This December, InterContinental Kuala Lumpur presents a special month!
“A December to Remember" will offer a sumptuous dining experience and tempting accommodation packages for an unforgettable time with family and friends. In addition to the holiday buffet shown in the photo, a course dinner at Tatsu Japanese Cuisine and afternoon tea at OneSixFive Lounge will also be full of holiday spirit.
I had the dinner buffet at Serena Brasserie and found the menu to be simple and high quality. An amazing menu item was grilled live shrimp swimming in an aquarium! It was the first time I had ever seen live food at a hotel buffet.
Among the beautiful and gorgeous menu items that showcased the chef's taste and skill, I found many great ideas that I would like to copy, such as the roasted chicken with pink pepper sprinkled on it and the grilled kale in Christmas colors.
Ice cream from my favorite New Zealand brand KAPITI was also a delight!

I had the dinner buffet at Serena Brasserie and found the menu to be simple and high quality. An amazing menu item was grilled live shrimp swimming in an aquarium! It was the first time I had ever seen live food at a hotel buffet.

This Elegant and beautiful classic hotel has long history, Originally opened in 1932.
I really like this clean and comfortable rooms, hospitality, and Colonial cafe with everyday live jazz band by “ Soliano’s”.
I stayed at governor suite. I truly felt to relax in the beautiful suite.
Actually, this stay was a blissful experience using the Majestic Spa membership benefits I joined at the end of last year: free night, free dinner buffet, and free 80-minute spa treatment.
The membership fee of RM3000++ per year comes with a lot of benefits and is quite reasonable for spa lovers and Majestic Hotel lovers. Torito, Kuala Lumpur's first authentic Peruvian-Japanese (Nikkei) restaurant, newly opened on the 53rd floor of Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur!
Beginning with the Japanese immigration to Peru in 1899, Nikkei cuisine is now a genre recognized by gastronomes as a global trend.
The Trito, the name of the restaurant, is a bull from the Peruvian Andes highlands, a symbol of prosperity and protection.
This is my first Nikkei dish, and I am excited to order it while asking for recommendations.
First, we loved the signature cocktail "Trito," a shochu-based cocktail with chili liquors.The appetizers, marinated sashimi: ceviche classico, are a must order.
The stone ceviche, the main dish, is an exquisite stone-roasted seafood with lemon-infused bisque. The corn with two different textures underneath is a great idea and a fashionable Peruvian touch.
These Nikkei dishes by Peruvian chef Ivan Casusol are characterized by the abundant use of lemon and spices, and the fusion of Peruvian ingredients with Japanese cuisine, which was refreshing, but with a nice spicy flavor and aroma, and wonderful experience.

クアラルンプール初の本格的なペルージャパニーズ料理(ニッケイ料理)の店「Torito」が、バンヤンツリー・クアラルンプールの53階にニューオープン！
1899年のペルーへの日本人の移住からはじまったニッケイ料理は、今では世界のトレンドとして美食家に認知されているジャンル。
お店の名前のToritoはペルーのアンデス高地を起源とする繁栄と保護のシンボルである牛です。
初めていただくニッケイ料理を、オススメを伺いながらオーダーし、わくわくしながらいただきました。
まず、焼酎ベースにチリリカーの入ったシグネチャー・カクテル "Torito "を私たちはとても気に入りました。前菜のお刺身のマリネ、セビーチェクラシコはマストオーダー。
メインディッシュのストーンセビーチェは、石焼シーフードにレモン入りのビスクが絶妙な味わい。下に2色の食感の違うコーンをひいてあるのがペルーらしいしおしゃれで、素晴らしいアイデア。
ペルー人シェフIvan Casusolによるこれらのニッケイ料理は、レモンとスパイスをふんだんに使い、ペルーの食材と日本料理とを融合させているのが特徴で、すっきりとしながらスパイスの味わいと香りがバランスよく、素晴らしい体験でした。

メインディッシュのストーンセビーチェは、石焼シーフードにレモン入りのビスクが絶妙な味わい。下に2色の食感の違うコーンをひいてあるのがペルーらしいしおしゃれで、素晴らしいアイデア。
ペルー人シェフIvan Casusolによるこれらのニッケイ料理は、レモンとスパイスをふんだんに使い、ペルーの食材と日本料理とを融合させているのが特徴で、すっきりとしながらスパイスの味わいと香りがバランスよく、素晴らしい体験でした。

My photos are at Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet. Every inch of the food was beautiful, delicious and full of festive feeling. It was wonderful. I first time to see Hokkaido Uni in the hotel buffet! My most recommend dishes are Australian Organic Beef with Strawberry Sambal and Prawn bisque Pasta with Crab meat. So delicious!

A wide variety of seafood menu, sushi, oden, tempura, more and more.

Teochew Style and Hong Kong Style Chinese restaurant (Non Halal) near TRX.
I was curious about it because there are many good cafes near this street and they serve dim sum in the morning, so I went there.
Teochew style dim sum is rare in these upscale Chinese restaurants, In addition to xiaolongbao, there was a wide selection of noodles, congee, and desserts.
The portions were generous and the shrimp were plump. Overall, the dim sum was of high quality and delicious. Tea was poured frequently and we had a good, relaxing time. I highly recommend the Fried Fritters Rice Roll, which is a deep-fried shrimp spring roll rolled in Chong Fung.

TRX 近くのJapan Inaiにオープンした、潮州スタイルと香港スタイルの中華レストラン(ノンハラル)。
この通り付近には良さそうなカフェがたくさんあって気になっていて、朝からは点心を提供しているので、行ってみました。
潮州式の点心はこういう高級中華レストランでは珍しい。小籠包の他、麺類やお粥、デザートも充実していました。
ボリュームたっぷりで、海老はプリプリ。全体的に質の高い美味しい点心でした。お茶も頻繁に注いでくれて、ゆったりとした良い時間が過ごせました。海老の揚げ春巻きが腸粉に巻かれたFried Fritters Rice Roll がとてもオススメ。
