It has been a long time since I stayed at a hotel in Desaru.
The Four Points by Sheraton Desaru was also busy with many guests.
The rooms are spacious, simple and clean, minimalist but with an espresso machine in each room.
The swimming pool, gym and reserved games room are also popular.
The restaurant focuses on coffee, tea and cocktails.
It was just the night of a cocktail event, and the creative cocktails by guest mixologists and soothing music by a DJ attracted regular local customers as well as tourists.

久しぶりのデサルのホテル滞在。
フォーポインツバイシェラトンデサルもたくさんのお客で賑わっていました。
広くてシンプルで清潔な部屋、ミニマムだけどエスプレッソマシーンが各部屋にあり、ゆったりと過ごせます。
プールやジムや予約制のゲームルームも人気。
レストランではコーヒーや紅茶、カクテルにこだわっています。
ちょうどカクテルイベントが行われた夜でしたが、ゲストミクソロジストによるクリエイティブなカクテルとDJによる心地よい音楽は、観光客だけでなく、地元のレギュラーカスタマーをも魅了していました。

“Purple potato Blueberry”is popular flavour of last year. Made with Japanese purple sweet potatoes and homemade blueberry sauce.
And this year’s new flavour is
“Earl Grey Lavender Cream Cheese”.
It’s so delicious! I really like it!
The home made custard is filled with Earl Grey tea leaves.
And then wrapped with salty cream cheese.
It’s very special.
All ingredients are No colouring, no flavouring, no preservatives. Using only Natural fruit and vegetable powders.

トニー自身のような、優しくマイルドでウィットが効いた月餅。
かなり甘さ控えめでフレッシュな手作り月餅を去年はじめていただきましたが、今年のはさらにおいしいと断言できます！
去年から引き続き人気の「紫芋ブルーベリー」は、日本産紫芋と自家製ブルーベリーソースを使用。
もう一つの味は新商品で、「アールグレイラベンダークリームチーズ」。これがすごく美味しくて香り高くて大好き！
自家製カスタードにアールグレイの茶葉を入れ、塩気のあるクリームチーズを包んでいます。和菓子のような洋菓子のようなその中間のようなスペシャルな月餅。
アイシングもフィリングも全て手作りです。
無着色、無香料、無保存料。天然のフルーツと野菜のパウダーを使用。

The first day, I visited the Ramadan Bazar at PERSADA at around 4:30pm.
The bazaar is still in the process of being set up and there were not many stalls open, but it will be an attractive bazaar in a while.
Nasi lemak from Kulai and Tahu bergedel from Ibu Anak were so good!

今日から1ヶ月間のラマダン(断食期)スタート。日の出から日の入りまで一切の飲食をできないムスリムは、午後3時ごろからはじまる露天のバザールで食べ物を買って帰ります。この時期ならではのイベント。
初日の今日、16:30ごろ、PERSADAコンベンションセンターで行われているラマダンバザールに行ってみました。
初日だからか、まだ設営の途中で、開いているお店は少なかったですが、もうしばらくしたら魅力的なバザールになりそう。
Kulaiからのナシレマや、Ibu Anakのトーフベルゲデル(油揚げに鶏ひき肉入りのコロッケの具が挟んであってあげてあるもの。甘辛醤油につけていただく)など、とてもおいしかった！
ラマダンバザールは各地で行われていますが、Dato Onnのイオンモールの駐車場のバザールは、駐車しやすいし寄りやすいラマダンバザールなのではないかと思います。
私が毎年行くのはAdda Heights のショップロット脇のラマダンバザール。

The buffet corner has a high quality and many selection. Including sparkling wine, fresh whole coconut juice, traditional Malaysian kueh, roasted chicken, fish head curry noodles and quiche etc.
You can also order as much as you like from the a la carte menu, which is also excellent.
Exquisitely cooked lobster omelette, smoked salmon eggs Benedict, steak and fried eggs, and many other tempting dishes.
Even if you don't stay overnight, it's worth just coming for breakfast.

