Balinese Theme Buffet dinner started !
Guest chef, Executive Chef Wisnu Adiyatma from Uluwatu, Bali, offers about 15 Balinese dishes and many varieties of sambal. I loved the whole duck wrapped in banana leaves and steamed, and the lamb skewers.
Of course, there are countless dishes from Le Meridian KL, which has a reputation for its wide selection. The menu includes raw oysters and slipper lobster seafood boards, smoked salmon and roast beef appetizers, Malay, Chinese, Indian, pasta, dim sum, and even sashimi, tempura, and teppanyaki in the Japanese section.
It is also a great Mother's Day dinner. The event is also held on weekdays, so make reservations early.

Fire grill restaurant inside The Sphere.
They serve fusion dishes of modern European and Asian inspired flavours and ingredients.
The interior of the restaurant is simple and chic. You can see the food being prepared from the counter seats.
We ordered five dishes from the carefully selected menu to share between the two of us. The dishes were cooked in a way that made the most of the ingredients and combined them with complex sauces. The prices were moderate, and we were satisfied with both the flavors and textures. We especially liked the grilled cauliflower, marinated kampachi and sea grapes, and chicken terrine. Drinks are available at happy hour prices until 7 pm.
The staff who served us each dish explained each dish to us, which made our dining experience even more wonderful. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

Bahsar SouthのThe Sphereにある直火焼きグリルレストラン。
モダンなヨーロッパ料理とマレーシアの食材などを使用した、アジア料理のフュージョン料理が味わえます。
シンプルでシックな作りの店内。カウンター席から料理の様子も見えます。
厳選されたメニューから5品をオーダーして2人でシェアしましたが、素材を活かす調理法に複雑なソースの組み合わせといった料理の数々。価格も程よく、味にも食感にも満足しました。とくにカリフラワーのグリル、カンパチと海ぶどうのマリネ、鶏肉のテリーヌを気に入りました。ドリンクは、夜7時までハッピーアワー価格があります。
料理をサーブしてくれるスタッフが、きちんと一品ずつ料理の説明をしてくれたのが、食事体験をさらに素敵なものにしてくれました。また伺いたいレストランです。

Beautiful fire grill restaurant. You can enjoy grilled aged beef and seafood.
We had the Elite Power Lunch Set, a 3-course meal starting at RM118+ with a choice of 3 courses.
Stylish and gorgeous interior, with a refreshing green terrace view in the daytime, the atmosphere is exciting. It must be romantic at night. The glasses are made by Riedel, and the serving dishes are beautiful as well.
The course lunch is moderately sized and seasoned to make the best use of the ingredients. Coffee or tea is also included in the price, which is a nice touch.
This restaurant is perfect for a business lunch or a special celebration.
I would like to come at night as well.

美しいファイヤーグリルレストラン。エイジングビーフやシーフードをのグリルが楽しめるお店です。
選べる3コースでRM118+から楽しめる、エリートパワーランチセットをいただきました。
スタイリッシュでゴージャスな内装、昼間はグリーンが爽やかなテラス席も眺められて、心躍る雰囲気。夜はきっとロマンチックでしょう。グラスはリーデル製で、器も美しい。
コースランチは程よい量で、全体に優しい素材を活かす味付け。コーヒーか紅茶も料金に込みなのが嬉しい。
ちょっとした会食や、特別なお祝いなどにぴったりのレストランです。
夜にも来てみたい。

The AC Hotel KL, one of the more affordable hotels in the Marriott Bonvoy group, has a simple lounge bar near the entrance that has been upgraded with a food menu!
The menu ranges from light small plates to paella and charcuterie boards, and they even deliver to the rooms for hotel guests. The tomato bruschetta is an excellent dish. The charcuterie board includes lamb prosciutto and blue cheese for a reasonable RM50.
They offer the same tapas menu at all three AC hotels in Malaysia. Most people still don't know about this good place.

