PRIME is a steakhouse located in Le Meridien KL. Simple menu, exquisite meats and plenty of wine. Spacious and elegant dining space.
I enjoyed dinner with a friend who is regular customer of this restaurant.
I have been to this hotel many times but this was my first time at PRIME.
I ordered the Argentine Rib Eye. It was amazingly delicious, perfectly cooked and perfectly meaty. The sauce of choice, horseradish and chimichurri sauce, was also perfect.
You can spend Quality time.

ここが行きつけの店だという友人とディナーを楽しみました。私はこのホテルには何度も来ているけど、PRIMEは初体験。
アルゼンチンのリブアイをオーダーしました。完璧な焼き具合に、完璧な肉質で驚くほど美味しかったです。選んだソースの、ホースラディッシュとチミチュリソースも完璧。
上質な時間を過ごせます。

“ Orchestra of Flames “.
Located in an office building near KLCC, Barkar combines Malaysian fusion cuisine with open-flame grilling and smoking techniques, and has been named a Michelin Selected Restaurant for 2025.
The interior design is uplifting from the moment you enter, the dishes are full of originality and express the combined skills and flavors of Malaysian cuisine, and even the desserts are of high quality. The concept of an "Orchestra of Flames" is apt, as the food is dynamic, savory, smoky, and harmonious throughout. The way the ingredients were combined was very Malaysian and full of surprises.
I especially liked the grilled squid, wagyu beef char siu claypot rice, and corn millefeuille.
The two sessions are two parts of two hours each, so if you want to stay longer, I recommend the session starting at 8pm.

入り口から気分が高まる内装、マレーシア料理の合わせ技と味をしっかり表現したオリジナリティあふれる料理、デザートまでハイクオリティ。「炎のオーケストラ」というコンセプトがまさにぴったりの、ダイナミックで香ばしさやスモーキーさを感じつつも、全体的に調和の取れた料理がいただけます。食材の合わせ方が、とてもマレーシアらしく、驚きに満ちていました。イカのグリル、和牛チャーシューのクレイポットライス、とうもろこしのミルフィーユが特に気に入りました。
2時間ずつの2部制なので、ゆっくりしたい方は20時からのセッションがおすすめ。
