Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru’s Banquet Ramadan buffet is something different ! It is full of entertainment.
When you leave the dining room, a stall runs all the way from the wide hallway to the terrace. A night market inside the hotel, so to speak. The highlight is the fresh durian, which is not normally allowed in hotels!
Since durian is usually not allowed to be brought into the hotel, here durian is eaten freshly peeled on the terrace as if it were from a food stall.
All buffet guests are also given a bottle of the chef's signature homemade green sambal as a souvenir.

ダブルツリーバイヒルトンジョホールバルのバンケットでのラマダンビュッフェはちょっと他とは違う。エンターテイメントに溢れています。食事会場から出ると、広い廊下からテラスまでの間にずっと続くストール。いわばホテル内のナイトマーケット。マレーシアの味が勢揃いで、なんといってもハイライトはフレッシュドリアン！
通常ホテルではドリアンは持ち込み禁止なので、ここではドリアンはテラスで剥きたてを屋台のように食べるスタイル。
そして、ビュッフェ参加者全員に、シェフ自慢の自家製グリーンサンバルの瓶がお土産に配られるのも嬉しい。 並ぶ料理はほぼ全てマレー料理です。

I liked the Thai-style pineapple fried rice!

レストランに続く通路には、ライブステーションが並び、ラムの丸焼きやドリアンロールフライ、シャワルマなど香ばしい香り。店内ではイカのサンバルペタイ炒めや、大きなシープラウン、ラクサジョホールなど、日替わりでマレーシアの味がいろいろと楽しめます。タイ風パイナップル炒飯が気に入りました。マレーシアのアコースティック風生バンド演奏も素敵。

Charcoal grilled steak house on a busy street in Changkat since 2011.
It is under the same management as The Whisky Bar next door.
I had been to The Whisky Bar many times, but this was my first visit to this restaurant. Drinks included a myriad of whiskey selections as well as cocktails and wines, and I had a highball of the recommended brand. The decor is classic, relaxed and comfortable.
The food was clearly the best of the best. Crab cakes stuffed with plenty of crab, Tartar steak that tasted exactly like the ones I had in France, Seafood Aglio Olio that was al dente and exquisitely delicious, and Sirloin steak that was perfectly cooked, savory, and juicy; the five different types of salt available were wonderful.
I was surprised to find such a calm, dignified, and wonderful dish on this busy, crowded street.
I would like to try many others.
This is a great place for a birthday dinner too.

チャンカットの賑やかな通りに、2011年からあるチャコールグリルステーキのお店。
隣のThe Whisky Bar と同じ経営です。
ウィスキーバーには何度も行ったことがありましたが、このレストランに伺うのははじめてでした。ドリンクは、カクテルやワインの他、無数のウィスキーのセレクションがあり、オススメの銘柄のハイボールをいただきました。クラシックで落ち着いた内装で心地よい。
はっきり言って、最高においしい料理の数々でした。蟹がぎっしりと詰まったクラブケーキ、フランスで食べた味そのものの、タルタルステーキ、アルデンテで絶妙な旨みのシーフードアーリオオーリオ、そして完璧な焼き加減で香ばしくジューシーなサーロインステーキ。5種の塩が用意されているのも素敵。この、人に溢れる賑やかな通りで、これほど落ちついて重厚感のある素晴らしい料理をいただけるとは意外でした。
他にもいろいろと食べてみたい。
バースデーディナーなどにも最適なお店です。

鶏肉のサンバルソース、テンポヤック(ドリアンを発酵させたソース)、市場風炒めラーメンなど。どのメニューも、彼のユーチューブでも印象的な再生回数を記録している人気の料理だそう。

It’s Authentic Japanese Omakase and A la cart restaurant since 1966. Originally from Tuna processed company in Miyagi prefecture. So their Seafood from Sanriku is very fresh and nice.
“Miyagi Bluefin Tuna Ootoro Negitoro Don” is signature. Lunch time, it’s only RM35 ! Unbelievable price.
“Sanriku Kaisen Sashimi Don” has 6kinds of Sashimi and Ikura ! Include Toro ( tuna), scallop, salmon, Horame, Hamachi and Saba !

三陸の海の幸がいただける！ものすごくお得なランチ！
約1ヶ月前にダマンサラのショップロットにオープンしたおまかせとアラカルトのジャパニーズレストラン。
宮城県で1966年からマグロ加工とレストランを営んでいる会社です。
夜はおまかせの他、お酒3種飲み比べセットやお刺身などアラカルトも。
ランチはシグネイチャーのネギトロ丼や三陸のお刺身丼、定食などがRM35前後でいただけてものすごいコストパフォーマンス。
ネギトロはスキ身を包丁でたたいて仕上げる本格的なもの。三陸丼にはヒラメの昆布締め、鰤の炙り、中トロやホタテやサーモン、鯖とイクラまで入っていました。
わざわざ行く価値があるお得感。近所にあったらいいのにと思うお店でした。

Leading you on a gastronomic journey from traditional to contemporary trendy dishes, this buffet is not only delicious but also committed to sustainability. Responsible sourcing of ingredients, local support, and even measuring and managing food waste drive the "Green Ramadan" concept.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of each dish, even the potatoes and chitose tomatoes that accompanied the whole lamb.
There are many dishes to try, including wagyu beef roti jong and murtaba, fish curry made to order, and grilled salmon wrapped in banana leaves. Desserts are also wonderful, with an assortment of unusual items from around the world.

A casual teppanyaki restaurant that satisfies all the senses and brings joy to the senses.
Kyoo1945, a Japanese-style teppanyaki restaurant, is now open in Senibong Cove, following the opening of Kyoo1945 in Puteri Cove.
3 teppan-yaki griddles are set up at the spacious counter, and a skilled chef performs teppanyaki right in front of you.
Weekday lunch sets start at RM24, a price range that can be used casually. In the evening, there are a variety of snacks that can be enjoyed as if you were at a Izakaya.
I recommend the mixed seafood or the mixed meat grill (each portion for 2-4pax). The seafood was very good, even the crispy salmon skin and shrimp heads could be enjoyed.
Delicious and fun, perfect for a gathering of friends and family, and the personality with Chef Hadi is great.

平日ランチセットはRM24からと、気軽に利用できる価格帯。夜も居酒屋のように楽しめるおつまみがいろいろあります。
迷ったらミックスシーフードやミックスミートグリルがオススメ(それぞれ2-4人前の量)。シーフードは、カリカリに仕上げるサーモンの皮やエビの頭まで楽しめてとても良かったです。
美味しくて楽しくて、友人や家族との集まりにぴったり。Chef Hadiの人柄も素敵。
