If you are a pizza lover, this is a place you can't miss!
It’s The main dining restaurant in Hyatt Centric Hotel KL opened 3 months ago in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Open from morning !
The team led by Chef Enzo from Naples offers authentic and simple Italian cuisine that brings out the best of the ingredients.
The Neapolitan-style pizza, which takes 36 hours to make dough and is baked in the pizza oven at 430 degrees for only 90 seconds, has a melt-in-your-mouth and just the right amount of aroma to make it an exquisite dish. The burrata with carefully selected local tomatoes, one of the signature one-meter-long antipasti platters, and the authentic tiramisu, a generous portion of which is scooped from the container, are a must-order.
The restaurant's open-air atmosphere, with a terrace and lounge, is also very nice.
Until 23 March, “Giro Pizza & Pasta" is also being held, offering all-you-can-eat pizza and pasta until you make your order stop in the evening.

Ramadan Buffet at Courtyard Hotel Kuala Lumpur South.
The variety of items, value for money, and the quality and deliciousness of each dish were all met, making this one of the best hotels to offer a Ramadan buffet!
The team, led by Executive Chef Victor, has created an array of Malay cuisine as well as Chinese, Indian, and Western dishes. The signature Fish Head Curry, the refined Nasi Kelab, the roast chicken and beef grilled to a succulent finish, the Indian spiced fish, the western chicken stewed in tomatoes, and the Chinese fried rice were all of high quality and very tasty. Highly recommended.

エグゼクティブシェフVictorが率いるチームによってマレー料理だけでなく、中華、インド、西洋料理の数々が並びます。シグネイチャーのフィッシュヘッドカリー、洗練されたナシケラブ、ローストチキンやビーフのグリルはジューシーに仕上がっていて、インドのスパイスで焼いた魚も、洋風のチキンのトマト煮込みも、中華のフライドライスも、どれも質が高くとても美味しかったです。とてもオススメ。

Element Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s Ramadan Buffet, with a dynamic view of KL from the 40th floor, is sure to be a memorable dining experience.
There are many Malay dishes such as Nasi Goreng Dabai, Lamb Biryani, Fish Head Curry, Roasted Beef Short Ribs, as well as various Chinese and grilled dishes.
I especially liked the Clay Pot Assam Pedas, where you get to choose your favorite ingredients and finish it off, the Baked Salmon with Percik Sauce, and the BBQ Lamb.
