Located at the Taman Daya roundabout, this popular dim sum restaurant has been serving about 60 varieties of dim sum every day since 2008.
It is best to go there between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., as they sell out around noon, and it is nice to sit down around 7:30 a.m. and wait for your dim sum to be ready.
I used to live in the neighborhood about 7-10 years ago, so I used to go there every week. The other day I visited for the first time in several years, and the food was just as good, and the river that runs next to the restaurant used to smell bad, but it doesn't smell now.
It used to be wagon style, but now it is self-service. You go to the dim sum corner and choose what you want. It is a very nice restaurant where you can enjoy many kinds of dim sum.

タマンダヤロータリーのところにある飲茶屋。2008年から、毎日60種ほどの飲茶を提供している人気店。
お昼頃には売り切れるので、朝8時から9時に行くのがベスト。7:30ごろから席に座って、飲茶が出来上がるのをゆっくりと待つのもいい感じ。
7-10年ほど前は近所にすんでいたので、毎週のように行っていました。先日、数年ぶりに訪れましたが、美味しさは変わらず、横を流れる川も、以前は臭かったのですが、現在は嫌な匂いはしませんでした。
以前はワゴンスタイルでしたが、現在はセルフサービス。飲茶コーナーに行って自分で好きなものを選びます。たくさんの種類の飲茶を楽しむことができ、とても良いお店。

Manzanita, a patisserie and boulangerie cafe, is newly opened on the 4th floor of Paradigm Mall. It is a spacious and relaxing space despite its location in the mall.
The menu selection ranges from western cuisine to local delights, and new menu items have been added. I loved the Creamy Garlic Salmon and Beef Stew at times.
The cakes and breads are delicious, with many varieties, and at reasonable prices for both home use and gift giving.
A very nice place to take a break while shopping.

Located in Austin's new sports center, this oden cafe was created to provide a casual and healthy way to fill up after a day of badminton.
There are two soup bases: bonito broth and tom yum broth. Bonito broth is made from 9 kinds of vegetables, kelp, and 3 kinds of dried bonito flakes.
The system is that you choose the soup base and order what you like from 40 kinds of ingredients. The daikon radish was delicious!
A drink based on 7up will soothe your post-sports exhaustion.

I was invited to join the "Mooncake Chef's Table."
The Chinese food at Wan Li Restaurant is of high quality and very tasty. It would be nice to compare mooncakes for dessert. We were shown how to make them in the traditional way.
At the entrance of the hotel, there is a booth where you can sample mooncakes. They also have snow skins available for tasting.

For many Johorians, when they think of Bak Kut Teh, they probably think of Shoon Huat.
Founded in 1975, there are currently 14 branches of Shoon Huat in JB. The clear broth with the aroma of Chinese herbs. The deep flavor is addictive.
The second generation son is now taking over the business. This Sentosa branch is the main store.
I asked him about the secret of the flavor, but he didn't tell me. The combination of soy sauce and Chinese herbs is the secret flavor that has been passed down since the establishment of the restaurant.
In fact, they sell this herb packet only at the Shoon Huat restaurants. If you make it according to the recipe using this, you may be able to get the same taste!
At the restaurant, they cook 15 kg of pork ribs in a large pot to make the soup.
Lettuce with the impact of garlic, and sesame oil chicken that is boiled down to a sweet and spicy sauce are also delicious. Everyone loves this restaurant.

多くのジョホーリアンにとって、バクテーというと順發を思い浮かべる人が多いのではないでしょうか？
1975年創業の老舗、現在JB内には14店舗ある順發。澄んだスープにチャイニーズハーブの香り。深い旨みにやみつきになる味です。
現在2代目の息子さんが後を継いでいらっしゃいます。このセントーサ店が本店です。
味の秘密を聞きましたが、それは内緒。醤油ソースとチャイニーズハーブの配合が、創業以来引き継ぐ秘密の味。実はお店限定でこのハーブパックを売っているそうです。これを用いてレシピ通り作れば、同じ味になるかも！店ではポークリブ15kgを大鍋で煮込んでスープを作っているそう。
ガツンとガーリックのインパクトがあるレタスや、甘辛く煮詰めるセサミオイルチキンも美味。みんなに愛されているお店。

This local restaurant opened two months ago in Mount Austin's Shop Lot.
The menu lineup like kopitiam, including Nasi lemak, KL curry mee, Mee hoon, Fried rice, Sandwiches, Pasta etc., are all handmade by the lady boss. The taste is homey.
It should be noted that these menu items are also available in the evening and they serve beer!!
Ikan bakar (grilled seafood coated with danbar) is spicy and a perfect accompaniment to beer.
The most popular dish is Penang Assam Laksa. I particularly enjoyed the mee hoon, Vietnamese noodles, and fried vegetable cakes (a kind of crispy vegetable pancake).
This is a casual place to stop by from morning till night.

