Gen Yakiniku Dining Bar opened in Changkat, Bukit Bintang as the first overseas branch of a company that operates various restaurants in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. The vivid interior is eye-catching, but the food is authentic and tastes Japanese. Everything I ate was delicious.
The most popular "Gen Treasure Box" is a platter of three kinds of beef, including A5 Wagyu from Miyazaki and Wagyu from Australia.
Wagyu Carpaccio, Wagyu Tartare, and Claypot Rice with Wagyu and Ikura are also must-order items. Yakitori, sushi rolls, and an extensive izakaya menu are also available to suit your purpose.
Happy hour starts at 4:00 p.m. Private rooms are available upstairs for events.
They are opening lunch time too. It’s nice restaurant.

A deli restaurant where you can choose from a selection of meats, sausages, and seafood lined up on the counter and have them cooked for you.
The food menu is simple, just on a blackboard.
Sri Damansara and this new store at Sunway Velocity 2 are so popular that reservations are hard to come by on weekends.
I like this style of restaurant and have been going to similar places for a while, but the signature here is the whole parmigiano pasta, which is made right in front of you. Almost every customer orders it. There is a large selection of wines by the bottle and the prices are generally reasonable.

Tom Yum Cooler is a refreshing soda with a clean sour taste that I just love. I enjoyed the salad with fun textures and The kampong chicken stir-fried with Thai basil. Tom Yum Kung has a sweet side taste.

The menu features a variety of heartwarming Malay dishes, seafood, and beautiful desserts.
The food was very tasty with a good balance of meat and seafood and a wide variety of flavors.
There were also eight different types of sambal with flavors that I was discovering for the first time.

The Ramadan buffet at the InterContinental has many beautifully arranged dishes, which heightened my expectations.
“santai-santai" is a Malay word meaning a relaxed activity or state of being. Led by Executive Chef Rudy Junaidie, the team encourages guests to unwind and reconnect with loved ones with exquisite cuisine.
I really enjoyed the unusual dishes such as Gulai Asam Rong, a Perak dish that even my Malay friends encountered for the first time, and whole roasted lamb seasoned with cumin and other spices from Xinjiang.
