Chef Justin Song is from Sichuan. So taste is very authentic. They don’t serve Pork. So everyone can enjoy.
I surprised that their homemade hot pot soup is really delicious. We can choose 2 types of soup from Mala, Abalone, Truffle Mushroom, Tomato and Chicken Coconut.
I choose Mala(most popular) and Abalone.
Abalone soup is super delicious! Rich and deep Umami taste. There is worth to come here for it!
Ingredients are fresh and good quality.

ここはマレーシアのホテルレストランでは唯一の、四川火鍋レストランです。
シェフのジャスティン・ソンは四川出身。そのため、味はとても本格的です。豚肉は使っていないので、どなたでも楽しめます。
正直、豚肉なしの火鍋に魅力はあるのかと思いましたが、自家製の火鍋スープが本当に美味しくて驚きました。スープはマーラー、アワビ、トリュフ・マッシュルーム、トマト、チキン・ココナッツから2種類選べます。
私はマーラー（一番人気）とアワビをチョイス。
アワビのスープは超美味！濃厚で深いうま味。これのために食べに来る価値があるほど！食材は新鮮で良質。
シェフ自慢のアラカルトメニュー(料金別途)もおいしいメニューがたくさんあるのでオススメです。

In cruising, all meals are basically included in the price, and you can have as many course meals or buffets as you like, with a choice of everything. The daily changing menu, which is unique to that particular shipping company and unique to the route, is one of the joys of cruising. Costa Serena is an Italian ship, so there were focaccia and pasta dishes every day, which were very authentic taste and texture in Italy, and there were also dishes such as nasi lemak, sambal, satay, and rendang, which are unique to the cruise from Malaysia and are slightly different from those served in Malaysia, but they were also enjoyable. I was very satisfied with the meals and the taste.
I really recommend cruise trips for parents with children, as dining on a cruise is a good opportunity to teach table manners to children.
The Costa Serena also contains other restaurants that offer gastronomy for a fee.

クルージングでは、基本的に全ての食事代が含まれていて、全てを選べるコース料理やビュッフェを好きなだけいただける。その船会社ならでは、航路ならではの毎日変わるメニューはクルージングの楽しみのうちの一つ。コスタセレナはイタリアの船なので、毎日フォッカッチャやパスタ料理があり、それらはイタリアで食べる味や食感と同じだったし、マレーシア発着ならではの、ナシレマやサンバルやサテーやレンダンなどの料理もあり、それらはマレーシアでいただくのとは少し違うけれど、それもまた楽しい。カジュアルなクルーズ料金の中で、最大限に工夫していて、食事内容と味にはとても満足しました。
子供を持つ親は、クルーズでの食事は子供にテーブルマナーを教える良い機会にもなるので、クルーズ旅行は本当におすすめ。
コスタセレナには、他にも有料で美食がいただけるレストランが入っています。

Right in front of the Twin Towers, Traders Hotel KL will host a memorable Ramadan buffet with this view.
The menu includes traditional flavors that everyone in Malaysia loves, as well as Middle Eastern dishes, sushi, octopus Takoyaki, and more.
The whole roasted lamb was well received here, with the skin crispy and the meat moist and the best texture, unlike many hotels where the lamb is overcooked and dry.
The sambal petai fish dish, harissa soup, and pistachio and coffee ice cream were also very good. The fresh coconut juice was also delightful!

I stayed one night at Doubletree JB in JB Town. Rooms are simple and clean. They are of high quality. There are 4 types of pillows and they will bring them upon request.
The jacuzzi and steam room, which is known to not many, is available to guests free of charge from 6 am to 10 pm, and is such a nice facility that you may staycation for this purpose.
The breakfast buffet in the Makan Kitchen has a very tempting selection. With a wide variety of local and healthy foods on the menu, you may want to skip lunch and get a good breakfast here. There is Kacang pool (meat sauce with beans served with toast) and lontong, a local dish of Johor, and Caesar salad finished in a Parmigiano cheese pot, which looks great and of course tastes great.

JBタウンにあるDoubletree JBに1泊しました。部屋はシンプルで清潔。高いクオリティを保っています。枕が4種類あり、リクエストすると持ってきてくれます。
知る人ぞ知る、ジャグジーとスチームルームは、宿泊客が朝6時から夜10時まで無料で利用でき、このためにステイケーションしても良いと思えるほど嬉しい設備。
マカンキッチンでの朝食ビュッフェは、とても魅力的な品揃え。ローカルフードとヘルシーフードのメニューが豊富で、ランチは抜いてここの朝食をしっかり摂りたい。ジョホールの郷土料理であるカチャンプール(豆入りミートソースをトーストといただく料理)やロントンがあったり、パルミジャーノのチーズポットの中で仕上げるシーザーサラダなど、見た目にもよく、もちろん味も美味しい。

Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru’s Banquet Ramadan buffet is something different ! It is full of entertainment.
When you leave the dining room, a stall runs all the way from the wide hallway to the terrace. A night market inside the hotel, so to speak. The highlight is the fresh durian, which is not normally allowed in hotels!
Since durian is usually not allowed to be brought into the hotel, here durian is eaten freshly peeled on the terrace as if it were from a food stall.
All buffet guests are also given a bottle of the chef's signature homemade green sambal as a souvenir.

ダブルツリーバイヒルトンジョホールバルのバンケットでのラマダンビュッフェはちょっと他とは違う。エンターテイメントに溢れています。食事会場から出ると、広い廊下からテラスまでの間にずっと続くストール。いわばホテル内のナイトマーケット。マレーシアの味が勢揃いで、なんといってもハイライトはフレッシュドリアン！
通常ホテルではドリアンは持ち込み禁止なので、ここではドリアンはテラスで剥きたてを屋台のように食べるスタイル。
そして、ビュッフェ参加者全員に、シェフ自慢の自家製グリーンサンバルの瓶がお土産に配られるのも嬉しい。 並ぶ料理はほぼ全てマレー料理です。

Live stations line the aisle leading to the restaurant, and the aroma of whole roasted lamb, fried durian rolls, and shawarma, etc.
Inside the restaurant, you can enjoy a variety of Malaysian flavors that change daily, such as Stir fried squid sambal petai, a large Sea Prawn, and Laksa johor etc.
I liked the Thai-style pineapple fried rice!
The Malaysian acoustic style live band performance is also nice.

CIQから最も近いホテル、カプリバイフレイザーホテルJBのラマダンビュッフェ。
レストランに続く通路には、ライブステーションが並び、ラムの丸焼きやドリアンロールフライ、シャワルマなど香ばしい香り。店内ではイカのサンバルペタイ炒めや、大きなシープラウン、ラクサジョホールなど、日替わりでマレーシアの味がいろいろと楽しめます。タイ風パイナップル炒飯が気に入りました。マレーシアのアコースティック風生バンド演奏も素敵。
