日本人のご主人と、チャイニーズマレーの奥様が営む、和食の食堂「名醤」。場所をジョホールジャヤの入り口にあるファミリーフードコートに移転し、新たに、名古屋風手羽先の専門屋台をオープンさせました。
オリジナルの味の他、1番人気は西京味噌。唐辛子やチーズ、わさび味もあります。毎朝市場で仕入れる新鮮な鶏にこだわり、カリカリしたガーリックビッツまで手作り。
甘さ控えめで、お母さんの作るお弁当のおかずのような懐かしい味でした。
好みの味付けと本数は自由にオーダーできます。
手羽先屋台は5時からオープン。その横の和食ストールはお昼から営業中。

This taste makes me feel of home cooking that Japanese mother cooks.
The curry slowly boiled from the previous day, the umami of the ingredients is blending.
Most popular menu is Nagoya Miso Pork don RM13 and Humburger Steak Curry Rice RM20.

全部のお店が開くのは19:00近くです。RM5のミーソトは、給食のカレーうどんを思い出す味で美味しかった。