緑豊かな熱帯雨林の中での素晴らしい朝食。
ビュッフェコーナーにはスパークリングワインやフレッシュ丸ごとココナツジュース、マレーシアの伝統菓子クエ、ローストチキン、フィッシュヘッドカレー麺やキッシュなど、質が高く充実した品揃え。
アラカルトメニューからも好きなだけオーダーできますが、これがまた素晴らしい。
絶妙な焼き具合のロブスターオムレツ、スモークサーモンエッグベネディクト、フィレステーキと目玉焼き、など魅力的なメニューがたくさん。
宿泊しなくとも、朝食を食べに来るだけでも価値があります。
虎のぬいぐるみが置いてあるのは、動物避けのためだそうです。

It’s world’s largest hotel. 3towers have 7351 rooms !
They have 31 Check in counter !
Room number was 5 figures !
It has wide selection of price range.
Connection is very convenient to SkyWorlds, Skytropolice, Restaurants and shopping places !
Rooms are showing their age. But The hot water supply for showers and baths is also fine.
If you're lucky, you might be able to see the sea of clouds from your room！

世界一のホテルに宿泊しました！
リゾートワールドゲンティンの中にあるホテル「ファーストワールドホテル」。
何が世界一かというと、部屋数が7351もある、世界で最も大きなホテル。ギネスブックにも記録されています。
3つの棟があり、部屋ナンバーは5桁！
チェックインカウンターは31もありました。
とにかく立地が便利。価格帯も予算に合わせていろいろ。
部屋は年季が入っていますが、シャワーとお風呂のお湯の温度やお湯の出は問題なく。
館内で一日中遊んだ後、すぐそのまま宿泊できるのは便利。
部屋によっては窓から雲海が見えるかも。

A cafe with a good atmosphere that is particular about delicious coffee and homemade dishes.
There are many special coffee menu.
Espresso Pop( Hibiscus flavore) RM13 is interesting. Taste is like flagrant black beer. When Espresso shot put in Soda, bubbles come out. Bitter, flagrant, little bit sour by hibiscus.
Coffee Blossom RM15 is coffee flower tea. We can relax with sophisticated fragrance.
About food, all sauces are made from natural ingredients. They don’t use ready-made sauces. So taste is fresh and delicious.
Lavender Lemon Honey Chicken Chop RM23 is their signature menu.
During Weekday lunch time 12-2pm, when we order Maindish or Rice or Pasta menu, can get free Americano or Tea or Hibiscus Soda.
Salted Egg Chicken Wrap RM17.
The homemade salted egg sauce is tasty!

月-金のランチタイムは、ライスかパスタかメインディッシュメニューの中からオーダーすると、アメリカーノか紅茶かハイビスカスソーダが無料。ホットだけでなくアイスもOKとのことで使い勝手が良さそうでオススメ。
ソース類は既製品を使わず自然のものにこだわっているそう。飽きずにいただける優しいおいしさ。

オーナーはドイツとスイスでキッチンマネージメントを学んだ後マレーシアに帰国して、オーダーメイドのケーキ工房を開きました。
甘すぎず素材の味を活かしたケーキは評判を呼び、今、お客がいつでも来れるこの焼き菓子カフェをオープン。
ケーキのラインナップが揃うのは11時ごろですが、朝8時からドリンクがオーダーできるので、売っているクッキーをつまみながら待つのもいい感じ。そのうちケーキが焼きあがる甘い香りが漂ってきて、心地よい空間です。
全てのコーヒーカップは孤児院の子供達によるデザインで、寄付も受け付けています。
オーダーメイドケーキの製造も引き続き行なっています。

1919年創業の薪で焼いているパン屋さん。名物のバナナケーキはふーんわりでさすがなお味です。15:00に行ったらバナナケーキしか売っていなかったけど、他のパンも美味しいらしい。小サイズ、5切れで4.5RM。