マリオットボンヴォイグループの中でも、おてごろに泊まれるACホテルKL。入り口近くにシンプルなラウンジバーがあり、そこのフードメニューがアップグレードされました！
ノーポークなのに、本格的なタパスの品揃えが充実。軽めの小皿料理から、パエリアやシャルキュトリーボードまであり、宿泊客には部屋にデリバリーもしてくれます。トマトのブルスケッタは素晴らしい一品。シャルキュトリーボードには、ラムのプロシュートやブルーチーズも入ってRM50とはお手頃。
サングリアやカクテル、モクテルと共にカジュアルに楽しめます。
マレーシア国内にある3つのACホテル全てで同じタパスメニューを提供しているとのこと。まだほとんどの人が知らない穴場です。

It’s French- Italian Cuisine inside Sofitel hotel in Damansara.
We dined here on the recommendation of friends.
The menu has a large selection of appetizers and a tempting array of main dishes, pizzas, and pastas.
The burrata and tomato appetizer is sweet and rich with tomatoes; the T-bone steak is a good choice for a reasonably sized order.
Calm space, beautifully presented, delicious and moderately priced. The complimentary focaccia and amusements are a nice touch.
Lunch sets are available on weekdays during the day.
In the evening, they have hotel memberships that offer 50% off food when two people dine together, which is a very good deal; there was also a happy hour for drinks from 6:00 to 8:00.
Definitely a place to repeat.

前菜の品揃えが多く、メインディッシュやピザやパスタなど、魅力的なメニューがたくさん。
ブッラータとトマトの前菜はトマトが甘くて濃厚。Tボーンステーキはお手軽なサイズでオーダーできるのが良い。
落ち着いた空間、美しい盛り付け、おいしいし程よい価格。無料のフォッカッチャとアミューズも嬉しいです。
平日昼はランチセットがあります。
夜は、2名で食事をすると料理が半額になるホテルメンバーシップがあってとてもお得。6時から8時まで、お酒のハッピーアワーもありました。
リピートするお店に確定。

There are outlets in Subang jaya and Sri Damansara.
I was looking for a clean and comfortable economic rice restaurant in KL and came across this place. (I am a fan of “覇王飯bawang rice”in JB.)
There are about 60 different prepared dishes that you can take as you wish. Free Chinese tea and soup!
It was delicious, comfortable, and the total cost for two people in this picture was RM15.5 (about ¥500).
If it were in my neighborhood, I would go there every week.
The homemade tofu with minced meat and egg was also delicious!

綺麗で快適な経済飯屋がKLにないかと探していて、ここに辿り着きました。(JBでは覇王飯(バワンライス)のファンです。)
約60種のお惣菜があり、自分で好きなようにとれます。中国茶とスープは無料！
おいしかったし、快適だったし、この写真の2人分で合計RM15.5 (約¥500)。
近所にあったら毎週通うと思います。

The breakfast buffet at St. Regis Kuala Lumpur.
In addition to the buffet, the specials that can be ordered have been renewed and new menu items have been added. The chicken rendang and seafood dumplings are beautifully presented and the signature lobster omelette is a must order because it is so delicious.
The buffet has a large selection of Malay dishes, probably because it is just after Hari Raya. There was also a roasted lamb leg and more.
For years, I think the chicken and beef sausages here are the best quality of any hotel breakfast in Malaysia. The sausages are so wonderful, the meat is delicious and seasoned to perfection.
A wonderful and elegant breakfast time. I think the price is reasonable for this quality.

セントレジスクアラルンプールの朝食ビュッフェ。
ビュッフェの他、オーダーできる特別メニューはリニューアルし、新しいメニューが加わりました。チキンレンダンやシーフード餃子はプレゼンテーションも美しく、シグネイチャーのロブスターオムレツはとても美味しいのでマストオーダー。
ビュッフェではハリラヤ開けだからか、マレー料理が多めのセレクション。ラムレッグのローストなどもありました。
何年も前から、ここのチキンソーセージとビーフソーセージはマレーシアのホテル朝食の中でベストなクオリティだと思います。お肉の美味しさ、味付け具合がとても素晴らしいソーセージ。
優雅で素敵な朝食時間。このクオリティにして価格はリーズナブルだと思います。

3rd Gathering Party of Marriot Review Group

The Marriot Bonvoy Malaysia Review Group, a Facebook group of hotel enthusiasts that I run with my friend Uncle Choong, held its 3rd gathering party.
The location was the gorgeous John Jacob Astor suite at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur hotel, which celebrates its 8th anniversary this year. (Check out the photos!)
About 20 guests enjoyed conversation and the new Atelier Choux-themed afternoon tea.
Guest speakers Jackson and Lim gave interesting speeches on "How to Book Luxury Hotels at Even Better Deals".
In their lucky draw, participants won free nights at W Hotel Bangkok and RM500 travel vouchers etc.
And all guests were presented with a lovely gift of a luggage tag from St. Regis KL. Unexpectedly very happy! Thank you so much !

