Let’s say, it’s the Best Malay dishes to me.
Aromas from each dish, elegant, not too spicy, not too salty, not too sweet. Full of Delicate delicacies !
Grilled Duck Breast in dried longan red curry sauce RM32.99 with Asian Herb Pesto Rice RM7.99 is wonderful.
Young Jack Fruit Bendang RM27.99 is amazing. Jack fruit’s texture is like artichoke!!
They have many vegetarian/vegan option menu too.
Look beautiful interior. Can you believe all wall art is by Chef Adu !? So talented.
It’s very good place to celebrate birthday, to invite friends, to enjoy really good Malay dishes. Put on your lists!

デサルコーストで会い再会を約束した私たちは、3週間後に彼のお店で再会が実現しました。
イギリスとマレーシアで、マレーシアヒュージョン料理で成功を収めたあと、現在このお店では源流に帰り、正統派のオリジナルマレーシア料理を家族のチームとともに提供しています。
基本をしっかりと追求した料理は、これまで食べたマレー料理の中で1番おいしいと言っても過言ではないくらい。それぞれの料理からたちのぼるハーブやスパイスの香り、辛すぎず甘すぎずしょっぱすぎず、絶妙な味わい。王道のマレー料理なのに繊細でエレガントさを感じるおいしい料理ばかりでした。
熟れる前のジャックフルーツがまるでアーティチョークのようだったのは驚き。
マレーシア料理を食べたい時や、ちょっとしたお祝い、海外から来る人を招待するときに最適なお店。ワインの持ち込みOKとのこと。
美しいインテリアの壁画は、全てシェフAdu氏によるものというのは驚き。
とても素敵なお店です。外の看板のシンプルさからは想像つかない世界。

They sell popular Cinnamon Roll, Bagels,Selected foods, Plates and Tote bags etc. But sold out soon. So come early or can buy at Shopee shop.
The cafe is simple and cozy place at Industrial area near Mount Austin.
We can enjoy Fusion dishes. It’s MIX of Melbourne & Local & Mid Eastern style.
My favourite is Beef & Chicken Briyani Bowl RM21.9. Wonderful balance of each ingredients. Wild Mushroom Risotto have strong Rosemary tastes.

安定してJBで1番人気のカフェ内に、焼きたてのシナモンロールやベーグル、お店で使用しているのと同じ食器、トートバッグなどを売るコーナーができました。
パンは売り切れも早いのですが、Shopeeのオンラインショップでも購入できます。
カフェの場所はオースティン近くの工業団地地区。
広くて天井が高く、明るくて開放感がある心地よいスペース。
ヒュージョンなメニュー構成で、私はここのビーフ&チキンブリヤニボウルがたまにとても食べたくなります。マッシュルームリゾットはローズマリーが強め。
ベーグルも大人気。

Seafood Chinese Restaurant in Desaru.
“Nelayan” means Fisherman. They buy live seafood 2times per week.
A pleasant al fresco restaurant by the sea is one of the most popular seafood restaurant in this area.
The 3 most popular dishes are Black Pepper Crab, Chilli Crab, and Hong Kong Style Steamed Fish.
I had Black Pepper Crab. (Market price. This day was RM17/100g.) It was full of crab meat and has a springy texture that is proof of its freshness.
Vegetarian Shark’s Fin Soup RM65 include a lot of dried scallop. Very good taste.
Thai Style Apple Garoupa (Market Price. This day the huge size fish was RM78.) is crunchy.
One of Signature menu is Fried rice with XO sauce RM25. It has a spicy, garlicky impact and is filled with chicken floss and seafood. Very satisfying to eat.
Overall, the taste is very good.
Make a reservation on weekend evenings to avoid the queues!

