Full of traditional Ipoh dishes! Chicken Hor Fun, Ipoh Prawn noodle, Ipoh Bean Sprout, Charsiew, White coffee etc.
And most exciting thing to me is Porched fresh octopus dish ! We can enjoy this menu in KL !
It’s delicious! very fresh and soft.

コピティアムのような感じのイポー料理レストラン。KLに3店舗あるようで、友人（彼の故郷はイポー）がこの新しいレストランを紹介してくれました。
伝統的なイポー料理がいろいろ。チキンホーフン、海老ヌードル、イポーのもやし、チャーシュー、ホワイトコーヒーなどなど。
そして私が一番嬉しいのは、新鮮なタコをさっと茹でた料理！これがKLでも手軽に食べられるのは嬉しい！とても新鮮で柔らかいです。

RXP KL, a digital art exhibition inside REXKL in Chinatown, one of the most recommended places in Kuala Lumpur.
A new show "PIYING DREAM" starts on Feb. 9. It consists of two completely different works.
One of them is the world's first immersive Interpretation of the ancient Chinese shadow play, a reimagining of a Chinese legend inspired by Chinese shadow puppetry, which has been recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The story is woven together with over 3,000 digitized shadow puppet artifacts. The 3,000 pieces are representative of one of the largest private shadow puppet collections in China (over 40,000 pieces spanning 500 years across China).
We can immerse themselves in a world of vivid and beautiful colors and patterns.

This Afro-Caribbean (a fusion of West African, Creole, and American Indian cuisine) restaurant is tucked away next to the Stripes Hotel. This was my first experience with this genre.
This place usually serves tapas-like dishes, seafood and meats including pork, but this was a vegan course only day. We enjoyed a 10-course meal of vegetables, fruits, beans, and plant-based meats cooked and seasoned with Afro-Caribbean spices and herbs.
And the drink that goes with the food here is mezcal. Mezcal is a generic term for a Mexican specialty spirit made mainly from agave, which also includes tequila. Its alcohol content ranges from 35-55%.
The mezcal was served in a cup called jicara, made in Mexico from a miracle fruit, and after drinking it, I felt a warm sensation in my throat.
It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

素敵な空間、新しい感覚の料理、いい雰囲気！
ストライプスホテル横にひっそりとあるアフロカリビアン(西アフリカ料理、クレオール料理、アメリカン・インディアン料理が融合した)レストラン。このジャンルは初めての経験でした。
ここでは、いつもはタパス的な料理やシーフードや豚肉を含むお肉を提供していますが、この日はビーガンコースだけの日。野菜とフルーツと豆、プラントベースミートをアフロカリビアンのスパイスやハーブで味付けして調理した10品のコースを楽しみました。
そしてここでの料理にかかせないお酒が、メスカル。メスカルは、リュウゼツランを主原料とするメキシコ特産蒸留酒の総称で、大きな括りの中にテキーラも含まれています。アルコール度数は35-55%。
ミラクルフルーツから作られたメイドインメキシコのjicara というおちょこで、メスカルをいただくのですが、飲んだ後に喉がじんわり熱くなり、味わい深くてスモーキーで、やみつきになりそうなお酒でした。
素晴らしい経験ができました。またぜひ伺いたいお店です。

There are many traditional street food, nostalgic snacks, and delicious Malaysian local twist!
The food at the buffet, beautifully and classically decorated, was carefully prepared, delicate and tasty.
I really enjoyed the seafood Thai red curry fusilli from the fusion pasta section, which is finished with an oriental sauce.
I also recommend the biryani, chicken Indian curry, Hainanese chicken chop, and seafood congee. The signature white coffee crème brûlée is so good that you will want to come back for it.

The Japanese Seafood Fest started with a 60kg tuna cutting show by Chef Otsuka of Sushi Yoshi.
This interactive event is designed to foster new knowledge about fresh seafood imported directly from Japan, and to reward participants for tasting it by answering a simple quiz.
You can also enjoy a sushi roll making workshop, a yukata dressing session, and delicious sashimi all for free, how wonderful.

No Pork, No Lard
Everyone knows this long-established Cantonese restaurant. Just up the stairs from the lobby of the Shangri-La Hotel, the restaurant has a classic, relaxed atmosphere with a red base color.
We visited for the Peking Duck.
The Peking Duck has a very high level of crispiness of the skin, thickness and flavor. For the second course using duck meat, you can choose from six dishes, including stir-fry and fried rice, but we ordered the minced meat wrapped in lettuce.
The other dishes are also excellent. There were many creative dishes that you won't find at other restaurants, such as crispy shaved soft-shell crab and yams.
The prices are upscale, but you can get a discount if you are a Shangri-La club member or book through Eatigo.

誰もが知る、老舗の広東料理レストラン。シャングリラホテルのロビーから階段を上がるとすぐ、赤を基調としたクラシックで落ち着いた雰囲気のレストランです。
北京ダックを食べに伺いました。
皮のクリスピーさ、厚さや風味など、かなりレベルの高い北京ダックです。ダックの肉を使用した2コース目は、炒め物やチャーハンなど6品から選べますが、ミンチのレタス包みをオーダーしました。
他の料理も絶品。ソフトシェルクラブとヤムイモのクリスピーなかき揚げなど、他店では見かけない創作料理もたくさんありました。
お値段は高級ですが、シャングリラのクラブメンバーやEatigoを通した予約で割引になります。

One of my favourite cafe.
There are 3 outlets in KL, this Bamboo Hills outlet is newest and biggest one.
High ceiling and full of plants view is very comfortable.
Whole ingredients are prepared by natural methods, cooked over open-fire charcoal grills and wood-fire ovens.
The price range is high side as cafe. But The portion is huge. Taste is fine restaurant quality.
Usually I don’t order potato fries. But this Garlic Crisper Fries is highly recommended! Very crispy and cannot stop to picking!

お気に入りのオールデイダイニングカフェのうちのひとつ。
KLには3店舗ありますが、このバンブーヒルズ店は一番新しく大きい。
天井が高く、窓一面植物の眺めはとても心地がよいです。
ここでは、食材はすべて自然な方法で調理され、直火の炭火焼きグリルや薪オーブンで調理されます。価格帯はカフェとしては高めですが、ボリューム満点で、味は高級レストラン並みにおいしい。
普段、私はカフェでポテトフライは注文しませんが、このガーリック・クリスパー・フライドポテトはとてもお勧め！とってもクリスピーで箸が止まりません！
