豚肉のブルコギ弁当、ビビンバ、韓国フライドチキン2種をオーダーしました。

オースティンとブキインダにある韓国焼肉レストラン。
現在は通常のアラカルトメニューの他、3種のミールキットを売り出しています。
ブデ鍋セット、ダッカルビセット、トッポギセット。しかも7月中はプロモーション価格。
ダッカルビセットをオーダーしましたが、タレに漬けた鶏肉は400gのたっぷりの量。キャベツ、さつまいも、玉ねぎとトッポギが真空パックになっていて、鍋で炒めるだけ。
家で用意するものはごま油くらいでしょうか。
我が家は、半分食べたあと、インスタント麺を入れました。韓国海苔があったらもっとよかった。チーズを入れてもいいですね。
甘すぎず、辛すぎず、ちょうど良い味でとても美味しかったです。
本格韓国料理がおうちで手軽にいただけるのは嬉しい。
オーダーは2日前に。例えば日曜にオーダーすると届くのは火曜日です。

これまででベストじゃないか、というくらいおいしいスモークラムラック。
ほどよいスモークの香ばしい香り、ちょうどよい塩加減、スモークによって引き出された複雑な旨味とラムそのもののお肉の甘味。ジューシーで柔らか。説明書通りに、解凍後にフライパンで両面を2分ずつ焼いただけ。
それでこんなにおいしくいただけるなんて。
冷凍庫にキープできるし、誕生日プレゼントはケーキよりむしろこれが欲しい、というくらいおいしいです。フードラバーにはぜひ試して欲しい。
スモークハウス”Rowan & Parsley”の、あの美しいお庭とインテリア、本格テキサスBBQが恋しい。

There are Squid Curry, Prawn curry, Chicken curry and around 15 kinds of dishes.
Previously I went there around 4pm. But all sold out already.
This time I knew they take pre-order and deliver by Grab-Express.
So I ordered some kinds of dishes without rice.
Squid Curry is quite good. Squid is very fresh and soft.
Dark Soy Sauce chicken is savoury and tender. I want to know this recipe.
In addition, I had Braised Pork& Egg, and boiled Lady finger. Total RM46. (For 2-4pax).
Very worth to try. I will order again.

現在はお昼から夕方まで、経済飯スタイルで、北マレーシア式カレーライスを販売しています。イカ、海老、鶏のカレーと15種ほどのおかず。カレープラス好みのおかずをごはんにかけてもらうシステム。
以前4時くらいに行ったら、全て売り切れだったので、再チャレンジしたいと思っていたところ、WhatsAppによる事前オーダーでデリバリーも受け付けるということを知りました。
ごはん抜きで、イカカレー、鶏の黒醤油焼き、豚の角煮と煮卵、茹でオクラを分けて詰めてもらって、予算RM50でオーダー。
イカのカレーはスパイシーでまろやかなカレーと柔らかなイカがとてもおいしい。
イカカレーは普段自分で作らないので、こうやって購入できるのは嬉しいです。
鶏の醤油焼きは、ダークソイソースに漬け込んで焼いてあり、香ばしくて少し甘くてみんなが好きな味。自分でも作ってみたい。豚の角煮はやさしい味。
美味しくておすすめ。また再注文します。

Korean Restaurant. Misoga mean “ A house full with joy”. They have 50years history in Korea.
Gingseng Chicken Soup RM30 is very suitable to these days hot weather. The chicken and rice, which are simmered so soft that they crumble, blend into the mild soup.
Pork BBQ ( All you can eat !) is only RM28 for adult, RM18(5-10yo). Include 3 type of Pork, Kimchi Stew and Kimchi Fried Rice. It ’s very delicious because it ’s Grilled with charcoal instead of electricity.
And 8kinds of Side dishes are served !!
Tteokbokki Pot set RM65 is not too sweet. And it’s suitable to kids too. After eat Tteokbboki, we can enjoy Ramen too.

The beef is directly imported from the Tokushima Prefecture in Japan.
They import the whole Awagyu with Halal cert. So we can eat many deferent parts of Wagyu beef as affordable price.
Depending on your taste preference, you can enjoy fatty and rich parts such as sirloin a little, or you can enjoy a lot of red meat of less fat.
This time I ordered Special Wagyu Platter RM158( 480g) for Yakiniku BBQ. It include 8kinds of parts. Most these parts are red meat, Less fat parts and beefier taste. It’s marinade with fresh apples. So very tender and a little refreshing apple fragrant. It’s suitable for 2-3pax.
They provide fresh seafoods and seasonal ingredients too.
This time I felt Japan’s Spring with appetiser of Hotaru Ika ( firefly squid). It’s only spring season’s special ingredients.
At this restaurant, Staff’s hospitality is always wonderful.

おなじみ阿波牛。徳島県の阿波牛を一頭飼いしているマレーシアで唯一の和牛専門店。
マレーシア人のリピーターも多いです。今回、8種のお肉480gの盛り合わせ(RM158)をオーダしました。赤身肉が中心だからリーズナブルなお値段。焼くと硬くなりがちな部位ですが、りんごでマリネすることで、しっとりと柔らかくジューシーになり、かすかなリンゴの香りも爽やか。
脂が多くないのでたくさん食べることができ、お肉の味をより楽しめます。
牛タン50g(RM28)を追加して、2-3人で十分お腹いっぱい満喫できる量。
こちらでは海鮮や旬の食材も日本から直輸入しています。今回はホタルイカと菜の花ともずくの前菜をいただき、日本の春を感じました。
テーブルは、炭火焼きとガス焼きがあるので、炭火焼きテーブルの指定がオススメ。
薬味に、グリーンサンバル(無料)をオーダーすることをお忘れなく！

ルネッサンスホテルの金曜土曜のディナービュッフェ。2月3月のテーマはシーフード&バーベキュー。
焼かれた牛肉、ラム、チキン、サーモンなどは、数種のソースで味わいを変化させられるだけでなく、粒マスタードなども用意されているので、シンプルにいただけるのがとても良いです。
お刺身もあります。中華、インド、マレー料理もシーフード満載。

Some menu are fusion dishes. It’s very nice combination of ingredients. Not normal. Sophisticated.

Pink colour’s Fried rice with beetroot” RM37 is garlic flagrant. So tasty.
“ Wok fried Australian Wagyu, Foie Gras, Asparagus” RM178. Is super delicious and gorgeous! Marriage of French and Chinese.