デサル地区で1番おいしいと言われている、ノーポークのシーフード中華レストラン。
Tunayamaホテルの敷地内、海辺のフレスコ式レストランです。
店名の「ネラヤン」は漁師という意味。
週に2回、活魚を仕入れてきます。
人気メニューはブラックペッパークラブ、チリクラブ、香港式スチームフィッシュだそう。活魚と蟹は時価で、水槽にその日の値段が貼り出され、計り売りでオーダーします。
蟹は600gほどの大きなものなので、身がたっぷり詰まっていました。
シグネイチャーのXO醤フライドライスは、ピリ辛でガツンとインパクトのあるガーリックと旨味。たっぷりのシーフードとチキンフロス入りで、マレーシアの人に好まれるのがわかります。
週末夜は行列を避けるために予約必須。フードはハラルですが、ビールはあります。

I often stay here. The sea view and bathtub makes us relax. The Bed is one of the most comfortable bed of all the hotels in Johor. Breakfast buffet has many selections and tasty. Homemade Chocolates ( complimentary for Marriot Bonvoy Members) is so good!

ルームサービスで部屋でいただくことも、レストランでいただくこともできる、ルネッサンスホテルのアフタヌーンティー。
現在は、モダンスタイルとマレーシアのクラシックの融合である、このクラシックアフタヌーンティーが楽しめます。
セットには、美しいフルーツ盛り合わせ、ケーキ、マレーシアのお菓子「クエ」、スコーンとベルギーワッフル、サンドウィッチ、チュチュールウダン(衣の多い海老のかき揚げ的な料理)、ドリアンタピオカなどさまざま。
私は、サーモンの生春巻き、サーモンサンドウィッチ、ベルギーワッフル、くるみタルト、クエグルン(ココナッツシュガーとココナッツが入ったしっとりクレープ)、そしてフルーツが気に入りました。
全体的に甘いものが多めのセットですが、18種類の味を楽しめます。

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staffs, A wide choice of breakfasts.
Already many regular guests were enjoying this 2nd home.

Club lounge haven’t yet opened, so Bento box was served.

5ヶ月ぶりのただいま！
第二の家のように頻繁に宿泊しているルネッサンスホテル。久々の宿泊は本当に寛げました。
すでにビュッフェ朝食やジムやプールはオープンしています。週末に宿泊したので、多くの家族連れで賑わっていました。
クラブラウンジは10月15日からのオープン。オープン前だったので、部屋におつまみ弁当セットとドリンクが届けられました。
このホテルは、長期滞在のお客が常に一定数いるので、長いロックダウンの後でもお風呂の水が茶色いなどの不具合はないようです。
いつでも清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリー。心地よいホテルです。
宿泊したエグゼグティブスイートルームは、リビングと寝室が分かれていて、バスタブ付き。窓に面してバスタブがあるのは各階に1室ずつ。開放感があってオススメ。

Ganjang Chicken RM12.9 and Honey Butter Chicken RM12.9 are crispy boneless fried chicken with sweet sauce.
The volume is big.
Bulgogi Bap RM10.9 is not too sweet, good taste.
I think price is reasonable than other Korean fried chicken restaurants. Try !

パラダイムモールに4月にオープンしたトッポギビュッフェのお店。韓国フライドチキンやブルコギ丼、デザートなどもあったので、グラブデリバリーでオーダーしてみました。
ガンジャンチキンとハニーバターチキンはどちらも甘めですが、骨無しチキンでカリッと揚がっていて食べやすい。量もたっぷり。逆にブルコギ丼が想像より甘くなかったです。
全体的にすごくリーズナブルで満足感ありなす。
思いがけないたい焼きサービスも嬉しかった。

Popular Yong Tauhu Shop since 1985.
I haven’t been to there, but they have shops at Grabfood and FoodPanda, so ordered delivery.
There are over 30kinds of varieties of Yong Tauhu. The fish paste is Fresh and QQ texture. Soup is tasty. Side menu’s Big Big Seo Mai also very good.
Set menu is easy to order and reasonable.
Next time I want to try their signature curry soup too.

1985年から続く、ヨントウフの人気店。
ヨントウフとは客家料理で、豚ミンチや魚のすり身を野菜や豆腐などに挟んだ料理。スープに入れたりタレにつけたりしていただきます。店頭で好きなヨントウフを選んで、麺などと一緒に茹でてもらう仕組み。
デリバリーオーダーしましたが、魚のすり身は弾力があって新鮮。シンプルかつおいしいスープ。サイドメニューの大きな焼売や、客家式豚肉揚げ(腐乳のタレにマリネしてあげた、定番客家料理)もおいしかったです。
挽肉ドライ麺のセットをいただきましたが、カレースープ麺がシグネイチャーらしいので、次回はそれを試してみたい。

Previously I bought it at market or Kedai.
But around my house doesn’t have it. So long time no see !
Hot 豆腐花 and Cold beancurd pudding arrived at morning.
Very fresh! Cold beancurd pudding is fluffy, gooey and less sweet. Must order it!
Hot 豆腐花 and syrup is separated. So It ’s very nice to be able to adjust the sweetness yourself.
And price is reasonable. I will definitely repeat to order.

