Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur @ KL
I have stayed at the hotel 3 or 4 times over the past 2 years.
And I can say that this stay is the best I have ever had. Both the hospitality and the food selection in the lounge were much better than 7 months ago.
The location is convenient to both the LRT and the monorail station. Beautiful lounge with high ceilings and chandeliers, delicious breakfast with a wide selection, older but clean and spacious rooms, garden resort-like pool, KL Tower view, and affordable prices.
Of all the hotels in Kuala Lumpur, this is the one that offers more value for money for its location and quality.
The large Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are very nice to use free of charge from 7am for hotel guests.
I stayed in a suite for two nights this time and it was so comfortable that I wanted to stay in the room all the time.
There are 8 units of connecting rooms, making it comfortable for families to reserve 2 rooms.

この2年間の間で3、4回宿泊していますが、今回の滞在はこれまでの中でベストと言えます。ホスピタリティもラウンジの料理のセレクションも、7ヶ月前と比較して、かなり良くなっていました。
LRTにもモノレール駅にも近い便利な立地。高い天井とシャンデリアのある美しいラウンジ、品揃え豊富なおいしい朝食、古いけれど清潔で広さのある客室、ガーデンリゾートのようなプール、KLタワービュー、そして手頃な価格。
クアラルンプールのホテルの中で、ここはロケーションやクオリティに対して、価格以上にバリューを感じるホテルです。
広いジャグジーとサウナ、スチームルームは、宿泊客なら朝7時から無料で使えるのがとても嬉しい。
今回はスイートルームに2泊しましたが、部屋にずっと籠っていたいくらい快適でした。
コネクティングルームが8ユニットあるので、家族で2部屋予約する場合も快適。

A Malay restaurant that is a real secret but I want to tell you about it, a hidden gem.
It is the best Malay food I have ever tasted.
Adu Sugar is located on the 1st floor of Shoplot in the Bangsar area of Kuala Lumpur.
The food is original Malay cuisine that sticks to the basics. It is run by celebrity chef Adu and his chef sisters and staff, so the taste and quality of the food is maintained throughout. Every dish is superbly balanced, gentle, and so elegant and delicate that you would think this is Malay cuisine. 40 percent of the menu is vegan, so it is a good idea to come with vegetarian friends too.
The beautiful murals decorating the restaurant were all painted by Chef Adu. The interior is a very beautiful mix of different things.
All the dishes we ordered this time were vegetarian. The red curry with rambutan, chestnuts and mango was fruity. The pesto pasta was excellent with an Asian flavor. This restaurant can be used for business entertainment.

本当は教えたくないけど教えたい、隠れ家のようなマレー料理レストラン。
私がこれまでいただいてきたマレー料理の中で、ベストと言える味わいです。
Adu Sugar は、クアラルンプールのバンサー地区のショップロット 2 階にあります。
料理は、基本を忠実に守ったオリジナルのマレー料理。セレブリティシェフAdu氏とシェフである姉妹とスタッフで運営しているから、料理の味とクオリティがずっと保たれています。どの料理も抜群のバランスで、やさしくて、これがマレー料理かと思うほどエレガントで繊細な味わい。メニューの4割がビーガンなので、ベジタリアンの友人と来るのもいいでしょう。
飾られた美しい壁画はすべてシェフAduが描いたもの。さまざまなものがミックスされたインテリアはとってもオシャレ。
今回オーダーしたのは全てベジタリアン料理。ランブータンと栗とマンゴーのレッドカレーはフルーティーさと辛さが絶妙。ペストパスタはアジアンな感じもする味わいで絶品でした。接待などにも使えるお店です。ワインの持ち込みも相談できます。

This is the lunch buffet that has been offered at the W Hotel's dining restaurant, Flock, since last month.
I loved the quality and the healthy food.
The buffet includes appetizers (breads and sandwiches, a variety of poke bowls, salads, soup, sushi and sashimi, and vegetable skewers) and a dessert buffet for RM108 nett. If you want to have main dishes, you can choose one of four main dishes for an additional RM48nett.
Perfect for a business meeting or just a chat with friends. You can enjoy a lot of vegetables and feel healthy even though it is a buffet. The skewers of Leek and shiitake mushrooms, beef ciabatta sandwich, and ice cream were my favourite.