I entered this restaurant by chance as I passed by and was very satisfied with my lunch.
Southern Italian bistro & restaurant located in Damansara City Mall.
Stylish atmosphere and authentic menu. The first thing that grabbed our attention was the focaccia and the delicious three different sauces.
One bite of the octopus and potato salad with lemon pesto sauce tasted so Italian that it made us feel as if we were in Italy.
The pizza and tiramisu were both very tasty and made me feel like I was on vacation.
The hospitality of Mr. Kamrul, who took care of our table, was professional and really great, and it was a lovely restaurant.
There is also a terrace, so it looks like it has a nice atmosphere at night as well. I will visit again.
They have a same group restaurant in Avenue K in KL.

偶然通りがかって入ったお店ですが、大満足のランチでした。
ダマンサラシティモールにある南イタリア料理のビストロ&レストラン。
おしゃれな雰囲気と本格的なメニュー。最初に出てきたフォッカッチャと3種のソースのおいしさに、まず心を掴まれました。
レモンペストソースを絡めたタコとじゃがいものサラダを一口いただくと、イタリアにいるかのような錯覚になるほどイタリアの味。
ピザもティラミスもとてもおいしくて、旅行気分になれました。
テーブルを担当してくれたKamrul氏のホスピタリティもプロフェッショナルで本当に素晴らしく、素敵なレストランでした。
テラス席もあるようなので、夜も雰囲気良さそうです。また伺います。
系列店がKLのAvenueKの中にあるそうです。

No Pork No Lard
First time in a month, a beautiful lounge in the Four Seasons Hotel. I love it, it's more dignified than most lounges and more casual with fine dining-like food. The decorations are also in the Hari Raya mood. Afternoon tea also seems to have a new chocolate theme.
We visited again for a late lunch.
The blue shrimp carpaccio is served on rice crackers, which are beautiful to look at and the toppings are an excellent combination.
The brioche sandwich with oyster fritters, the clubhouse sandwich with ciabatta, again all very tasty.

1ヶ月ぶり、フォーシーズンズホテル内の美しいラウンジ。一般的なラウンジより凛としていて、ファインダイニングのようなお料理があるのにもっとカジュアルで、とても気に入っています。飾り付けもハリラヤの気分。アフタヌーンティーも新しいチョコレートテーマになったようです。
今回も遅いランチに伺いました。
ブルーシュリンプのカルパッチョは、ライスクラッカーにのせていただくのですが、見た目にも美しくてトッピングは抜群の組み合わせ。
牡蠣のフリッターのブリオッシュサンド、チャバタのクラブハウスサンド、今回もすべてとても美味しかったです。

We are in Venice.
No, this is Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam.
We came to Phu Quoc for the first time on vacation since the start of my son’s school holiday.
It is the last unexplored resort island in Vietnam, located off the coast of Cambodia, one hour by plane from Ho Chi Minh City. It takes 105 minutes from Kuala Lumpur by direct flight.
There are many super luxury resort hotels, the sea is so beautiful that you can snorkel, there are many huge theme parks, amusement parks, and safari parks, and there is a Vietnamese night market that looks fun!
This is a commercial center called Grand World, a colorful city with rows of stores and canals. Like Venice, no cars can pass through the city. Explore by tuk-tuk, rented motorcycle, or on foot. There are many restaurants, massages, and mini-marts, and there seems to be a fountain show at night. Free shuttle buses from nearby hotels run through here.
Today we will start enjoying Phu Quoc at a leisurely pace.

ベニスに来ました。いえいえ、ここはベトナムのフーコック島。
子供のスクールホリデーがスタートしたので、休暇ではじめてのフーコックに来ました。
ベトナム最後の秘境と言われるリゾートアイランドで、カンボジア沖合にあり、ホーチミンから飛行機で1時間。クアラルンプールからは直行便で105分。
超高級リゾートホテルもたくさんあり、シュノーケリングもできるくらい海が綺麗で、巨大なテーマパークや遊園地やサファリパークなどがたくさんあって、ベトナムらしいナイトマーケットもあって楽しそう！
ここはグランドワールドという商業施設で、お店が連なり、運河が通るカラフルな街。ベニスのように街中は車が通れません。トゥクトゥクやレンタルバイク、徒歩で散策します。たくさんのレストランやマッサージ、ミニマートがあり、夜には噴水のショーもあるようです。近隣のホテルからは無料巡回バスがここを通っています。
今日からフーコックをのんびり楽しみます。
