This is one of the top 3 nicest hotels I have ever stayed in!
You will know it when you stay there. A hotel like this is a unique experience for many.
The resort hotel is 15 minutes south of the airport and southeast of Phu Quoc."
The hotel is based on a fictional story, “ A Hotel renovated from University”by renowned Californian architect Bill Bensley.
The design is luxurious, yet playful in every detail. The study book you get at the beginning describes the entire resort. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children.
Everyone on staff is wonderful and full of hospitality.
The buildings, restaurants, etc., are all divided according to the category of the university's faculty, and I was in the Agriculture building. The decor in the elevator and in the rooms is related to the theme. The ceilings are very high, with large terraces and spectacular ocean views.
The beach at Emerald Bay, as the name suggests, is emerald green and the sand is pure white. It is breathtakingly beautiful.

私がこれまで宿泊したホテルで、ここは素敵なホテルベスト3に入ります！
泊まったらわかる。こんなホテルは、多くの人にとって唯一無二の経験になるでしょう。
空港から南に15分、フーコックの南東にあるリゾートホテル。”大学を改装したホテル”
という架空のストーリーに基づいて作られているのですが、これはカリフォルニア出身の著名な建築家Bill Bensleyによるもの。
ラグジュアリーでありながら、細部まで遊び心あふれるデザイン。最初にいただくStudy book にこのリゾート全体の説明が書いてあります。大人向けも子供向けもアクティビティがたくさんあります。
スタッフ誰もがホスピタリティに溢れていて素晴らしい。
宿泊する建物やレストラン等はすべて大学の学部のカテゴリーで分かれていて、私はAgriculture (農業)学部の建物でした。エレベーター内も部屋もテーマに関連したデコレーション。天井がすごく高くて、広いテラスと圧巻のオーシャンビュー。
エメラルドベイのビーチも名の通り、エメラルドグリーン色で砂は真っ白。息を呑む美しさです。

The Costa Serena departed from Port Klang yesterday evening, calling at 2:00 p.m. at Patong jetty, Phuket's most famous tourist attraction, Patong Beach. We transferred to a tender boat at sea for a smooth ride ashore.
The return time to the ship was 11 p.m. We enjoyed 9 hours of sightseeing in Phuket.
A 30-minute tuk-tuk ride from Patong Beach. We strolled around Old Town. There are many cafes and souvenir shops in Old Town, and it is very fun just to walk around.
Torry's Ice Cream, with its classy atmosphere, was very delicious with its butterfly pea blue coconut ice cream and sorbet with honey lemon and jelly, which was not too sweet.
Across the street, Rommy, a cotton dress store, had many dresses in fabrics of exactly my favorite colors and patterns, and I bought five of them !
A few doors down is Cafe Rush, which has many specialties such as nitro brew and iced tea, perfect for a break in the heat. Prices are a bit more reasonable than cafes in Malaysia.
We walked back to the beach to watch the sunset, and then returned to the tender boat to Costa Serena. It was a day well spent.

パート2、プーケット1日旅行について
昨日の夕方にポートクランから出航したコスタセレナは、午後2時にプーケットの最も有名な観光名所、パトンビーチにあるパトン港に寄港。海上でテンダーボートに乗り換えてスムーズに上陸。
船に戻る時間は午後11時。9時間のプーケット観光を楽しみました。
パトンビーチからトゥクトゥクに乗って30分。オールドタウンを散策。オールドタウンにはたくさんのカフェやお土産物屋さんがあって、歩くだけでとても楽しい。
クラッシーな雰囲気のTorry’s Ice Cream は、バラフライピーの青いココナッツのアイスや、ハニーレモンにゼリーが入ったソルベなど、甘さ控えめでとてもおいしかった。
その向かいにあるコットンのドレスショップ「Rommy」では、まさに私好みの色や柄の生地のワンピースがたくさんあって、5着も購入。その数軒横のカフェRushでは、ニトロブリューやアイスティーなどこだわりのメニューがたくさんあり、暑い中の休憩にぴったり。価格はマレーシアのカフェより少しリーズナブル。
ビーチに戻って夕陽をみながら歩き、コスタセレナに接続するテンダーボートへ戻る。十分満喫できた1日でした。

Kyoo1945, a Japanese-style teppanyaki restaurant, is now open in Senibong Cove, following the opening of Kyoo1945 in Puteri Cove.
3 teppan-yaki griddles are set up at the spacious counter, and a skilled chef performs teppanyaki right in front of you.
Weekday lunch sets start at RM24, a price range that can be used casually. In the evening, there are a variety of snacks that can be enjoyed as if you were at a Izakaya.
I recommend the mixed seafood or the mixed meat grill (each portion for 2-4pax). The seafood was very good, even the crispy salmon skin and shrimp heads could be enjoyed.
Delicious and fun, perfect for a gathering of friends and family, and the personality with Chef Hadi is great.

