My family travel started! It’s 6nights 7days Japan cruising from Yokohama Port.

The ship took two nights to reach Nagasaki. Buildings line the slopes of the hills surrounding the port, a city that became a symbol of a major milestone during World War II when the Allies dropped an atomic bomb on the city in August 1945.
Nagasaki is small town. So you will enjoy very fruitful trip even in short time by bus, train and walking.

長崎1日旅行
今年の家族旅行は、横浜港発の6泊7日のクルーズの旅。スタートしました。
(クルーズについては後ほど書きます。)
船は2晩かけて長崎に到着。港を取り囲む丘の斜面に建物が立ち並びます。1945 年 8 月に連合国軍が原子爆弾を投下したことで、第二次世界大戦中の大きな節目を象徴する街となりました。
初の長崎でしたが、コンパクトな街なので、バスか路面電車と徒歩で、たくさんの場所をまわることができました。充実した１日。
上記は私の長崎1日旅行でまわった場所です。
教科書で知っていた場所に実際訪れることができて嬉しかったです。

If you enjoy shopping in Tokyo,
Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku are popular, but Kichijoji is also highly recommended!
Kichijoji has been ranked as the "No. 1 place to live" in Japan for more than 10 years. I think its popularity is due to the fact that it is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Shinjuku by train, yet is rich in nature, such as Inokashira Park, and has many shopping streets and stores, offering everything from inexpensive stores to high-end stores.
Once you get off the station, there are countless stores. There are many arcades, from department stores, cheap confectionary stores, electronics stores, drug stores, restaurants, cafes, and anything else you want to buy!
You can shop from the perspective of the people who live here.
However, there are few hotels, so you may want to stay in another city.
数年前から日本での家が吉祥寺付近にあり、買い物や食事など、この街をよく利用しています。本当に便利でよいところ！
日本で10年以上「住みたい街ランキングNo1」を獲得している吉祥寺。人気なのは、新宿から電車で約20分という便利な場所なのに、井の頭恩賜公園などの自然豊かということ、商店街や店が多く、安い店から高級店までなんでもあることだと思います。
駅を降りると無数のお店があります。アーケードも多く、デパートメントストアから、格安お菓子屋さん、電気屋さんからドラッグストア、レストラン、カフェなど、あなたの買いたいものがなんでも揃います！
ただし、ホテルは少ないので、観光客が宿泊するなら別の街がいいでしょう。

The bright and soft atmosphere of the cafe is comfortable, though not so spacious. Open from 9:00 am daily.
A large selection of cakes, tarts, breads, etc. The food menu, including pasta and chicken chops, is classic standard and not too expensive. There are snacks and cocktails too.
You can park your car in the hotel parking lot, so it is convenient to stop by.

メディニ地区にオープンした、アフタヌーンティーを楽しめるケーキカフェが、JBタウンエリア、TroveホテルのG階にオープンしました。
明るくて柔らかい雰囲気の店内は、それほど広くはありませんが快適。毎日朝9時から営業。ケーキやタルト、パンなど数多く並びます。パスタやチキンチョップなど、フードメニューはオーソドックスで価格が高すぎないのが良い。カクテルやスナック類もありました。
ホテルの駐車場に車を停められるので、立ち寄るのに便利です。

The spacious lobby, the dignified air and subtle good smells, the panoramic sea view when you enter the room, the fluffy slippers.
I stayed two nights at the Ascott Gurney Penang, an apartment hotel located on Gurney Drive in Penang.
The executive room is very comfortable with a spacious living room, a bright bedroom, and a bathtub with an ocean view.
I liked it very much.
I had an image that the Ascott series are simple hotels with only rooms, but this is the only hotel in Malaysia that has a bar and restaurant inside the hotel.
The restaurant and bar menu prices start from RM20, so it is suitable for everyday use.
In addition to the pool, gym, yoga room, and residence lounge, there is a very well-equipped kids' room and children's pool.
Although it seems like a beautiful and simple hotel for adults, it is also a place where families can fully enjoy themselves.
Breakfast is a delight, with many varieties of dim sum and elaborate menus such as beancurd desserts.
The location is very convenient as it is attached to a shopping mall with many convenience store, restaurants, and cafes.

