The preview of the year's busiest hotel Ramadan Buffet 2025 starts at the One World Hotel in Petaling Jaya, a vast indoor/outdoor restaurant that seats 600 and astounds with its tremendous variety of dishes. Even though the restaurant is so spacious, it is said that many days all the seats are full, so be sure to make reservations early. The Saujana Hotel is a 5-star resort with a golf course in Subang.
This was my first visit to the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Ti Chen. The green tinted glass and white window frames create a classic atmosphere. So beautiful.
Here, you can enjoy authentic Cantonese and Sichuanese cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Lim, who has over 20 years of experience, and dim sum prepared by award-winning Chef Yau.
This time, we were treated to a special course full of Ti Chen's charm. The signature smoked duck, rich fried rice, and other dishes were all very delicious, authentic, yet creative. I wanted to come back for lunch for dim sum too.
Check out the Chinese New Year set menu!The sets can be ordered not only for 10 people, but also for 2 or 5, and they have one rotation so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
I heard The restaurant also allows you to order dim sum one piece at a time, which is a great attention to detail.

I attended the dinner preview and tasted Fortune Set.
After tossed Yee San, the soup is “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” with Morel Mushroom. Crispy duck with truffle sauce, Steamed Dragon Tiger Grouper, Sumptuous Lobster, Big Abalone and Sea cucumber, and the rice is Claypot Smoke duck rice. The end dessert is also gorgeous! Dragon fruit cream with sago include Bird Nest !!
We all enjoyed so much. High ceiling atmosphere also nice.

みんな大満足のディナーでした。天井が高くて雰囲気も抜群。

P52 New School Pasta @ Permas Jaya, Johor

This handmade pasta restaurant opened next to the 大上海 in Parmas Jaya. It is the reopening of the popular Terroir restaurant formerly located in Ponderossa, which has relocated to a new location.
Chef Jon's simple, strong, and creative dishes have many fans. Pasta is the main dish at this P52. There are a few appetizers and steaks, but the star of the show is the creative pasta. Not Italian, but Jon-style pasta.
The pasta is priced upscale, from RM55 to RM88 per plate, but customers kept coming back even during weekday lunch for its delicious taste.
The dish is full of ingredients and has a deep flavor. The tagliolini with clams with homemade smoked bacon and the shrimp creole spice tagliolini were both delicious, but the most popular "Burnt Ends" pappardelle pasta with pork jowl, burnt cream, and tapenade is a must. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was also very good.

パルマスジャヤの大上海の隣りにオープンした手打ちパスタレストラン。以前ポンデロッサにあった人気店Terroirが移転してリニューアルオープンしたお店です。
シェフJonのシンプルで力強くクリエイティブな料理にはファンがたくさん。このP52ではパスタがメインディッシュ。少しだけ前菜とステーキがありますが、主役は創作パスタです。イタリアンではなくJon式パスタ。
パスタは一皿RM55からRM88と高級価格ですが、その美味しさを求めて、平日ランチでもお客が続々と来ていました。
具沢山で深みのある味わい。自家製スモークのベーコンを入れたアサリのタリオリーニも、海老のクレオールスパイスのタリオリーニも美味しかったですが、1番人気の豚とろと焦がしクリーム、タップナードの「Burnt Ends」パッパルデッレパスタはマスト。芽キャベツの前菜もとても美味しかったです。

P52 New School Pasta @ Permas Jaya, Johor

This handmade pasta restaurant opened next to the 大上海 in Parmas Jaya. It is the reopening of the popular Terroir restaurant formerly located in Ponderossa, which has relocated to a new location.
Chef Jon's simple, strong, and creative dishes have many fans. Pasta is the main dish at this P52. There are a few appetizers and steaks, but the star of the show is the creative pasta. Not Italian, but Jon-style pasta.
The pasta is priced upscale, from RM55 to RM88 per plate, but customers kept coming back even during weekday lunch for its delicious taste.
The dish is full of ingredients and has a deep flavor. The tagliolini with clams with homemade smoked bacon and the shrimp creole spice tagliolini were both delicious, but the most popular "Burnt Ends" pappardelle pasta with pork jowl, burnt cream, and tapenade is a must. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was also very good.

パルマスジャヤの大上海の隣りにオープンした手打ちパスタレストラン。以前ポンデロッサにあった人気店Terroirが移転してリニューアルオープンしたお店です。
シェフJonのシンプルで力強くクリエイティブな料理にはファンがたくさん。このP52ではパスタがメインディッシュ。少しだけ前菜とステーキがありますが、主役は創作パスタです。イタリアンではなくJon式パスタ。
パスタは一皿RM55からRM88と高級価格ですが、その美味しさを求めて、平日ランチでもお客が続々と来ていました。
具沢山で深みのある味わい。自家製スモークのベーコンを入れたアサリのタリオリーニも、海老のクレオールスパイスのタリオリーニも美味しかったですが、1番人気の豚とろと焦がしクリーム、タップナードの「Burnt Ends」パッパルデッレパスタはマスト。芽キャベツの前菜もとても美味しかったです。

Westin Desaru's Festive Buffet. For the past few years, the hotel's festive buffet has been well-received for its quality, taste, and variety, and it has said that it is worth a visit for this buffet from JB.
This year's event was no exception. Executive Chef Ding and his team have created a Christmas menu that is not only Western, but also Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese dishes that are sure to be the stars of the show. It is hard to decide what to eat.
The Westin Desaru Coast Resort is now even more luxurious and beautiful with a new resort pool and new restaurant, and is well worth a visit from JB.

One of the most popular hotels in JB.St. Giles Hotel, a 4-star hotel attached to Mid Valley South Quay.
Because of its convenient location, it quickly fills up with Singaporeans who want to enjoy shopping.
I stayed two nights in a Premier Room this time.The living room and bedroom are separated, and the large windows offer an expansive JB panoramic view. The water is eco-friendly and you can get your own water from the water station in the hallway.
If you stay in a Premier room, you also have access to the executive lounge, and breakfast is available as a buffet as well as an a la carte menu. Even though I stayed here for shopping, I felt so relaxed that I didn't want to go out anywhere. How comfortable this room is !
Be sure to book early for weekends; most days in December are already full.

プレミアルームに宿泊すると、エグゼクティブラウンジも利用でき、朝食はビュッフェの他、アラカルトメニューも。買い物目当てでここに宿泊したとしても、どこにも出かけたくなくなるほど寛げました。
週末の予約はお早めに。12月はすでにほとんどの日が満室です。

The start of the festivities at Anantara Desaru!
I attended this Christmas Tree Lightning Ceremony.
Beginning of the festival season. Beautiful white trees set up by the beach. Barefoot, we enjoyed wine, cocktails, and finger food while feeling the sound of the waves and the breeze from the ocean.
Christmas carols listened on the beach gave the event a very resort-like atmosphere.
Speeches were made by the Area General Manager: Torsten Richter and a lighting ceremony was held by the children.
ラグジュアリーリゾート、アナンタラデサルコーストのクリスマスツリー点灯式イベントに出席しました。
フェスティバルシーズンの始まり。ビーチサイドに設置された白いツリーが美しい。裸足になって、波の音と海からの風を感じながらのワインやカクテル、フィンガーフードをいただきました。ビーチで聴くクリスマスキャロルは、リゾート感満載。
エリア統括ゼネラルマネージャーのTorsten Richter 氏のよるスピーチと、子供達による点灯式が行われました。
