Because they manage Bakery ingredients shop “ De Damas”, they can get variety of ingredients. And previously, boss was Pastry chef. So his knowledge and skills for sweets are excellent. He makes authentic Italian gelato with high quality ingredients.
Usually, 1 scoop of gelato at cafe is RM13.9. But this time, All you can eat at RM45 only. Try 15 types of taste !
They serve 3 kinds of desserts too. This time, theme is Hong Kong Style.

タマンガヤにある製菓材料店「De mas」のジェラートブランド「Puree Gelato」が週末限定、予約限定で、ジェラートのオーダービュッフェをはじめました。
イタリアの製法に忠実に、質の高い材料を使用して作られた本格ジェラート。
普段ならカフェでは1スクープRM13.9で提供していますが、このビュッフェでは15種類のジェラートを好きなだけいただけます。3種ずつオーダーし、小さなスクープで提供されるので、全種類制覇することもできそう。
ジェラートの他に、3種のデザートもいただけます。今は香港テーマなので、シュウマイと腸粉とエッグタルト。どれもデザートで、とても美味しく出来ています。
カフェではアラカルトメニューもオーダーできます。アフタヌーンティーとしていただくのもいい感じ。

There are 4 outlets in JB, 3outlets in KL.
Among us Japanese, it’s Malaysia localised Japanese restaurant. But the sumptuous and glamorous presentation is interesting in a certain way.
I haven't been here in five or six years. This time I ordered a few creative dishes from the many menus. They were very good!
I will definitely repeat “Warakuya Nori Sashimi”, “Rohsu Katsu ( Prawn with Pork roll Katsu)”, and “Foie Gras Hotate(scallop)”.

JBに4店舗、KLに3店舗あるローカル経営の日本食レストラン。メニュー数がかなり多く、クオリティも安定していて、ほどよい価格。ずっと大人気で、週末になると店の前に人だかりができます。
日本人の間では、ローカライズされた和食屋さんという認識だけど、豪華に見せる盛り付け方法など、こういうものが現地の人に人気が出るのだと、ある意味勉強になるお店。
5、6年ぶりに行ってみました。
いろいろ注文してみて、創作料理系が味も価格もとても良かったです。
マグロとサーモンとアボカドを海苔に巻いていただく「和楽屋海苔刺身」や、豚薄切り肉で海老とカニカマを巻いたカツ、フォアグラとホタテのグリルなど、またリピートしたいと思う料理でした。
週末は事前予約した方が良いです。

The bazaar is still in the process of being set up and there were not many stalls open, but it will be an attractive bazaar in a while.
Nasi lemak from Kulai and Tahu bergedel from Ibu Anak were so good!

今日から1ヶ月間のラマダン(断食期)スタート。日の出から日の入りまで一切の飲食をできないムスリムは、午後3時ごろからはじまる露天のバザールで食べ物を買って帰ります。この時期ならではのイベント。
初日の今日、16:30ごろ、PERSADAコンベンションセンターで行われているラマダンバザールに行ってみました。
初日だからか、まだ設営の途中で、開いているお店は少なかったですが、もうしばらくしたら魅力的なバザールになりそう。
Kulaiからのナシレマや、Ibu Anakのトーフベルゲデル(油揚げに鶏ひき肉入りのコロッケの具が挟んであってあげてあるもの。甘辛醤油につけていただく)など、とてもおいしかった！
ラマダンバザールは各地で行われていますが、Dato Onnのイオンモールの駐車場のバザールは、駐車しやすいし寄りやすいラマダンバザールなのではないかと思います。
私が毎年行くのはAdda Heights のショップロット脇のラマダンバザール。

My favourite restaurant in JB.
They provide A5 Premium Wagyu ( with Halal cert) direct from Tokushima, Japan. They are the lowest price in JB.
They import whole Wagyu, so we can choose favourite parts and marbling from 20 different parts of Wagyu.
This time, Wagyu specialist advised me the best quality of Wagyu of the day.
So I ordered the “Rump”. The parts from the buttocks to the waist, with less fat. It was very delicious! tender and soft with rich umami.
So I recommend you ask Wagyu specialist’s advise. Your Wagyu experience will be more nicer.
Their homemade Sauces and dressing also super delicious. Must buy Green Sambal for takeaway !

