The Malay owner cooked good Burgers during staying Japan term. And opened this Burger shop in Melaka 4 years ago.
And now, The Tokyo Burger have 2 shops in KL and Melaka.
At last we Johorian can eat this nice burgers ! But only 1 week ( 27May- 2June)!

Taste is so good ! Homemade Japanese Tartar Sauce and spicy Smoke Sauce is good combination.

オースティン工場地区にある韓国ブランドのデザート屋さんHOMIBING にて、今日から1週間、KLとマラッカから来たハンバーガー屋さんが期間限定オープン。
オーナーは仕事で4年間宇都宮に住んだことがあり、その時にハラルの材料でハンバーガーを作って友人に配っていて。帰国後にこの日本スタイルのハンバーガー屋さんをマラッカにオープン。営業開始からすでに4年間、継続して提供しているそう。
卵を入れた日本式のタルタルソース入りのフライドチキンバーガーやフィッシュバーガー、少しスパイシーでスモーキーなトマトソースの入ったビーフバーガーが人気。
カスタマイズして、チキンやビーフパティやモッツァレラフライを好きなだけ追加するのがオススメの食べ方。チキン10枚入りなどのバーガーのオーダーもあるそう。
ボリュームたっぷり。とても美味しいです。
1週間限定だから要チェック。
それとここホミビンのスフレパンケーキやフルーツのシェイブアイスも、ものすごく原材料と製法にこだわっています。おいしい状態のフルーツがなかったら売らないとのこと。

ステラ地区近くのベジタリアンカフェ。これまではカフェの店内でパンを売っていましたが、隣のスペースに新しくパン屋をオープンし(8:00amオープン！)、カフェ部分は飲食のみのスペースになりました。
オーナーシェフは日本のパン屋で修行をしたことがあり、つい最近も勉強と視察のために日本を訪れたばかり。クロワッサンやハードブレッドなどがお得意メニュー。
新作は、程よいサイズのデザート。クリーム入りチョコがけクロワッサンは3種あり、アイスバーのようなケーキはチーズケーキとチョコムース。
個包装で冷凍され、2週間持つとのこと。箱に保冷剤を入れてくれてくれました。JBで保冷剤をくれるお店は初？
とても美味しいパン屋さんなのでおススメです。

1週間限定の、今最もホットなポップアップショップ。人気の移動ハンバーガー屋「ウッドファイアー」が韓国デザートカフェ「ホミビン」内でオープンしています。
営業時間中、何度か休憩時間があるので、行くタイミングによっては長蛇の列に覚悟。(今回は休憩時間終盤に行きましたが、トータルで80分くらい待ちました。)
1つ1つ丁寧に作られたバーガー類はボリュームたっぷり。ピクルスソースの甘酸っぱさが強めだったり、ピリ辛で大人味な感じがしました。ソースたっぷりでマレーシア人に大人気の味。お茶や韓国かき氷も裏や横の店舗で注文できます。
個人的には、バーガー類にはお茶じゃなくてコーラが欲しい。
サイドメニューはカーリーポテトRM5.5があります。