Wホテルのダイニングレストラン「Flock」で先月から実施されているランチビュッフェ。
質が高くて、ヘルシーでとても気に入りました。
アペタイザー(パンやサンドウィッチ、豊富な具材のポケボウルとサラダ、スープ、お寿司とお刺身、野菜の串焼き) それとデザートのビュッフェで税込RM108。メインディッシュをオーダーしたい場合はRM48の追加で4種類から選べます。
ビジネスミーティングや友人とのおしゃべりの場にぴったり。たくさん野菜をいただけて、ビュッフェだけどヘルシーな気分。ネギや椎茸の串焼き、牛のチャバタサンド、アイスクリームなど、とても美味しかったです。

--- “Al Damascus” recently opened in JB Town, is completely unrelated to the popular restaurant “Damascus” in KL. ---.
The two Damascus shawarma stores are located at the intersection of Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur, and despite their long hours, there is always a line of customers waiting to get in. Due to the popularity of this restaurant, many shawarma restaurants have opened in the vicinity.
There are two types of shawarma offered: beef and chicken. Rice menu and Arabic BBQ are also available. It is available for purchase even late at night. The meat is juicy and tender.
The recently opened restaurant in JB Town that looks exactly like it, is a completely unrelated restaurant. I think most of the customers are standing in line thinking it is a branch of Damascus in KL, as I do. This restaurant serves chicken and lamb shawarma.
I love Arabic food and would be happy to see a good restaurant open in his line.
I'm also looking forward to the opening of a branch of Zaituna in the JB town area (currently only offering 2 chicken shawarmas in the store).

クアラルンプールのブキビンタンの交差点に2店舗あるシャワルマ店Damascus。長時間営業しているにも関わらず、いつも行列がある人気店です。この店の人気により、付近にもたくさんシャワルマ店ができました。
提供するシャワルマはビーフとチキンの2種類。ライスメニューやアラビックBBQなどもあります。夜遅い時間でも購入できるのが嬉しい。お肉がジューシーで柔らかく、とてもおいしいです。
最近JBタウンにできた、外見がそっくりなお店は、全く関係ないお店とのこと。私もそうですが、KLのDamascus の支店だと思って並んでいるお客が大半だと思います。この店ではチキンとラムのシャワルマを提供。私はアラビア料理が好きなので、おいしい店がオープンするのは嬉しいですが、独自の看板で勝負した方がいいのに、と思ったり、、、。
JBのタウンエリアにはZaitunaの支店もオープンするので(現在は店頭でチキンのシャワルマ2種のみの提供)、楽しみです。

I attended this event at Exotic Japanese hidden bar “Ronin”.
Mr. Dexter (Ambassador & Liquor consultant ) introduced me this whisky and cocktails of it.
“Dewar's Japanese Smooth Mizunara Oak Cask Finish Blended Scotch Whisky 8 Year Old”
This is a Scotch whisky aged for 8 years.
This is the fourth in the Unique Cask series, which offers a variation of flavors by using different casks for the finishing maturation. Although this whisky is from Scotland, it is aged in Japanese Mizunara oak casks.
This whisky is so highly regarded that it received 91 points in the American whisky magazine "Whisky Advocate“.
It has a strong Mizunara-derived aroma and a sweet taste that changes its expression with the passage of time. The highball with orange peel was outstanding, and the cocktail with yuzu and jasmine tea was refreshing and different.
I personally like the taste of this whiskey.
While enjoying these drinks and Japanese fusion foods, we watched Japanese drums (the boss was Japanese) and dancing. It was a wonderful evening for adults to enjoy.