Sushi Suzuki is managed by “The 19th SUZUKI SHOTEN”. It’s a Japanese foods and bevarages specialty store in Publica and KLCC. Now they opened this Sushi restaurant and Wagyu Restaurant (Wagyu one six) in Seibu.
Sushi Suzuki is Omakase Sushi restaurant. But at lunch time, they serve very affordable set. Unbelievable! Even weekends also they serve RM30 lunch !
Of course it’s very authentic Japanese taste. Fresh Sashimi is cut thick.
So good! We will come every week!
In front of this restaurant, there are Seafood shop managed by them. You can buy good seafood and take to home!

鮨すずきはおまかせと寿司の店。でもランチタイムはとってもお得なセットを提供しています。信じられないことに、平日だけでなく週末でもRM30のランチセットを提供！
もちろん本格的な日本の味。新鮮なお刺身は厚切り。
とても美味しくて大満足。毎週来ます！お店の前に魚介を売るショップがあり、買い物だけもできますし、食べた後に同じお魚をを買って帰ることもできます！

The Smokehouse Hotel & Restaurant @ Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands
The hotel was built by the British in 1937 during the British colonial period. Everything is in a classic English style, and the lobby is decorated with antique furnishings. The gardens are beautiful with flowers in bloom. My family and I stayed 1 night in 2 rooms of the cottages.
It was an extraordinary and wonderful place to spend a relaxing time. We enjoyed chatting on the cool terrace in front of our room. I would recommend bringing warm clothes as it is cold at night. (No air conditioning.)
The English restaurant here is open to non-guests. I had afternoon tea here a few years ago and was impressed by the delicious sandwiches. Again, the roast beef and clubhouse sandwiches were quite a hit with everyone, and were so good that we wanted to come to Cameron Highlands for this.
Breakfast is by order and semi-buffet.

イギリス統治時代、1937年にイギリス人によって建てられたホテル。すべてがクラシックな英国風で、アンティークの調度品で飾られたロビー。庭園には花が咲き乱れ、とても美しい。家族でコテージの2室に1泊しました。
非日常な素敵な空間で、ゆったりと過ごせました。部屋の前の涼しいテラスでのんびりおしゃべりするのも楽しかった。夜は寒いので防寒着を持参することをお勧めします。(エアコンなし。)
ここのイギリス料理レストランは、宿泊客以外でも利用できます。数年前にここでアフタヌーン・ティーをいただきましたが、サンドイッチのおいしさに感動しました。今回も、ローストビーフとクラブハウスのサンドイッチはみんなにかなり好評で、このためにキャメロンハイランドに来たくなるほどのおいしさ。
朝食はオーダーとセミビュッフェ式。

A classic luxury hotel as beautiful as a museum. Opened in 2008, the St. Regis Singapore is one of more than 60 St. Regis hotels worldwide, which began in New York in 1904 (the founder passed away in the sinking of the Titanic).
All rooms have butler service.
As the hotel's philosophy states, "Delivering memorable experiences for families is a sophisticated way of life," I felt that they respected my 12-year-old son as if he were an adult, and the hospitality was one of the finest I have ever experienced at any hotel I have stayed at.
We stayed in a penthouse king room, which was not only gorgeous and uplifting, but also calm and relaxing. The staff was wonderful, including Ms.Syikin, the guest relations manager, who listened to our requests before we told her. We had a memorable birthday.
Breakfast is a main dish order style. The special Bak Kut Teh and pretzel croissant were very tasty. Get there early before it gets crowded.
Art tours are available upon request and I definitely recommend it.

朝食はメインディッシュをオーダーする形式。特製バクテーとプレッツェルクロワッサンがとてもおいしかったです。混む前に早めの時間に行きましょう。

After breakfast, a morning walk.
Here, Tanjung Balau Beach is an 11-minute drive from Four Points by Sheraton Desaru.
It is almost the same distance as going to the public beach in Desaru, so this was my first visit to this place.
The area seems to be a campground, and even at 8 am on a Sunday morning, there were rather many people.
The sand is black and the waves are high today, so it is not suitable for swimming, but the beach is clean and well maintained with little garbage. A bridge had been built and it was a very pleasant place for a walk.
Parking was free, and there were restrooms and several stores.