ナシレマ、KLカリーミー、ミーフン、フライドライスやサンドウィッチ、パスタなど、コピティアムのようなメニューラインナップは全て女性オーナーによる手作り。家庭的な味わいです。特筆すべきことは、これらのメニューが夜もいただけることと、ビールを提供していること。
イカンバカー(魚介類にダンバルを塗って焼く料理)はスパイシーでビールのお供にもぴったり。
1番人気はペナンアッサムラクサだそう。私はミーフンとベトナムヌードル、フライドベジタブルケーキ(野菜のクリスピーなチヂミのようなもの)が特においしいと思いました。
朝から夜まで気軽に立ち寄れるお店です。

G floor of the Austin Convention Center. Step inside and you are in another world.
Moody lighting, comfortable sofas, and gorgeously decorated birthday seating.
The spacious, temperature-controlled wine cellar has about 500 wines and liquors. When you tell them your preferences, a sommelier will guide you through the cellar and help you choose a wine.
The food is mainly snacks that go well with wine, and there is also a wide selection of main dishes and pizzas. The seafood pasta with white wine and gin alcohol flamed out was very tasty.
A private room that looks like the living room of a mansion is available for a total bill of RM1500 or more. Perfect for dates and entertaining.

温度管理された広いワインセラーには、約500種のワインとリカーがあり、好みを伝えると、ソムリエがワインセラーに案内してくれて、ワインを選ぶのを手伝ってくれます。
料理はワインに合うおつまみが中心で、メインディッシュやピザも充実。白ワインとジンのアルコールを炎で飛ばすシーフードパスタはとても美味しかったです。
豪邸のリビングのような個室は、合計RM1500以上のお会計にて利用可。デートや接待にぴったり。

A cafe where you can enjoy truly delicious French-style cakes.
A couple who met while studying at a confectionery school in Taiwan started Anti-Diet Pattiserie, a pre-order shop selling cream puffs, tarts, and cookies. The taste was well received, and after several years, they opened this Cafe En Couple, a small cake café next to their workshop.
It is run by two couples. The interior of the cafe, where you take off your shoes, is homey.
The cakes are very sophisticated, high quality and wonderfully flavored. Soft cream, thin and crisp tarts, red wine-scented seasonal American cherries, and flavorful coffee ganache. The combination of textures is exquisite. Every cake is delicious.
They always have one new item every week. Handmade quiche and kombucha are also available.

台湾への製菓学校留学中に出会ったカップルが、シュークリームやタルト、クッキーの予約販売店 Anti-Diet Pattiserie をスタート。その味は評判を呼び、数年を経て、工房の横にこの小さなケーキカフェ「Cafe En Couple」をオープンしました。
2組のカップルが運営しています。靴を脱いで上がる店内はアットホーム。
ケーキはとても洗練されていて、上質で素晴らしい味わい。柔らかいクリーム、薄くてさっくりしたタルト、赤ワイン香る季節のアメリカンチェリー、風味豊かなコーヒーガナッシュなど。食感の組み合わせも絶妙。どのケーキをいただいても美味しい。
毎週必ず1品は新作を出しているそう。手作りのキッシュやコンブチャもあります。

A new restaurant specializing in stone grills has opened at Eco Galleria!
Meat and seafood are grilled on stones at a high temperature of 400 degrees Celsius.
It’s family restaurant. RM42.9 for a New Zealand beef sirloin steak, RM52.9 for a four kinds of seafood platter including salmon and scallops are reasonable.
Just add RM4.9 for a side dish buffet including salad and fried rice.
The stone pot seafood tom yam noodle was delicious with lots of seafood.
The shaved ice dessert is highly recommended.

Open-fire restaurants are all the rage and popular in Kuala Lumpur these days, but the chef who owns Temper is a chef who was already working with open-fire cooking before it became a trend.
He has set up this restaurant in a new shop lot in Mount Austin.
Open-fire and charcoal-grilled dishes are only as good as the ingredients, and here the combination of spices and marinades maximizes the flavor of simple ingredients.
Grilled mackerel, topped with plenty of spring onions, is like Japanese grilled salted mackerel, but with a secret ingredient of curry leaves and spices to further double the savory and delicious flavor.
The lamb Char Siew has a sweet and savory surface, while the inside is moist and juicy.
The portobello mushroom burger, covered with crunchy almond slices, is the best vegetarian burger I have ever had!
The cheesecake is very smoky and not too sweet, and should be paired with a glass of red wine rather than an after-dinner dessert.
The chef's creativity and solid skills are remarkable.
Weekdays only, a choice of lunch set includes two courses and a drink for RM52.
Beef steaks are also popular at night.

直火焼き、炭火焼きの料理は、素材が良ければ美味しくいただけますが、ここではスパイスの組み合わせやマリネによって、シンプルな素材の旨みを最大に引き出しています。
鯖のグリルは、たっぷりの青ネギがトッピングされ、日本の塩サバ焼のようですが、隠し味にカリーリーフとスパイスを使用して、香ばしさと旨みがさらに倍増。
ラムのチャーシューは表面が甘く香ばしく、中はしっとりジューシーに。
カリカリのアーモンドスライスを纏ったポルトベッロマッシュルームバーガーは、これまでいただいたベジタリアンバーガーの中ではベストなおいしさ！
チーズケーキはとてもスモーキーで甘さ控えめで、食後のデザートより、ワインに合わせていただきたい。
シェフのクリエイティビティと確かな腕前に注目です。平日限定、選べるランチセットは、RM52で2コースとドリンク付き。