-Nose: Earthy oak with a whiff of smoke, plus light hints of citrus oil.
-Palate: Sandalwood, plum, forest floor, toasted grain, and a touch of cinnamon.

モントキアラにあるビル「Arte」内の、隠れ家バー「Ronin」。エキゾチックな日本風の内装は、あたり一面デュワーズ8年ジャパニーズスムースで飾られていました。
友人の、リカーコンサルタントであり、主催の会社のアンバサダーでもあるDexter氏がいろいろと説明してくれました。
これは8年熟成させたスコッチウィスキー。
さまざまな樽を仕上げの熟成に使用することで、フレーバーのバリエーションを楽しめるユニークカスクシリーズの第4弾。スコットランド産のウィスキーですが、日本のミズナラの樽で熟成されています。
アメリカのウィスキー専門誌「ウィスキーアドボケート」で91ポイントを獲得するほど評価の高いウィスキー。
ミズナラ由来の香りがしっかりして、甘味がありながら時間の経過地とともに表情が変わります。オレンジピールを加えたハイボールは抜群の美味しさで、ゆずとジャスミンティーを加えたカクテルは爽やかでまた違った美味しさでした。
私は個人的にも好きな味のウィスキー。
これらのドリンクと日本ヒュージョンのピンチョスをいただきながら、和太鼓(ボスは日本の方)やダンスなどを鑑賞。大人が楽しめる素敵な夜でした。

The location is in Chinatown, surrounded by many atmospheric cafes and kopitiams.
Some my friends really like here. I also stayed here for many times.
This time, I stayed 3 nights. My room was corner room with 2 deferent side windows.
Always clean and comfortable. The pillow is little bit too high to me. So I ordered feather pillow. ( lower.)
Breakfast has many selections. Omelette made by lady chef was always perfect texture. So good!

場所はチャイナタウンにあり、周囲には雰囲気の良いカフェやコピティアムがたくさんあります。
友人の中でも、このホテルをとても気に入っている人が何人もいて、私も立地と価格のバランスがとれていることから、何度も泊まっています。
今回は3泊しました。私の部屋はコーナールームで、窓が2つあり、明るくて清潔で心地よかったです。
枕は、私には少し高すぎました。なので、低めな羽毛枕を届けてもらいました。
朝食は多くのセレクションがあります。女性シェフが作るオムレツは、中がふわふわでいつも完璧な食感でした。マレーシアで完璧なオムレツに出会うことは少ないので、貴重。

It’s Southern Europe Delicatessen Restaurant, the same group with Anne Elizabeth (Northern Europe Deli Restaurant.)
Select meat, bacon and seafood from the showcase and have them cooked. The prices listed include the cost of cooking. Pizza and pasta were also available.
The food is extremely reasonable and really tasty. Bottles of wine are also reasonably priced, starting at RM88.
The restaurant is delicious, inexpensive, and easy to enjoy eating and drinking a lot. At the end of the meal, there was authentic Italian gelato, and the flavor with alcohol was really delicious.
The hospitality is also excellent. The restaurant is not very spacious, so early reservations are recommended.
I would be even happier if they also have sparkling wine.

すごいいいお店！「いつも行く店」に決定！
同じ地域にある「Anne Elizabeth」の系列店で、あちらがステーキやソーセージがメインの北ヨーロッパスタイルで、この新しい店は南ヨーロッパスタイル。
ショーケースに並ぶお肉やベーコンやシーフードを選び、調理してもらいます。出ている価格は調理代金込みの価格。ピザやパスタもありました。
ものすごくリーズナブルで本当に美味しい。ワインもボトルでRM88からとリーズナブル。
おいしくて安くて、気軽にたくさん食べて飲んで楽しめるお店。最後には本格的なイタリアンジェラートもあり、お酒の入ったフレーバーがすごく美味しかった。
ホスピタリティも抜群。店内はあまり広くないので、早めの予約がおすすめです。
スパークリングワインも置いてくれたらさらに嬉しい。

It’s Beautiful butter cakes cafe.
Originally named Tao Bakes Cakes, it started as a home baker selling whole cakes.
The beauty and taste of the cakes became so popular that they opened this hidden cafe.
Located on the upper floor of Opus Bistro in Bangsar. The cafe is well known to those in the know as it has no signage.
The showcase is filled with beautiful cakes that combine English-style butter cake with fruit.
The fig and pistachio cake is moist with sour lemon syrup. The white cream is yogurt. It was a refreshing butter cake.

