ああ。今まで知らなかった素敵なホテル。
友人のススメで宿泊しましたが、すっかり気に入ってしまいました。
EQは、1973年創業後、再開発のために2012年にクローズしたエクアトリアルホテルが、現代モダンマレーデザインを取り入れたラグジュアリーなコンセプトで2019年3月にオープンしたホテル。
クアラルンプール中心地にあり、客室が30階以上にあるため、遮られることなくどこからもツインタワーやKLタワーが眺められます。
入り口からその美しさにハッとする、ユニークな銅像たち(言わ猿、聞か猿、見猿を現代風にしたIwa, Kika, Mizaの像とか)、洗練されたホスピタリティ、そしてKLらしい眺め。ほとんどの部屋がバスタブ付きというのも嬉しいポイント。冷蔵庫内のソフトドリンクは無料で、延泊すると毎日補充してくれます。
今回、「プレミアキングツインタワービュー」の部屋に宿泊しましたが、部屋からもレストランやバーからも、プールからもKLの眺めが独り占めできる環境で、ここにいるだけでモチベーションが上がり頑張ろうと思える場所。
そしてなによりも、ホスピタリティが素晴らしく、大切にしてもらえていると感じられるホテルです。
一度ここに泊まったら、きっとここを好きになるでしょう。ぜひ体験して欲しいです。

All day dining of EQ hotel.
It’s Asian and Western Cuisine.
Interior design with plants is relax feeling.
They have buffet and a la cart menu.
We had dinner buffet. RM98nett(adult) RM49nett(kids).
Actually their hospitality is super good.
The staff is attentive and makes you feel comfortable. It's a restaurant I'll go back to!
The dinner buffet does not have many items, but each dish is delicious and will satisfy you. I especially liked the variety and taste of the appetizers. I recommend the Seafood on Ice (the raw oysters are amazing), Satay, and the rich chocolate ice cream.

EQホテルのグランドフロアにあるオールデイダイニング。宿泊すると、朝食ビュッフェはここでいただきます。ルームサービスもここから運ばれます。
夜はアラカルトとビュッフェがあり、今回はビュッフェをいただきました。
品数はあまり多くはないのですが、さまざまな前菜や新鮮なシーフードなどの味が良いので満足感があります。
そしてホスピタリティが本当に素晴らしい。美味しく心地よく過ごせるので、また来たいと思わせるお店です。各種前菜、シーフードと焼き立てのサテ、アイスクリームが特におすすめ。個人的には、アイスクリームがとてもおいしいお店は、細かいところに気を配るいいお店だと思う。
KLの高級ホテルの中では、リーズナブルな価格帯のビュッフェです。

Contemporary European dining prepared with premium imported ingredients and local Malaysian products.
And It is Award-winning Rooftop restaurant located on the highest floor ( level 51) of EQ hotel.
It has an unobstructed twin-tower view, which is very romantic, so it is best to make reservations for dinner two weeks in advance.
They have course menu RM338, 438, 538 for lunch and dinner time.
And only lunch time ( Mon-Sat), there is Set lunch “ Chef’s Choice Of The Day” RM168. I had it.
The menu was
-Sour dough bread, Yuzu butter, salted butter and olive oil.
-Spicy Tuna’s amuse
-Asparagus Veloute, Seafood Dumpling, Salmon roe
-Duck Pithivert, Veal Sweetbread, Port wine jus
-Spiced Poached pear, Mascarpone Mousse, Pistachio snow
-Mignardises(petit fours).
The food is high quality with an elegant feel. Lunchtime is ideal for dinners and meeting lunches. At night, it will be a memorable dinner.

EQホテルの最上階にあるコンテンポラリーヨーロピアンレストラン。ツインタワービューで、遮るものが何もない51階。夜は2週間前など早めに予約した方がベター。昼は落ち着いていて、会食などに最適。夜はとにかくロマンチック。
コンテンポラリーというジャンルですが、王道も感じる上質でエレガントな料理たち。今回はランチタイム限定の日替わりセットRM168をいただきました。
本格サワードゥーのパンの酸味にはゆずバターの酸味がよく合います。メインディッシュは仔牛と鴨の手の込んだパイ包で、季節感を感じられて良かった。
12歳以上限定の大人のレストラン。