広いロビー、凛とした空気とほのかに漂ういい香り、部屋に入るとパノラマティックな海の眺め、ふわふわのスリッパ。
ペナンのガーニードライブに位置するアパートメントホテル、アスコットガーニーペナンに2泊しました。
エグゼグティブルームは、ゆったりしたリビングに、明るいベッドルーム、オーシャンビューのバスタブがついて、とても快適。
すごく気に入りました。
アスコット系列は、部屋のみのシンプルなホテルというイメージがありましたが、ここは唯一、ホテル内にバーやレストランが入っています。
レストランやバーのメニューの価格もRM20からと普段使いにできる感じ。
プールやジム、ヨガルームやレジデンスラウンジの他、キッズルームや子供用プールがとても充実しています。
美しくシンプルな大人向けのホテルと思いきや、家族も存分に楽しめる場所。
朝食は、飲茶の種類が多かったり、豆花デザートなどの趣向を凝らしたメニューも多くて嬉しい。
ショッピングモールに併設しているので、コンビニやレストラン、カフェもたくさんあってとても便利な立地。

Beautiful French pastry cafe opened in Penang.
It’s by Pastry Chef Jeffery Tan.
It was available for pre-order in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, but this is probably the first cafe where you can eat in.
Maybe the most expensive cake in Malaysia.
A small single-serving cake costs RM46!
Beautiful design, combination of different textures and a delicate, fine taste. It was a very, very delicious cake.
No wonder there are so many fans of this quality.
However, the teapot is difficult to use due to the emphasis on design. The position of the handle made it too hot to pour, which was disappointing. I wish they would pay more attention to details like this.

ペストリーシェフのJeffery Tanによるもので、クアラルンプールとペナンで予約販売が行われていましたが、イートインできるカフェはおそらくここが初。
おそらく、マレーシアでもっとも高級なケーキだと思います。小さな1人前のケーキがRM46！(約¥1380！)
美しいデザイン、異なる食感の組み合わせと、繊細で上質な味わい。とてもとても美味しいケーキでした。
ファンが多いのも頷けるクオリティです。
ただ、ティーポットはデザイン重視で使いづらい。取っ手の位置により、熱くて注げない形で残念でした。こういう細かいところにもこだわってほしい。

There are many affordable menu items priced around RM10, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes at tea time or at meal time.
There are also a wide variety of beverages on the menu, including authentic pearl milk tea and yogurt drinks.

Opened about 2 years ago by Jimmy, an interior designer with a passion for cheesecakes, and his partner, the store is a relaxing space with seating on the second floor.
From a selection of over 60 types of cheesecakes, about 10 types change daily.
All are moderately sweet, and the combinations with various ingredients are fun.
This café is recommended for a relaxing and calm tea time in this area, which is crowded on weekends.
The new menu item, Golden Bread Classic Cheesecake, is a "hand-held cheesecake," with layers of two types of cheesecake in a savory bread. Wholes are available in two sizes.
The food menu is big portions and reasonably priced.

週末は混雑しているこのエリアで、ゆっくりと落ち着いてお茶したいときにオススメなカフェです。
新メニューのゴールデンブレッドクラシックチーズケーキは、「手で持って食べられるチーズケーキ」。2種のチーズケーキの層が香ばしいパンに入っています。ホールは2サイズあります。
フードメニューはビッグポーションでリーズナブル。

Vietnamese restaurant opened in Taman Daya.
Lady Boss, a native of Hanoi, has recreated many of the dishes that she loved to eat as a child.
The interior is café-like and relaxing, yet offers authentic cuisine at a reasonable price. No Pork No Lard.
There are many Vietnamese restaurants in Johor, but most of them serve dishes from Ho Chi Minh City and other southern cities, and only a few of them serve Hanoi cuisine. The turmeric seasoned fish mixed with vermicelli is probably only available here in Malaysia. It was very tasty. The beef pho has a clear and refreshing soup. Lemongrass chicken is also everyone's favorite. Coffee caramel pudding is a must order.
They are planning to renew the name and concept of the restaurant next month.

タマンダヤにオープンしたベトナムレストラン。ハノイ出身のレディボスが、子供の頃に好きだった味を再現した料理の数々。カフェ風の落ち着けるインテリアでありながら、本場の料理がリーズナブルにいただけます。ノーポークノーラード。
ジョホールにはたくさんのベトナムレストランがありますが、ホーチミンなど南の料理が多く、ハノイ料理がいただける店は少ないのだそうです。ターメリックで味付けした魚をビーフンと絡めていただく料理はマレーシアではここでしかないだろうとのこと。とても美味しかったです。ビーフのフォーはスッキリクリアなスープ。レモングラスチキンもみんなが好きな味。コーヒーカラメルプリンはマストオーダー。
来月には店の名前やコンセプトをリニューアルする予定だそうです。

They started online business. And reputation is very good, finally opened this real shop in Molek.

The most popular cake is "Whisky Hazelnut Chocolate" with Suntory Kakubin Whisky.
White chocolate cake contains Roku Gin.

