The Saujana Hotel is a 5-star resort with a golf course in Subang.
This was my first visit to the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Ti Chen. The green tinted glass and white window frames create a classic atmosphere. So beautiful.
Here, you can enjoy authentic Cantonese and Sichuanese cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Lim, who has over 20 years of experience, and dim sum prepared by award-winning Chef Yau.
This time, we were treated to a special course full of Ti Chen's charm. The signature smoked duck, rich fried rice, and other dishes were all very delicious, authentic, yet creative. I wanted to come back for lunch for dim sum too.
Check out the Chinese New Year set menu!The sets can be ordered not only for 10 people, but also for 2 or 5, and they have one rotation so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
I heard The restaurant also allows you to order dim sum one piece at a time, which is a great attention to detail.

今回はじめて、ホテル内一軒家中華レストランTi Chen に伺いました。緑色の色ガラスと白色の窓枠がクラシックな雰囲気を醸し出していて、とても素敵。
ここでは、20年以上の経験があるエグゼクティブシェフLimによる本格広東料理と四川料理、いくつもの受賞歴があるChef Yauによる点心を楽しめます。
今回は、Ti Chenの魅力が詰まった特別なコースをいただきました。シグネイチャーのスモークダック、コクのある炒飯など、本格的でありながら、クリエイティブで小粋な料理は全てとてもおいしかった。飲茶をしにランチにも来たいと思いました。
チャイニーズニューイヤーのセットメニューもチェック！セットは10名用だけでなく、2名や5名でもオーダーでき、1回転なのでゆったりと食事を楽しめるそうです。
また、このレストランでは飲茶も1つずつオーダーできて、細かい気配りが素晴らしいです。

Celebrate prosperity, happiness, and good fortune with three exceptional set menus crafted to perfection with premium ingredients and traditional flavors.
I attended the dinner preview and tasted Fortune Set.
After tossed Yee San, the soup is “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” with Morel Mushroom. Crispy duck with truffle sauce, Steamed Dragon Tiger Grouper, Sumptuous Lobster, Big Abalone and Sea cucumber, and the rice is Claypot Smoke duck rice. The end dessert is also gorgeous! Dragon fruit cream with sago include Bird Nest !!
We all enjoyed so much. High ceiling atmosphere also nice.

私はCNYディナーのプレビューに参加し、フォーチュン・セットをいただきました。
イーサンでお祝いした後、スープはモリーユ茸を添えた「仏陀が壁を飛び越える」ほど美味しいと言われるブッダジャンプスープ。クリスピーダックのトリュフソース、ドラゴンタイガーハタの蒸し物、豪華なロブスター、大きなアワビとナマコ、そしてご飯は土鍋のスモークダックライスと続きます。最後のデザートまで豪華。タピオカ入りドラゴンフルーツクリームには、なんと燕の巣入り！
みんな大満足のディナーでした。天井が高くて雰囲気も抜群。

Westin Desaru's Festive Buffet. For the past few years, the hotel's festive buffet has been well-received for its quality, taste, and variety, and it has said that it is worth a visit for this buffet from JB.
This year's event was no exception. Executive Chef Ding and his team have created a Christmas menu that is not only Western, but also Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese dishes that are sure to be the stars of the show. It is hard to decide what to eat.
The Westin Desaru Coast Resort is now even more luxurious and beautiful with a new resort pool and new restaurant, and is well worth a visit from JB.

The start of the festivities at Anantara Desaru!
I attended this Christmas Tree Lightning Ceremony.
Beginning of the festival season. Beautiful white trees set up by the beach. Barefoot, we enjoyed wine, cocktails, and finger food while feeling the sound of the waves and the breeze from the ocean.
Christmas carols listened on the beach gave the event a very resort-like atmosphere.
Speeches were made by the Area General Manager: Torsten Richter and a lighting ceremony was held by the children.

ラグジュアリーリゾート、アナンタラデサルコーストのクリスマスツリー点灯式イベントに出席しました。
フェスティバルシーズンの始まり。ビーチサイドに設置された白いツリーが美しい。裸足になって、波の音と海からの風を感じながらのワインやカクテル、フィンガーフードをいただきました。ビーチで聴くクリスマスキャロルは、リゾート感満載。
エリア統括ゼネラルマネージャーのTorsten Richter 氏のよるスピーチと、子供達による点灯式が行われました。

This year's festive season theme at The Westin KL is CITRUS WONDERLAND. The citrus-inspired decorations in orange and gold tones will bring the joy and sparkle of the season.
Citrus is also used in a variety of dishes, giving a bright and modern Christmas feel.
Giant beef legs, lamb, and other sumptuous foods unique to this time of year are also on the menu, but the prices are the same as for the usual weekend buffet.
This year, Christmas buffets at five-star hotels have been topping RM200 across the board, so this RM198nett is affordable. And for an additional RM60, you can have all-you-can-drink beer and wine.

I had heard about it from Malaysian friends as a long-established "Iketeru” is admired presence for 20 years since it opened at the same time as the hotel.
The renovated restaurant has a magnificent sushi and teppanyaki counter, a private tatami room, and a very nice view of the garden and waterfall from the window.
When I visited, there were customers of all nationalities.
First, let's toast with "Iketeru," an original sake made by a Japanese sake brewery and exclusive to this restaurant.
The festive kaiseki bento, available only in December, is gorgeous and plentiful. From sashimi to vinegared dishes, teppanyaki and fried dishes, Japanese beef and sushi, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), this bento is packed with delicious foods.
Sushi and teppan-yaki are one of the pleasures to be enjoyed at the counter.
The restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal with family and friends at the end of the year or for a business dinner.

12月限定のフェスティブ会席弁当は、華やかで盛りだくさん。9種類の料理と5種類のデザートは、どれからいただこうか考えるのも楽しい。お刺身から酢の物、鉄板焼きや揚げ物、和牛とお寿司、茶碗蒸しまで美味しいものがたくさん詰まったお弁当です。
お寿司と鉄板焼きは、カウンターでいただくのも楽しみのうちの1つ。
一年の締めくくりに家族や友人と、仕事上の会食に、ゆったりとした食事を楽しむのに最適なレストランです。