朝食の後、朝のお散歩。
ここ、タンジュンバラウビーチは、フォーポインツデサルから車で11分。
デサルのパブリックビーチに行く距離とほぼ同じなので、はじめてのこの場所に来た。
辺りはキャンプ場になってるようで、日曜の朝8時でも割と人がたくさん。
今日は砂が黒く、波が高いので海水浴には適さないけど、ゴミもほとんどなくビーチは綺麗に整備されている。橋が作られていて、お散歩にはとても楽しい場所だった。
駐車場は無料、トイレやいくつもの売店もありました。

It was my first experience to have combination of Tonkotsu Pork broth and Yuzu. Not only adding Yuzu peal, but also Yuzu juice. So we feel great Umami and refreshing with nice aroma. Delicious!

Chef is long experienced korean chef. The signature fried chicken is crispy and juicy. Oden, kimchi pancakes, and spicy stir-fried pork are all very tasty. Seasonings go well with beer, soju, and other alcoholic beverages. Each dish is big portion and inexpensive.
The restaurant has an adult atmosphere, but with Kpop playing on the big screen. It is also open until late at night.

さまざまなお酒を楽しみながら、美味しい韓国料理が食べられます。
こんな "コリアンパブ "コンセプトのレストランはJBではここだけ。最近、韓国で流行っている業態らしい。
シェフは韓国で長い経験を積んだベテラン。看板メニューのフライドチキンはパリパリでジューシー。おでん、キムチチヂミ、豚肉のピリ辛炒めなど、味はとても良いです。ビール、ソジュ、その他のお酒によく合う味付け。一皿の量は多めで割安感があります。
大人の雰囲気がありつつ、大画面でKpopが流れている店内。深夜まで営業しているのも嬉しい。

Michelin 1 star (2023) restaurant.
It’s Nyonya restaurant since 2013. boss’s mother “ Auntie Gaik Lean” is 4th generation Nyonya who picked up her Nyonya cooking skills at the age of 12 years old.
This time I had the opportunity to dine here for the first time in about 4 months.
The restaurant used to have a retro-classic interior, but it has been remodeled and now has a beautiful blue-colored atmosphere. They also used the set used in the movie "Crazy Rich Asians" for the interior.
The food was still very delicately and carefully prepared and delicious.
Especially popular among Malaysians were the otah otah and shrimp dishes, eggplant and herb rice.

ミシュラン1つ星（2023年）のレストランです。
ボスのお母さん「Auntie Gaik Lean」はニョニャの4世で、12歳の時にニョニャ料理の技術を習得したそうです。
今回、約4ヶ月ぶりにここで食事する機会に恵まれました。
以前はレトロクラシックな内装でしたが、改装され、ブルーを主体とした美しい雰囲気になっていました。映画「クレイジーリッチアジアンズ」に使われたセットも内装に使用しているそう。
食事は相変わらずとても繊細に丁寧に作られていて美味しかったです。
マレーシアの方に特に評判が良かったのは、オタオタとエビ料理、茄子やハーブライスでした。

So nice !! Ice Kacang, Cendol and Fruit Juice Shop since 1923.
This shop has been in business for 100 years. Originally a food stall, it is now located in an open-air shopping space called New World Park.
The Ice kachang comes with a variety of fruit toppings, and I had the dragon fruit, which went very well with the ice kachang. It was delicious! This is priced at RM7 and a small fruit juice at RM3.5, which is a great value. It is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. If you go to the back of the building, there is a huge hawker center and a number of stores, a very nice place to stop for a meal or just to stroll around.

100年営業するこのお店。元は屋台からはじまり、現在は、ニューワールドパークというオープンエアショッピングスペースにあります。
アイスカチャンは、さまざまなフルーツトッピングの種類があり、ドラゴンフルーツをいただきましたがすごく合う。おいしいです！これでRM7、フルーツジュースの小サイズはRM3.5というお値打ちな価格。広くて席数もたくさんあり快適。奥の方に行くと、巨大なホーカーセンターやいくつものお店があり、食事の立ち寄ったり散歩するのにすごく良い場所です。