徳島県からハラル認証付きの和牛を一頭買いしている和牛専門レストラン「阿波牛」。
20あまりの部位の中から、好きな部位を選べてリーズナブルに和牛を楽しめるお店。
手作りの焼肉ソースやドレッシングもとてもおいしくて、ホスピタリティもよい心地よいお店。
今回、和牛スペシャリストの「今日出したばかりのランプがすごくオススメ」というアドバイスに従い、A5ランプをオーダーしましたが、柔らかくてジューシーで旨味が濃くてすごくおいしかったです。
A3-A4ランクのお肉はリンゴなどでマリネして柔らかく食べやすくしてあります。このモモや肩バラはすごくリーズナブル。
牛タンも柔らかくて脂のり抜群。
今後も和牛スペシャリストにアドバイスをもらってオーダーしようと思いました。
ソースステーションにあるグリーンサンバルは薬味として必食。私はいつもわさびもオーダーします。
ラマダン中は600gの和牛や和牛レンダンなどがつく特別セットも提供中。

Old-fashioned appearance. A beef and mutton noodle shop.
The soup, made by simmering beef bones for eight hours, is full of flavour and has many fans. Beef meat is very soft and tender.
The menu is extensive and includes fish and chicken dishes.
The siumai recommended by a friend is excellent. Large and juicy.
Baked goods and Steamed buns are also available, and can be enjoyed not only inside the restaurant but also at the eaves.

昔ながらの佇まい。入るのにちょっと躊躇しそうな牛肉麺と羊肉麺のお店。
牛骨を8時間煮込んで作るスープは旨味たっぷりでファンも多いです。
メニューは豊富で魚や鶏肉の料理もあります。
友人の勧められていただいたシュウマイは絶品。大きくてジューシー。
焼き菓子や中華まんなどもあって、店内だけでなく軒先でいただくこともできます。

Jameson is the most popular Irish whiskey in the world and enjoys the largest market share. It is attractive because it has few peculiarities and is easy to drink.
Jameson is distilled three times, giving it a very refined, smooth and clean taste.
The event was held to mark the Irish festival of St Patrick's Day on 17 March.
The venue was the Austin branch of Mulligan, JB's first Irish pub.
This is the place to enjoy a drink and a wide range of menu items, from Irish food to familiar Malaysian dishes.
Ginger highballs were served, with Jameson whisky mixed with ginger ale and a squeeze of lime, and there was live band music and a roulette to win a canvas bag.

ウェスティンデサルコーストのラマダンビュッフェ2022。
今年は、エグゼクティブシェフであり、KLにあるレストラン「Adu Sugar」のオーナーシェフ、作家でアーティストでもあるAdrian Jackson氏(Chef ADU シェフアデュ)が監修するスペシャルなラマダンビュッフェ。
ホテルすぐ隣のカンファレンスセンターが会場です。
去年KLのレストランで彼の料理をいただきましたが、これまでで1番おいしいマレーシア料理だと思いました。奇をてらわない正統派の伝統料理は、驚くほど繊細で洗練されていて絶妙な味わいだったのです。
それがデサルでビュッフェでいただけるというのは嬉しい。
上質な材料を使い、クオリティの高い本当に美味しいマレー料理が楽しめます。
シェフアデュ監修の10品程度の料理の他、Westinデサルのシェフチームによる素晴らしい料理もたくさんあります。

シスルホテルのラマダンビュッフェ。
何と言っても特筆すべきメニューは、フレッシュカンポンドリアン。
山積みになったドリアンに圧倒されます。
揚げたドリアンも相変わらず人気。
アラビアンナイトがテーマ。中東料理、マレーシア料理、BBQ、冷製シーフードが楽しめます。トルコアイスも登場するとか。
また、MCは超人気のエンブン氏。アイドル並みの人気を誇るバイオリン奏者、アクマル氏のパフォーマンスもあり、楽しい夜になること間違いなし。

BBQ Stall’s Roasted whole lamb & Chicken shawarma (available only on Friday & Saturday) is so special!
This lamb is marinated 2days with Seasonings and Haritha sauce. It’s Middle East Royal family’s secret recipe.
Tender meats and crispy skin. It was Best Roasted whole Lamb to me!
Chicken shawarma also very tasty.
Cakes and Kuih are colourful and beautiful setting. Not too sweet. Nice!

シンガポールとの国境すぐそば、カプリバイフレイザーホテルのラマダンビュッフェ。
金曜と土曜限定の丸ごとローストラムは、格別です。
中東のロイヤルファミリーに認められた秘伝のハリッサ(辛味調味料)と胡椒などで2日間マリネし、6時間ほど焼いているそう。皮がカリカリで中のお肉がしっとり柔らか。絶対にいただきたい一品。シャワルマチキンもおいしかったです。
カラフルで美しいセッティング。クエやケーキは甘さ控えめのものも多く、全体的にとてもお薦めできるビュッフェでした。
