other sumptuous foods unique to this time of year are also on the menu, but the prices are the same as for the usual weekend buffet.