いちじくとピスタチオのケーキは、酸味のあるレモンシロップでしっとり。白いクリームはヨーグルト。爽やかなバターケーキでした。

Really nice Chinese restaurant !
I had wanted to come to this restaurant for a long time and the last time I went without a reservation, it was full and I could not get in.
This time I made a reservation very early.
They have dim sum for lunch and offer both traditional and creative Chinese dishes.
Very beautiful interior and tableware. The coloring is wonderful. Not very spacious spaces.
Quality ingredients and excellent technique. The Sichuan style steamed chicken and okra appetizer is a must-try. 小籠包 and siu mai are gently taste.
We had a really delicious and wonderful time. This will be a place I will always go. Wine and whiskey were also on the menu. Reservations are required.

以前からこの店に来たいと思っていて、前回は予約せずに行ったら満員で入れませんでした。
今回はかなり早くに予約。
昼は飲茶があり、伝統的な中華料理と創作中華料理が楽しめます。
とても美しいインテリアと食器。色遣いが素晴らしい。あまり広くはありません。
上質な食材と卓越した技術。四川風蒸し鶏とオクラの前菜はマストトライ。小籠包やシュウマイは優しい味わい。本当においしく素敵な時間が過ごせました。ここはいつも行く店になりそう。ワインやウイスキーもメニューにありました。予約必須です。

I stayed 2 nights for business trip.
There are 3 Le Meridien hotels in Kuala Lumpur area.
This is in Petaling Jaya, beside of big shopping mall: Paradigm Mall. So very convenient.
Interior is modern. Rooftop Swimming pool has wonderful view. Executive lounge’s cocktail time provide many selection of foods include ice cream!
It’s comfortable stay.

クアラルンプール周辺にはル・メリディアンホテルが3つあります。
このホテルはPetaling Jayaにあり、大きなショッピングモールParadigm Mallの横にあります。とても便利です。ホテルから出てすぐ横にファミリーマートやカフェがあります。
内装はモダンでシック。屋上のスイミングプールは素晴らしい眺めです。エグゼクティブラウンジのカクテルタイムでは、夕食にも十分な食べ物が用意されていて、アイスクリームまであります！
快適な滞在ができるホテル。

First time to stay this hotel.
It’s one of the best location hotel. Only 1 minutes to Pavilion, connect to Starhill Gallery.
Simple and Elegant, room is comfortable.
Bath tub is deep. Similar Japanese style bath tub. I like it.
This hotel is suitable for adult. Because Executive lounge allow only adult ( over 12years old) to enter. I have a child. He cannot enter. But if I ask, staff delivery some foods to room immediately. It’s good hospitality.
Lounge is big space and very quiet.
I missed cocktail time. In tea time, they have 2 kinds of cake. ( if possible, want they add sandwich or savoury.)
Lounge provide continental breakfast. It’s simple selection. But Smoked salmon and Beef pastrami’s quality is so good. So very sufficient.
Dining restaurant “ Shook” provide American Breakfast buffet. The foods are very very normal. Not bad. But too standard. I surprised. If this level’s hotel, I want something special menu or unique menu.