豆腐花のデリバリーが便利！
豆乳や豆腐花、普段は市場や屋台などで見かけますが、近所にお店がなくて、ずっと食べていませんでした。
Grabで発見して、朝にオーダー。
作り立ての熱々の豆腐花と冷たい豆腐プリンが届きました。
価格は店頭での販売価格と同じようです。とってもリーズナブル。
豆腐花はシロップが小分けの袋で付くので、甘さの調整もできるし、甘くせずお鍋やスープに入れたり、麺に乗せたりできるのもいいですね。
冷たい豆腐プリンは、トゥルトゥルで甘さ控えめでとってもおいしい。
豆乳や亀ゼリーなども販売しています。重いから、こうしてデリバリーで購入できるのはとてもいいですね。

It’s located on the upper floor of a 7-Eleven and is something hidden cafe.
During MCO, they serve Bento, Toast, and noodles.
6kinds of Bento RM11.9-RM15.9 include vegetable and egg. I ordered Braised Pork Bento RM11.9 and Shredded Chicken Bento RM11.9. (Takeaway package RM0.5-1.0).
They are Big portion. Taste is very good.
And Chilli paste is spicy and tasty.
Fried Chicken Egg Toast RM8.5 is juicy. Sweet soy sauce and ginger aroma is good combination.

フライドチキンエッグトーストは、甘めの醤油タレと生姜の風味がいい感じ。食べ応えのあるサンドウィッチ。

Sang Har Mee is one of the most glorious noodles in Cantonese cuisine. How big the Fresh Big River Prawn ! Not only is it sumptuous, but it's super delicious too!
Chicken dumplings and Red bean soup with lotus also really good.
Lamb Shank is tender and unctuous. Very good quality. The briyani served with the side dishes is fragrant and delicious!
I can't decide which one to order. Either way, it's a wonderful meal to celebrate!

広東料理のうち、最もゴージャスな麺料理、サンハーミー。大きくて新鮮な海老のあんかけ麺は、見た目がゴージャスなだけでなく、シンプルながらに染み渡る美味しさ。場が盛り上がる海老の大きさ！
鶏肉餃子や蓮の実入りのお汁粉もおいしいです。
ラムシャンクブリヤニは、マレーシア人の大好きなメニュー。ほろほろと崩れるほどに煮込まれたラムは、まったく臭みがなく上質な仕上がり。サイドディッシュと香り高いブリヤニと一緒にいただきます。ボリュームたっぷりで、4人前でちょうど良いくらいの量です。
どちらも味はとても美味しい。ゴージャスなセットを、お祝い気分で召し上がれ。

My last visit to Mount Austin outlet was 2019. Now there are more variety of attractive menu.
Signature Wanton Mee RM9.9 is of course tasty. 四川坦々麺RM10.9 is quite good. I like 坦々麺 but serving restaurants it in JB are not so many. So very glad to enjoy it here.
Shrimp and Meat Wanton Soup RM10.9 is wonderful. There are 6 big juicy wanton with big shrimp.
Pickled Choisam RM7.9 also good!
I will definitely repeat to order.

2019年にオースティンにオープンしたワンタン麺屋さん。今年6月に、新たにモレックにもオープンしたようです。
久々にメニューを見ると、魅力的なメニューが増えていました。
ワンタン麺はもちろんおいしいのですが、ドライ坦々麺がピリ辛でとてもおいしい！坦々麺を提供する店がJBでは少ないので嬉しい。
そして、海老と豚肉のワンタンスープは絶対おすすめ。海老が入った大きくてジューシーなワンタンが6つ入っています。
茹で野菜の味付けもとても良かった。
またリピートします！