お酒使用のケーキは高級な価格帯ですが、お酒の入っていないロールケーキやスフレチーズケーキなど、お手頃なものもあります。
お味はとても美味しい。お酒好きならぜひお試しを。
私はラムレーズンサンドがとても気に入りました。ラム入りの生チョコもグッド。
オースティンにある「花火居酒屋」は同じ系列店なので、そこでもこれらのケーキがいただけます。

I think this is the best buffet at the Renaissance in the last 2 years!
All you can eat raw oysters and charbroiled oysters too!
I have been to every dinner buffet at this hotel, and of the past 2 years, this buffet today is personally the best.
It is an Asian themed buffet and the selection and flavors were very good.
The large shrimp tom yum soup was an original recipe by GM Kanit (who is from Thailand!). and was very flavorful and not too spicy. All other Thai dishes were also endorsed by him.
Vietnamese spring rolls, lamb briyani in a bamboo tube, Singapore hocken mee, and many other "must try" items.
The pastry staff has changed and the cakes taste better.
The mango sticky rice is good, and the candy apples were nostalgic and delightful.
Both can be enjoyed on Fridays and Saturdays. (There are no live food stalls such as grilled oysters on weekdays).

ここ2年のルネッサンスのビュッフェの中でこれがベストだと思います！
生牡蠣と炭火焼牡蠣も食べ放題！
このホテルのディナーブッフェは毎回行っていますが、過去2年の中では、今日のこのブッフェが個人的には一番です。
アジアをテーマにしたビュッフェで、品揃えも味付けもとても良かったです。
大きなエビのトムヤムスープは、GMのKanitさん（タイ出身の方です！）のオリジナルレシピで、風味がよく、辛すぎず、とても美味しいです！他のタイ料理も全て彼のお墨付き。
ベトナムの生春巻き、竹筒に入ったラム肉のブリヤニ、シンガポールホッケンミーなどなど、「食べてみたい」と思うものがたくさんあります。
パティシエのスタッフが変わって、ケーキの味も良くなりました。
マンゴースティッキーライスもいいし、リンゴ飴は懐かしくて嬉しかった。
いずれも金・土曜日に楽しむことができます。(平日は焼き牡蠣などのライブ屋台はありません)。

The location is in Chinatown, surrounded by many atmospheric cafes and kopitiams.
Some my friends really like here. I also stayed here for many times.

Always clean and comfortable. The pillow is little bit too high to me. So I ordered feather pillow. ( lower.)
Breakfast has many selections. Omelette made by lady chef was always perfect texture. So good!

友人の中でも、このホテルをとても気に入っている人が何人もいて、私も立地と価格のバランスがとれていることから、何度も泊まっています。
今回は3泊しました。私の部屋はコーナールームで、窓が2つあり、明るくて清潔で心地よかったです。
枕は、私には少し高すぎました。なので、低めな羽毛枕を届けてもらいました。
朝食は多くのセレクションがあります。女性シェフが作るオムレツは、中がふわふわでいつも完璧な食感でした。マレーシアで完璧なオムレツに出会うことは少ないので、貴重。

It’s Beautiful butter cakes cafe.
Originally named Tao Bakes Cakes, it started as a home baker selling whole cakes.
The beauty and taste of the cakes became so popular that they opened this hidden cafe.
Located on the upper floor of Opus Bistro in Bangsar. The cafe is well known to those in the know as it has no signage.
The showcase is filled with beautiful cakes that combine English-style butter cake with fruit.
The fig and pistachio cake is moist with sour lemon syrup. The white cream is yogurt. It was a refreshing butter cake.

バンサーのビストロの上階にあり、看板がないので知る人ぞ知るお店。
イギリス式のバターケーキにフルーツを組み合わせた美しいケーキたちがショーケースに並びます。
いちじくとピスタチオのケーキは、酸味のあるレモンシロップでしっとり。白いクリームはヨーグルト。爽やかなバターケーキでした。

とてもシンプルで静か。私がリピートしているカフェの一つです。
コーヒー、ペストリー、パン、サンドウィッチなどがあり、ほとんどのパンや食べ物が自家製です。
海老カツサンドはとてもオススメ。自家製のパンに挟まれたエビカツはパティも自家製で、格別です。フィッシュサンドやスクランブルエッグサンドもとてもおいしいです。
もちろんコーヒーにもこだわっています。
右隣のワンタン麺屋さん(詳しくは後日書きます)もすごくおいしいのでハシゴもおすすめ。

嬉しい！Kulaiにあるケーキ屋さんが2号店をエコボタニックのエコギャラリアにオープン。昨日4/15にソフトオープンしたばかり。
ムース系などの本格フランス風ケーキと、日本風のイチゴのショートケーキなどがあります。とても美しい見た目。中身は想像より軽くて滑らかで甘すぎず、上質でとてもおいしい。ヴァローナのクーベルチュールチョコレートや日本の小麦粉を使っているそうです。1つRM20-22くらいで、納得の価格。
ホールケーキやロールケーキやシューなどもあり、お土産にもぴったり。
席数はあまり多くはありませんが2階席もあります。