KLのほとんどのマリオット系列のホテルに泊まっていますが、JWマリオットに宿泊したのは初でした。
ロケーションは最高。パビリオン前、スターヒルギャラリーに接続していて、ベストな立地。
エレガントでシンプルな部屋。ベッドも快適だし、バスタブは日本式のように長さはなく深いタイプ。
エグゼグティブラウンジは12歳未満は入れないので、大人向けのホテルです。
広くて静かなラウンジ。スタッフにお願いすると、食べ物をすぐに子供がいる部屋に運んでくれるのは、素晴らしいホスピタリティ。
カクテルタイムは出かけていて逃しましたが、ティータイムのフードはケーキ2種のみ。サンドウィッチかセイボリーも欲しいところ。朝食は一般のダイニングレストランでのビュッフェか、ラウンジでのコンチネンタルかを選べます。ラウンジでの品数は少ないですが、スモークサーモンとビーフパストラミにクオリティが高いのですごく満足。
ダイニングレストランでの朝食は、ひととおりのメニューがあり悪くはないのですが、あまりにも普通のメニューしかなくてびっくり。このクラスのホテルなら、ちょっとだけでも工夫した料理、変わった品揃えなどが欲しいものです。

The food selection is huge. Seafood on ice, Sushi, Roasted Whole Lamb, Malay, Indian, Chinese, Western and Japanese. Even if you take 1 spoon amount of each dish, it is very difficult to eat all dishes at 1 time visit.
Nasi Kandar Corner is very interesting. You can choose all dishes like Crab, Squid etc ! Do you have experience of “All you can eat” Nasi Kandar ? You can do it!!
Everyone from children to the elderly can really enjoy this buffet.

数多くのラマダンビュッフェに参加している友人が、「クアラルンプールではここがベスト！」と言っていました。
とにかく品揃えがものすごく豊富。通常のラマダンビュッフェだと、マレー料理が中心で、少し中華やウェスタンがある程度ですが、ここでは、それぞれのジャンルだけでお腹いっぱいになりそうなほど。
お刺身やお寿司も。
そして、お惣菜やカレーをいろいろご飯にかける、ナシカンダーのコーナーがあって面白い。カニやイカなども、値段を気にせずいくらでもオーダーできる、ナシカンダービュッフェを体験できます！

Satay’s chicken and beef is big piece. Tender and juicy.
One of signature is Briyani. Must eat Lamb briyani ! So tasty.
Raw fresh oyster and Roasted whole lamb is of course very popular. I like their taste of baby squid Chinese dish and Beef rendang. Dessert quality and selection is really good! And staff’s hospitality also nice.
This is a Ramadan buffet that can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere.

シェフ・サーディアとそのチームは、量より質がモットー。おいしく質の高い料理を提供してくれます。
サテのチキンとビーフはお肉が日本の焼き鳥くらい大きくて、柔らかくてジューシー。
看板メニューのひとつ、ラムのブリヤニは必食。新鮮な生牡蠣とラムの丸焼きももちろん大人気。私は、ベビーイカの中華風の料理と、ビーフレンダンがとくにおいしいと思いました。
デザートのクオリティとセレクションは素晴らしく、スタッフのホスピタリティもとても良かったです。雰囲気よく落ち着いて楽しめるラマダンビュッフェです。

They serve Cantonese dishes and dim sum at huge space restaurant.
It’s Top 5 Restaurant for Peking Duck in luxury Magazine 2022.
Peking Duck is very crispy and tasteful. 2nd course’s minced duck with lettuce is flavourful and not too dry. We can order half size also. Actually so good!
Every dishes are so delicious. “House special crabmeat and chicken noodle” is really attractive dish!
Price is not expensive. Definitely I will come again.

広々とした店内で広東料理と飲茶を提供しています。
2022年のラグジュアリー誌で北京ダックのトップ5レストランに選ばれています。
北京ダックは皮がクリスピーでとても美味しいです。2皿目の鴨肉のレタス包みは風味がよく、パサパサせず、本当に美味しい。ハーフサイズも注文できます。本当に美味しい！
今回オーダーした料理は全てとてもおいしかったです。「ハウススペシャル蟹肉とチキンヌードル 」は魅力的なメニュー。
値段も手頃で、とても良いお店。飲茶もいただいてみたいし、また来ようと思います。
